There probably hundreds of battles that worlds fell to the two different factions multiple times throughout the Clone Wars, but chances were that they were still not important compared to the Purse Worlds of the Trade Federation.
I wish we had a Cata Neimodia map for battlefront 2. Those bridge cities look gorgeous and the looming dreadnoughts would be perfect for ship boarding in Supremacy battles

I'd rather think the planet was already in Separatist hands even during the start of the Clone Wars, as implied in the old works like Labyrinth of Evil. At least it got karma come the Yuuzhan Vong War. Almost any ex-Sepper planet being ravaged by that conflict is a guilty pleasure sight to me.

We all know how much of a genius Palpatine is but after the formation of the Galactic Empire is completed, he made one mistake. He abandoned the controlled opposition policy. If he spared or allow a faction he can control to rise and use like how he used the Separatists, he can justified the existence of the Imperial war machines. It will be like how the Roman Empire in the aftermath of the Abbasid Revolution is allowed to continue because the Abbasid Caliphate did not pursue expansionist policy and kept the Roman Empire around to extract tributes and for annual raiding.
Cool, the comment of the Week is finally back. Also, if you're looking for other battles to dicuss; the Battle of Dathomir or the Battle of Devaron. I know the latter is very breif, but this channel has shown it's the master at turning something small into a at least 10-minute discusion.
Wait… at about this same time, Anakin and Ahsoka were called back to Coruscant to investigate the bombing at the Jedi temple… could it be possible that Bariss was involved in the Cato Nemoidia bombing too?
Why did you say we don’t know much? We know a bunch of details about that first incident? It’s all covered in Mike Chen’s excellent recent novel Brotherhood, which also went a long way to depict the Neimoidians as a people and culture.
Instead of the sequels Disney should’ve made a buddy cop comedy trilogy of the clone wars from Nute Gunray’s perspective in the vain of the dictator movie.
