Start taking some Vitamin D. It doesn't matter which particular health issue you have, you are more than likely deficient. Almost everyone is. It does some amazing things. Good to see you again and for once I'm glad you are a third of the planet away. I already have enough projects to keep me busy for ten years after I'm dead.
