Well made bike graham the paint work on them is the best i ever seen on a bike they are so well made mine 11yr old like yours a minter they are better built than a new bike in my view .
I’m thinking about the vfr1200 or the bmw k1300s🤔 , got a 2018 bmw r1200gsa rally at the moment and a k5 gsxr1000, the bmw is in limp mode at the minute so I’ve been riding the gixxer which has made me think do I actually need all that tech waiting to go wrong 🤨 and I’m thinking I prefer 4 cylinder!!, how do the vfr1200 and bmw k1300s compare in the reliability stakes 🤔
Missed this comment sorry . I guess I'd need to have owned a k1300 to answer wether the Honda is more reliable, all I can say is , I've done 23,000 on mine on top of the 16,000 that was already on it, and apart from 2 bulbs blowing and a cautionary change of front wheel bearings, it's been fine. Also I get very very few comments about problems.
