That air handler is like a Timex Watch. keeps on giving. Back in the old caveman day's, every USA manufacture of any product, They were built to last forever. I am retired now and the stuff I used to work on that was new for today's slandered, they just don't last as long as the old and so called out of date equipment. And yes on the flip side of things for the Tech. That's money in your pocket.

With that much water, that leaks been there a while and someone knows about it. Those joints should be pretty sealed, otherwise there'd be a flood under that chiller.

Yep, that site is supposed to get all ahu’s replaced next year… not sure what the new units are yet but definitely not built the same as old!

I have four old Trane ahu in a building at work. They are work horses. Think how many have came and went and they keep going
