What a mighty service. I can feel the Holy Ghost power through these old recordings. I wish church services were this way now. Reminds me so much of my Pastor Mother A.B. Jackson and how she believed in just letting God have His way. Praise God!

And just listen, a large congregation, maybe 500, no drums like the oldtime apostolics didn't have, just a hammond organ leslie speaker on the wall, steinway grand piano, and foot stomping and hand clapping! I remember when I was in highschool in Chicago in the 70's, the Temple didn't have drums.

I didn't know her but my pastor is from Chicago her name was benfadine cribbs and she would tell us about how bethelham use have church. Me and my family just visted back in 08 wasn't the same.

It could be if the leaders hadn't sold out for popularity, pride, prestige, position, money and members. Mother Poole died in 1968. I heard years ago someone had silent 8 mm film of Mother Poole but that was when I was in highschool.
