Todd, I don't have a food scale. Could you write down the ingredients in teaspoons, tablespoons and cups? My math isn't good and I don't know how to convert grams into measuring spoons/ cups. Thank you. I am from USA, I have tried maltiesers but I grew up with whoppers so I may use those instead. At one time whoppers came in vanilla and strawberry. Does maltisers come in other flavors?
Could you use a cheesecake filling instead of white chocolate for the topping. In America we have ready made cheesecake filling in the dairy department next to the regular cream cheese.Comes in handy for quick desserts.

You can. The coconut is just for making the chocolate slightly softer. Try using another oil or fat.
