Thank you! There's so many excellent places here in Vegas...I definitely don't regret moving here. Glad you're enjoying the videos, 😋😋😁😁

For that kind of pricing, i.e. expensive to overly expensive, it'd better be not only good but excellent. Otherwise it'd be price gouging.

    Another “ Awesome “ review !!!!
    Just excellent!!!
There are several dishes I’ve never seen or heard of before.
I’m so tired of the frozen Chinese food from a SYSCO truck ! I can’t wait to try this place.
    Thank you 🙏 so much.

Oof...frozen Chinese food! As a friend of mine said back when we had a restaurant...when you see the Sysco truck pull up you know the owners have given up, lol. You're going to love Palette, 😋😋

Wow! A tootsie pop reference. Great metaphor!
I wonder if millennials even know what that is. Do they even make them anymore?
At any rate, I spent a year in San Francisco. We never ate it pallette but I always wanted to go.
That lobster Har Gow looks amazing, as does the honey walnut shrimp
    Another great video!
It would be wonderful if you would ever care to share about your culinary background and your restaurant experience . I would be very interested.

Thanks for the wonderful comments! Sorry you didn't get to Palette in San Fran. Yes, the Lobster Har Gow...amazing. As for my culinary background and the restaurant...we do mention tidbits here and there in our reviews, but don't want to overly bore people, lol, 😁😁

Very elegantly served dishes! As typically, very expensive for each dish. Beautiful restaurant interior. Looks like you spent clsoe to $200.00!

OOf, don't remind me of what we spend, lol. But, it was worth every penny, 😋😋💖💖

I was savouring each dish through my eyes from the masterful filming to the stunning presentation of each dish. Love the palette dish to add the sauces to…my mind immediately thinks of world renowned artists… that in itself is a compliment to the restaurant thinking of those details and for you picking them up!!!! And I would be remiss if I didn’t say Duuuuuuck!!!! Looked delicious lol

The presentation is so beautiful, it is almost a shame to destroy a work of art with extreme bias for my stomach.
