We all have sinned, but through Jesus, we are saved from darkness and brought into the light of God. Let go of fear, anxiety, and depression by talking to God. Put on the armor of God and cast out the demon of fear in Jesus' glorious and precious name!

Ladies, I deal with the same things and for a long time. It takes a lot of faith, that, I don't always have enough of it. Its also a lot of mental hard work and I've repented of so many things. This is helping. Such as entitlement, selfishness, jealousy, etc. That is helping me to put away my own comfort in certain situations. Oh, indeed we need comfort from people and God! I love comfort! But, sometimes I'm very selfish, which I DID not even realize! Blessings and healing to us all!!♥️
I am just now coming out of exactly what you just described. It took simple prayer, because all I could say was "peace & strength Lord" because I was so paralyzed. But in prayer I realized I needed to do some step work. That started with calling my doctor ( which was REALLY hard) and addressing the chemical imbalances. I also let a few trusted friends who I knew wouldn't judge me but who would hold me accountable while understanding my struggles. I can say, with glory to God, that I'm finally feeling better. Instead of waking up at a level 8-9 anxiety panic attack, I'm at a 1-3. My prayers have changed from please to thank you. I'll be praying for you 🙏🏻 ❤️

I totally understand this message.I was afraid of my addiction for years and ran from years and when I finally turned my life back around gave it God. I got clean and now I've been clean for 2 years. I love Joyce Meyer she's amazing. I've listened to her a whole lot ever since I've gotten my relationship back with God.

I was recently very ill , in physical theraphy ,they wanted me to try a new exercise! I was fearful ,but I placed myself in gods hands! Now I am on the road to recovery ! Praise gods grace and goodness!
Same here I knee what needed to be done with my herniated disc's but was too afraid. But I pray and just move eat healthy and thank God for giving Mr courage to lose 40 lbs and get me stronger

Isn’t a change that happens over night. For me it was a walk I have with Jesus. He began to show me more and more things. As the years that go by. Okay, I am at 9:18 and have to say some things:
1. Very important, as Addie Duncan already mentioned: For the Lord didn’t give me a spirit of fear, he gives Love,power,and a sound mind. -> this means that fear does not come from God. So the statement "we need fear" is wrong. We don't need anything that is not from God. As long as this believe is there, that fear is necessary of course you will not get rid of fear because you still hold on to it. This is not meant as judgement but as the truth that sets free.
2. The fear of the lord is not being afraid of God! Very important to understand. Fear does not produce anything good. Jesus came to cleanse our conscious - that which goats and other sacrifices could not. So Paul explains that we can come bold in front of the throne of grace!
3. Perfect love casts out fear. It throws it out - and fear is always the fear of judgment in one or the other way. I am saying this because it is true not because I never have fear. So whoever fears is not yet made perfect in love.
So what is the antidote against fear? Love.
I understand what Joyce is saying 100%. But right now I'm afraid to go back to work. I'm a Pre-k teacher and I love what I do. Last year I had to work remotely and I was fine with that. However all I did was to sit all day. So it is extremely hard for me to walk. I'm taking physical therapy but I've run out of days. I'm still at home and taking therapy but I have been taken off of payroll. I don't want to go back not being able to walk well. I fear what others will say. I don't want to lose my career over this. But I dread going back. I'm going to have go back with this fear. I Pray that God will give me courage to go back. I know God loves me. Now I have to show that I believe His word. 🙋🏻♀️🙏📖🍂🍁🍃

I believe you can overcome fear by exactly doing what she says; you face it, you do what you fear, you overcome it, then you're no longer afraid of that particular fear. God doesn't wants us to be afraid, nor do I think that we will always be or have to be, though it is part of the sinful Adamic nature... it's a construct of the devil and the carnal mind, what we perceive as danger isn't always real... as the scripture says fear is a spirit and God doesn't give us a spirit of fear but of power love and sound mind. But to face fear and not run away or flee when feeling it is great advice! Confronting our fears is essential to conquering them, Jesus blood overcame it all, and He overcame this world, and our new nature and mind in Christ is not afraid, our reborn spirit is never afraid.. but for the stronghold of fear we truly need God's help for that. Danger is not the same as fear. Danger is real, fear is not, danger calls for the wisdom to make wise but sometimes fast choices in response to it but fear drives us to make rash choices that are usually detrimental and destructive. Don't equate real danger with fear.

The devil,is a roaring lion seeking whom he may devouer, RUN NOW, and pray for her, don't stay with her.
We do not have to fight anything. We need to trust Jesus and God and the Holy Spirit to guide us through everything. Jesus fought everything on the Cross

Stemming from an ongoing separation and subsequent legal issues I've brought on myself, naturally I've never been under this amount of stress as long as I can remember. I know w/out a doubt that the Devil definately enters my mind early in the morning and attacks my character as Joyce has elegantly said in numerous sermons. Thanks also to Joyce's message(s), I'm now telling the Devil his not welcome followed by praying (and often turning on one of her recorded sermons) to demand the Devil leaves. This has worked beautifully for me. Thank you Joyce for helping me in more ways than you know.
