I started smoking cigarettes since my teenage, spent my whole life fighting Cigarettes addiction. Also suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. This is something that really need to be use globally to help people with related health challenges.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!

I am an ex smoker since 6-7months and I used the power of the subconscious.Everyday before i go to sleep I pictured myself as a non-smoker,how good I feel, how deep my breathing is,how all my friends are happy for me,all the compliments i get for quitting.Thats the visualisation of the goal, with all its benefits. Also I kept repeating simple phrases like "Im done with this s**t" or "Im a non-smoker" everytime i feel the urge,or basicly everytime Im not doing anything. Those repetitions reprogram the subconscious, slowly but steady ! It really helped me,after all its in our heads, thats where we should look for an answer, right? Oh.and one more key phrase, that I recomend "This is not hard, this is easy!" Good luck guys, you can do it !

I decided not to "quit", because quitting is hard. It's a massive step to take all at once, and is psychologically daunting. I decided not to have a cigarette for one hour. After the hour, I talked myself into going another hour. I worked my way up to not having one for a day, and so on. I tell myself to this day that I'm still a smoker, I've just gone 30 years between cigarettes. Same effect, and it was still very hard in the beginning, but taking it a step at a time was what worked for me.

Once I knew I wasn't going to smoke again I got a sense of pride. And I felt great knowing I no longer smoke cigarettes. My breathing improves dramatically my taste and smells were more enhanced and to date I have saved almost $600

WORTHFUL .. MUST READ -- for SELF HELP and to control your SUBCONSCIOUSLY regulated BAD HABITS, ADDICTIONS and involuntary URGES. On which you have little control….www.amazon.co.uk/Success-Through-Meditation-Self-hypnosis-ebook/dp/B08JMG1H14
🌚 WHEN EVER YOU GOT THE URGES , sudden Images and strong thoughts start circulating in your brain. even you wanted to resist yourself, but brain automatically start looking for excuse and justification, which leads to strengthening of your thoughts and imagination. Which drives your body like uncontrolled senseless vehicle towards the stuff or Shop . Even you don’t want to , still it drags you into doing It. If you control this sudden strong thinking and imagination effortlessly at that time then you can able to resist yourself. And also to replace it with batter and useful one. Using meditation and self hypnosis without investing any extra time into it. As you think and imagine all the time only directing this for meditation and self hypnosis to manifest your brain.

The high availability and legality and even the frequency of usage by general public, family and friends makes it extremely hard to: 1. Want to quit, 2. Choose a phased reduction and elimination method and 3. Prevent a relapse

I was a smoker for over ten years, nearly a pack a day for most of that time.
The last time I decided to quit it was a spur of the moment decision. I used nicotine patches for one week, leaving them on overnight for the intense dreams they give you.
After that, all I had was a rechargeable nicotine free e-cigarette that I would only use when my cravings got really bad. It was broken and I could only get 4 or 5 drags an hour out of it, so it was like having only one cigarette left and nowhere to buy more, but all the time.
For the first three months I had cravings about 5-6 times a day, especially when doing things that were often paired with smoking.
For the next 3 months I had about 2-3 cravings a day, and there duration was much shorter as well.
After 9 months my cravings were down to once or twice a week, and after a year they were barely noticeable.
For social events I would buy a disposable nicotine free e-cigarette so I could join smokers outside and not be tempted to ask for one.
It has been over 5 years since I quit smoking, and I have not had so much as a puff of a cigarette since the day I quit. I no longer have any cravings for nicotine or smoking in general.
Quitting smoking is the hardest thing so far that I have ever done, and I am so glad I was finally able to succeed.

Initially quit cold turkey only to relapse in 2 months. Then I found out that it was more psychological than physical. Hence, started with nicotine gums to first overcome psychological aspect. Physical cravings die faster than psychological craving. Once, I was sure that I can deal with the psychological aspect and using the gums for 6 months, I quit gums cold turkey. It was tough but constant self talks with my own mind for around 30 days helped and voila! Here I am , finally cigarette free. The phased approach took 6 months and the journey was worthy. Only risk lies ahead is not to get back to cigarettes again ever....

You haven't really quit smoking if you switched from ciggies to vape pens, you're still ingesting nicotine and just switched form one product to another to get your fix. Quitting cold turkey isn't hard if you have will power, and you'll get a great boost of confidence from doing it, added to the memory and energy improvements. Been smoking a pack a day since the age of 15-16, and went from 10 ciggs to 0 the next day at 23 three months ago. I honestly feel so much better, physically and mentally. You can do it, don't listen to the pessimists!

When I began quitting two year ago, I began with a few simple rules for myself.
    1) No more than 1cig/ hour.
    2) No more morning cigs.
And 3) No cigs right after dinner.
I did this for about 6months, expanding the time that I didn't allow myself to smoke and I fought myself down to about 5cigs a day. Then for a periode I switched these few cigs out with nikotin tablets, but for some reason I went back to smoking, though still keeping it pretty low.
Then a year ago i gratuated from school, which ment I wouldn't be spending alot time with those I usually hung around with while smoking. This started a new habit of cutting down - a lot! At this time, I wasn't comming by many stores, as I used most time at my home, which lies 4miles from the nearest store. Doing this time I still bought cigs enough for the cravings to show up, but not enough so satisfy those cravings. It was literally torture, but I saw it as I was taming a furousious beast within me.
I started in school again and started smoking more again, until I droped out 4months ago. This time though, I kept smoking, as I spent much time in the nearby city, always close to a store. I kept this up 2 more months, then, after smoking a full pack over night, I stomped my foot on the ground and said to myself that this is it! No more cigs for me! I have kept my word and even though my cravings has been bad, I fought it back, showing with willpower that I am the marster of my needs!

I smoked for 44 years and quit 2 years ago at age 57. Once I set my mind to it, it was not hard at all. I didn't use nicotine gum, patches, or Chantix just pure willpower. I did use a few techniques. One, I told myself that I could do anything in the world I wanted to except smoke. Two, I told myself smoking was not an option and would literally ignore the craving, constantly putting my mind on other things. Three, When it would get really bad I would simply vocalize to myself or to other people how badly I wanted a cigarette, but would not have one. This actually seem subdue the Craving slightly. I did gain about 30 pounds but lost it over the last four months by using that great will power of mine again to diet LOL!

22 years heavy smoker, quit for 112 days today. very difficult. i think the key is to 'get prepared for boredom'. the first few days i felt absolute boredom, nothing to do, what to do now? , something is terribly missing, always want a cigarette, dont want to get up, and life is very meaningless.
to be ready to live in this boredom was my biggest helper i believe. it is a war and the weapon that is fighting you and attacking you every day is 'boredom'. you need to be prepared for it, and you wont be able to destroy it, just be ready to face it every day and do not say i give up. it will keep coming every minute probably. no problem, just stand your ground.

I was able to quite after I realized the nicotine addiction is not as strong as we are told. I used to smoke seven years and I tried numerous methods to quit. E-cigarettes, snus, decreasing, willpower quitting. Nothing worked. Finally the thing that did work was Allen Carr's book "Easy way to stop smoking". The book made me realize that I am not giving up on anything and this thought is actually the only thing stopping me from quitting. It may sound corny to read a book of this matter but for me it was and still is one of the best things I ever bought. Totally recommend this book to anyone looking forward to finally live cigarette free life!

the Alan Carr idea that every time you have a craving to say to yourself "great! I don't have that horrible habit any more!" is complete genius
Change the misery into gratitude for the fact that you *NO LONGER ARE A DISGUSTING SMOKER*
when you have cravings its easy to change the misery of "oh heck here we go - I want a cigarette"
into an uplifting feeling of "thank GOD I don't have to do that any more!"

I’m at the point where I go most days without even thinking about smoking! Surprisingly easy

  • @TheCyberRebel

I smoked for 50 years. quitting was so easy this time as opposed to hundreds of other times that almost made me go crazy. The reason it was easy is because I realized our body operates on triggers. You crave a smoke after you eat, after sex, when you sit back on the porch, etc. These are all triggers. Now, when is the one time you aren't usually triggered to light a smoke. It's when you're already smoking. I found that by keeping a cigarette butt between my fingers my brain was triggered into believing I was already smoking and that light-up urge stopped.

    • @activelifetransformation

@@Moonhound1111 If you relapse, you punish yourself. Say you relapse and there's a party you've been looking forward to the whole week, you then tell your body, we're not going to the party coz we failed. And if say you reach a milestone of smoke free, be it a week, 2 weeks or a month, you treat yourself, buy yourself something, go somewhere nice or reaffirm yourself that you're doing a great job n you're proud of yourself, that's the concept of rewarding yourself

My trick that really worked for me was using the gum at first. Before you get started with the "that's just a nicotine replacement treatment that won't work" argument, hear me out. After a while of using the gum to tackle those situations that really stress you out and make you feel like a cigarette, switch the nicotine gum out with regular gum. Mint gum is preferable because if you park it between your gums, like you're supposed to do with the nicotine gum, the slight burn of the mint will make it difficult for your brain to tell the difference. This essentially helped me to trick my brain into thinking I was still using the nicotine gum, and even with just normal mint gum I felt a feeling of relief and comfort similar to that of the nicotine gum. I feel like this might actually work for others too.

Because people always want something to complain about. In the majority of societies eyes you can use a patch, nicotine water, hypnosis, gum etc. and that's acceptable in their eyes because television, and ads in general tell us it's acceptable. Pull out a vape pen, mod etc. and people see it as bad if not worse than a cigarette. All these BS ads about vaping being just as harmful with no proof makes it worse. It doesn't take a genius to figure out who's funding those ads because they're losing millions of smokers due to the rise of vaping... Hmmm I wonder who???
I've been vaping for 5 years after smoking almost 2 packs a day and I don't plan on quitting vaping any time soon. Why would I? My health is on point since I switched, mood is better, no headaches, no stinky cigarette fingers, no more rat poison or jet fuel in my lungs... We all have crutches and for some people vaping works in place of cigarettes with 0 side effects. Some people follow the herd and don't do any research for themselves. I'll keep vaping like I have been for 5+ years, knowing that it works while the people who want to be toxic can... be toxic.

I switched to vaping early January of this year, because I wanted to and because I wanted to stop smoking cigarettes, I did it. If you're wanting to quit smoking cigarettes, don't try to; just do it. If you're going to try to quit, you still have reserves about wanting to keep smoking and you'll go back to it. Only when you get to the point of telling yourself you're done smoking is when you allow yourself to quit. It's a paradigm in your mind as it was in mine. I quit and switched to vaping, because I wanted to be healthier and that is what happened. I know one day I'll kick vaping to the curb. Anyone can quit smoking. It's how much do you really want your life to be better is the key.

I started vaping and carried on for a year at the 6-12mg nicotine dosage. Then about 9 months ago I decided to start cutting down. I went on 3mg for two weeks and then finally got down to 0. Was on 0 for about a month before I started noticing that I was going hours and hours without using it. I finally had a session in the gym one day and accidently left my vaping device in my locker. I didn't notice until I went back the net day and decided to stop completely. That was about 5 months ago now I believe.

I tried to quit using peppermint candies. I became addicted to them and burnt the lining in my mouth. The cigarette craving returned, and I went back to smoking. I finally quit cold turkey almost 2 years ago. The first 3 or 4 days were really bad, so I took a couple benadryl and slept through the hardest part. Occasionally, I still crave a cigarette. Which is odd. Mints are ok, I can take them or leave them. If I were told I was going to die tomorrow, I'd sit down with a carton and smoke all I wanted. The trick to a successful quit is to never, never, ever smoke "just one". I smoked 3 packs a day for 50 years.

I've heard people that quit actually feel better after their body heals. After 20 years of not smoking, the risk of COPD drops to the same as if you never smoked. And 30+ years is even better. I have to wonder if it's more the inhalation and action of it, that is the most massive obstacle for some people. I failed with patches, gum and other methods. I started vaping 4 months ago as well. In the beginning I would alternate between e-liquid with 11mg nicotine for a couple of days, and CBD-based e-liquid for a week. I didn't experience withdrawal symptoms during that whole week--decided to eventually stick with that CBD-based e-liquid after finding easier ways of obtaining it than online (such as Amazon).
I haven't felt like having one either. I had been a smoker 14 years--up to 30 or 40 hand rolled cigarettes a day depending on the kind of day I was having.
