- I'm glad I've been judged so much, it helped me get over the fear of judgement. I realized that what's being said about me has very little to do with me and speaks more about the person judging me. For this reason, I don't take them personally. It's very liberating because I know that everyone has an opinion about me and it's not my job to rectify those opinions. The biggest regret one might have in life is not shinning their light out of fear that others might not approve. Do you fear being judged?

there is something to learn from everything. one of the worst people in my life experiences reminded me for life why it's important to not be a bully and have always basic empathy. it's very zenlike: even if one gets suffering they usually get the opportunity to learn what it reavealed to them. the good is what we as a person can take and learn from the suffering.
Misery loves company. There was an incident at the Ramana Ashram where robbers came. The devotees said, "What evil men, they even beat the great Sage with a stick!" To which Ramana Maharshi said, "You devotees worship me with flowers, they worshipped me with a stick." For the Sage was an Advaita-Vedantist, a non-duelist.
I've been enthused lately, by experience, if Nature supplies me with enemies, I'll gladly defeat them! It is God's love, the challenge of the game. I must say I giggled at people not liking your look. Non-sense! They're just jealous! You carry yourself with dignity and grace. And you're a super-hot pleasure princess. Did you use something to make them lips so plush? You need rewarded for your efforts.

Thank you for talking about passing judgement on other women when with a partner. I’ve gotten into a new relationship following a long break from dating (I got cheated on) and I’ve caught myself doing this, whether in my head or verbally. It disgusts me because I am normally the first person to tell someone to mind their own business, and I’ve always loved being around women. But sometimes our insecurities and fear of loss can unleash some nasty behaviours. I’m working on it because it makes me feel and look bad.
It’s great that you have this awareness :) I always feel much better when I spread kindness instead of negativity, even if no words were exchanged.
This is something I can't find a way to stop struggling about :( I recognize it's not ok, but I just can't!
I work in customer support and many times get a call from someone complaining and rude. I tell myself this person is having a bad day... I just let them vent, and most times that's all they needed and apologize for being rude before they end the call. I no longer take on the negativity or let it ruin my day 😊 thank you for talking about this and helping others. Btw I think you're gorgeous and have classy style 🤩
Customer support is TOUGH! I commend you for the attitude you approach those challenging customers with. It’s not you, how can it be? They know nothing about you. It’s them, the whole situation plus whatever else is going on in their life that just adds to the stack.
But the nice thing about being in a CS role is that you also have the privilege of encountering so many people each day, there’s always an opportunity to turn someone’s day around.
You are immensely wise, humble and warm hearted, Tatiana. I’ll return to this video and the wisdom in it if ever I’m feeling that stinging feeling from being judged.

With your story at 5:25, I was reminded of the way Jesus judged religious leaders and prostitutes. One time, when the elders questioned him, he said: "Truly I say to you that the tax collectors and prostitutes will get into the kingdom of God before you." (Mat 21:31)
I swear you're on a spiritual wavelength with me, this is EXACTLY what i needed to hear today 😭 I took many steps to build an online business and I am dealing with my first 'mass' (like 30+) group of cyber bullies leaving multi-paragraph nasty comments. I checked the analytics and they came to my page through odd videos (for example one was roleplay POV called forced cross dressing) and I am learning to accept people are... on their own unique journey on the planet 💀 People do not prepare future e-commerce business owners enough for how WEIRD some people are on the internet 😭

I have actually been experiencing this and I had the same thought as you and I’m happy that I can have the awareness to realize that by me judging other woman it really tells what state I am in and honestly I don’t want to be there, it’s not making me feel any better and if anything it will make it worse so I am actively working on changing that. :)

Im trying to get over the fear of judgement and you're right, hurt people hurt people. But, the damage of so many years is already done. I've been trying for years to reverse the damage. I'm ready to just hang it up. It's ridiculous, this world is so backwards with promotion of bad things and shunning the kindness. Thanks for being vulnerable mate! Remember that we dont need to reverse any damage in order to finally feel free, complete, or healed. SImply genuine forgiveness of self and for others is all that is necessary to spark healing!
I feel for you! But don’t trap yourself by thinking that the damage is already done therefore you will never be happy and free. If there’s one things I know with certainty, it’s that people can change. It only ever a matter of will. What happened to you can be the story that keeps you in prison or it can be a story that fuels you to become who you want to to be. You must create a compelling vision of the future for yourself, without that it’s easy to become apathetic and fall into a hopeless state. Don’t let anyone tell you that it’s too late for you, that’s never true.

From a males perspective. Although I do agree that love conquers all. I have to also add that you have to be able to know how to outwit the devil when the time comes. People will more often mistake your kindness for weakness when you walk with love and authentic respect for your fellow human. In order to preserve that mindset, I feel you must know how a snake moves in oder to cut its head off for the safety of you and your peers.
I don't know who would say anything about you, no one is perfect but I would say you have a perfect mind and brain.

Thanks Tatiana. I went through psychosis for 5 months of my life and I’ve been recovering for the past year and a half. You have no idea how scary it was. People were harsh, cruel, and I was taken advantage of because of my state of mind. I’ve become so strong, this video helped reinforce the progress I’ve already made. I love this video thankyou! I been struggling with over coming my habit of assumptions and judgment. Partly because I’m working on of course my own insecurities but my mom always made/makes negative comments about others growing up. I think that kind of influenced me to be more judgmental than empathetic but I’ve def been working on this more and more everyday and becoming conscious of it.
This is exactly what I needed to hear and I have been working really hard on this as the judgements have been harder and harsher. You are right, I’ve come to acceptance of who I am and who I have that their judgments have become so minute to me because those who truly know me do not know me for that and I come from all walks of the world in so many categories to come to my own final conclusion.
Yes hurt people do hurt people and that’s the bully effect this society has on each other. Especially when people feel the superior power over another instead of actually working together.
I’ve always tried to surround myself with like minded people so we understand each other and that plays a huge part of judgement.
Judgment comes from the naive, jealous, hurt, hate, unknown and or misunderstood.
When we are all secure of ourself and respect to understand each other life becomes very easy.

Amazing! We have a choice to identify with any judgement that we feel from the outside world and even from ourselves. Naturally, that judgment will exist and arise within oneself from time to time, but through simply letting it pass without identification we can continue on our path in our own authentic and wholesome light!
There is no need to dim your light in order to feel accepted by others because the only approval you truly ever need is your own! If other's don't approve of your light, then at that moment your presence is simply not for them.

I can't remember the last time I judged someone, but I sure have. The reaction of my mood after judging someone is what I can remember. That made me think about it.
I thought you might be a Christian Tatiana & when you said what Jesus had said about casting the first stone I said "Praise God, God bless you Tatiana" & you encouraged me...there is so much negativity & Ive had a lot of abusive words not who I am in Christ or people false accusations projected onto me that really discourages & honestly angers me. Nice message. I was like you, I always was told I was good-looking but for some reason I would feel very insecure when I was close to a beautiful woman. Or when I would see another’s successful woman, in special if they are beautiful as yourself
But from few years ago I decided I didn’t want to be that kind of person. So each time I have those feeling I literally transform them into positive thoughts and thanking God because there is lots of beauty in life and people, lots of happiness and lots of success. I bless that person and if I have the chance I would make a nice comment
