I'm feeling discouraged today. I wish I was one of the lucky chosen people that get to have this great wealth in their lives. All of these ideas sound awesome but so distant for me. I am happy to see you living your dream.
It’s discouraging when that’s the belief you adopt, that one has to be a ‘ lucky’ (and by whose definition?) to create wealth. Did you know that the vast majority of wealthy people have to work hard and be innovative to create their wealth? Most were not born with a silver spoon int heir mouths. It doesn’t just land in your lap because of luck. Luck plays a part in everyone’s lives, anyone who is honest will attest to a time when things just fell into place. And therefore, here is an element of luck in success. But that’s not all there is to it. I would argue that you wouldn’t be discouraged if you take on a new perspective and one that I think is far closer to the reality. All these things seemed distant to me too, several years ago. I used to think it was only for “those people” not me. I caught the limiting belief and in changing it, I changed my life. I realized that the truth is that I can create anything I want, as long as I don’t let my mind limit me. There’s nothing I cannot learn how to do and I CAN start from humble beginnings. I saw that the old belief was a cop out, an easy thing to say so that I don’t even have to try. With my new belief I didn’t have anymore excuses. I looked for references of people who rose to success from nothing, there are plenty. All this to say, as a subscriber of my channel, I care about you. It sounds like you want financial success, and I want to call you out on the mindset you have that is the very thing holding you back from creating it. Well I've started the first 2 over the course of the last year. I know this may sound real funny but I just discovered you today. Everytime i hear you speak, is everything my mind tells me to do. I'm 30 and up until now I had this belief that I can never be a millionaire. Two months back, I gave myself a target of two years to reach my first million. I started of with investing into an Edtech buisness, mutual funds, and crypto actively. I'm extremely interested in starting FBA. This entire comment is to ask you just one question since a lot of people are discouraging me to get into FBA now. Is it a bad time to start FBA? Also I am super impressed and congratulations. I have been doing Amazon FBA for about 6 months give or take. I'm also interested in being a content creator and making passive income from youtube videos and affiliate marketing because I see myself doing those things but I dont know where to start, what the right mindset is. And I'm definitely trying to read the books you guys recommend one at a time but it's hard to finish them. I have my 3 big goals Im working on for this year and next year but I've havent achieved them yet because they are not easy to achieve or else everyone would be achieving them.

Just doing some basic math on dividends for higher paying stocks, the monthly returns shown in the video are only possible if you invest somewhere around $500,000 in dividend stocks. Greta to hear! All great income streams. I usually say, do one things at a time… but two of those things are very passive; S&P 500 and bot trading. You can set those up in 5 minutes. But it does take time to learn about how to do the bot trading correctly, so keep that in mind. Perhaps set time to learn that before FBA and then once you’re set up focus on FBA. 1. How much money did you have to invest to get over 5000 a month in dividend passive income?
2. Where and how can I research which companies would be profitable for my portfolio? How did you do it? Step by step instructions would be very helpful.

1. How much I invested is not a good representation of how much you'd need to invest in order to earn $5K/month because I have a stock portfolio that consists of many stocks that do NOT pay out dividends. I have millions invested but If I wanted to just invest in stocks that pay dividends I would be making much more passive income every month with the amount of money I have invested. So only a portion of my portfolio is composed of dividend-paying stocks.
2. That's the hard part and the reason why so many people avoid investing in the stock market altogether. That's why I recommend investing in ETF's rather than individually picking stocks, for beginners. It takes the pressure off of you to analyze companies. My favorite ETF is the S&P 500, research it. Having said that, the companies that typically pay higher dividends are banks, cell companies, oil/gas.
3. Yes, you can invest internationally.

I did read some books which you can see on my website tatianajames.com/bookshelf but I invest very conservatively, I invested a lot during the market crash in 2020 in tech stocks but now I do dollar cost averaging and invest in ETFs mostly because it’s much easier than individually picking stocks.
What is your advise for a broke student (under 20) who wants to become financially independent and hopefully her on bosse one day.

When you make revenue from videos, what is the tax situation like ? If you're still a Canadian citizen, do you have to pay U.S taxes for U.S views ? Does You Tube make monthly transfer to your acct or send you a cheque ? Do they send you a statement for tax purposes or do you have to manually keep track of it ? Also I have the same question for kindle books, since you're an author.
Does the bot program produce a report for taxes ? Usually a trade from a crypto to a fiat currency is a taxable event so multiple transactions would create a taxable event for every trade which produces a profit.

Hi Tatiana! Love your videos. I just started watching them about a week ago as I’ve been dedicated to trying to figure out my best way to start investing in any form of passive income. Can I ask what was the biggest obstacles you had to overcome doing any of these yourself? Like red flags/lessons you learned by trying to start your own business? Did it happen overnight? And what are the best tips you have for people just starting out?
Hey Isabelle, thanks for your comment. Nothing has ever happened overnight for me and I think if you ask almost anyone they will say the same. The only thing that produced results overnight was the crypto bots because they start making money within the hour. But in business it almost always takes time to see the ROI , you can shorten that time but it still won't happen overnight. My tip is to choose one thing, there's so much abundance of opportunities out there so it's not a bad problem to have lol but people can get stuck on just having too many options and not knowing where to start. Pick one thing whether it's investing in starting an eCom business or getting into the crypto world or whatever it is, and just focus on that. You'll get a lot further when you can just focus on one thing at a time.
Please make a video on how to find angel investors to help scale our Amazon FBA business.
