@@ilimit yw mate, yes i know gloss pretorias are only for europe not for usa but if you really want them maybe the vw dealer can do something for you. But very expensive. Im from holland btw (europe). Greetings

Hey Remus, sorry for the late reply. I don't know where to find additional screws but im sure if you reach out to Maxton they can give you the specs so you can find them at the Home Depot?
did you use self tapping screws all the way round? If so then how did they fare seeing as this video is 3 years old now. Apparently it's not a good idea to use self tappers as they aren't as secure as the original bolts that come with the Maxton splitter. I have a brand new one but not sure I can be bothered trying to get the bolts all secured behind the bumper!
Nope, i used nuts and bolts to secure the lip. The video wasn't as detailed with the up close and personal pov. I think the easiest way to install is: secure both ends of the splitter, and then secure the middle portion.
How did you put this on without taking the front bumper off? I thought you had to take it off from other videos I've seen. Mine comes in a few days and don't want to take the bumper off... any advice?
Hey man. I bought the splitter second hand. So it was already pre drilled. I used the 2 pre drilled slots on the far end of each side as a guide. So basically I secured the splitter on the far ends. Once that was aligned, I took my time drilling the holes spaced out between the bumper. For a fresh install, without a lift, I think you will need to remove the bumper. Good luck!
RG - it's holding up very well. We hit a pothole, not cracking yet. We lightly scrap it on our driveway, but still holding up very well. I like the version 2 and up over the version 1. Haven't had a crazy snow storm since the installation so I can't attest to how it'll hold up against 3"+ snow.

Did u use glue or double sided tape, or only screws?
I used only screws. Fitment was great - no gaps, so I do not have to worry about it ripping off during high speeds.
Where can I find the blocks the front wheels do they call?

Where did you find a Maxton splitter without the ugly logo right in the center of the splitter?
Russell, I think I may have the v2 before they started the logo. Maybe you can request for them to leave it off.
