I grew up on bog seat,we had our big bikes but main rides where c series bikes,fill them up check the oil and away they go forever, we hit walls ,gone through hedges ,been 10 up on one and submerged them ,they still live ,ha ha yeah only thing to do is run certain manifolds and full tanks to keep up the front wheel ,pit bikes just not the same as you can't get pegs to scrape on them as a c series
We use to ride circuits on muddy fields with straight grip tyres and call it bog wars ,apart from not t-boning an opponent there was no rules, just first to cross the line ,helped learn handling a loose front end at speed ,there he worst if dropped you picked it up ,kicked the peg back straight and go again ,I think one bike all bikers remember fondly is a c series

Nice Honda, If looking for C series Honda parts South east Asia theres a lot and cheap, because they still use it for daily use till this day.

@@TMVinyl yup...haha, cant help that.... the smallest part likes set of piston shipping cost around 10-15 pound and the heaviest parts if I remember correctly 120 pound ( CB175 headblock ) from Malaysia to UK.

Isle of Mann TT is my favorite race and in the 80's I rode my C90 like you guys do even offroad! So Kool Isle of Mann on scooters! Epic! Can you still toe clutch the semi auto 3 speed on the C90?

Bike engine knocking like a c**t like probably just needs the rockers / valves clearances adjusting a think or could be needs timing chain tighting up

super23 super23 yep. Nothing over night parts from japan can’t fix. Get TT out of the way then I will look at it
The knock may be the cylinder head dry of oil, the cylinder head is fed from an oil pump and the oil pump is driven by the cam chain, a sprocket engages with the camchain, the sprocket can lose teeth (it is not a metal part) and no drive means no oil fed to cylinder head. The engines can run for many miles before the cylinder head fails.
