Couldn’t have made this series with better timing, I’m mid build on my 96 SJ (first time) project and was worried about having a waterlogged tray before putting in jettrim mats when they arrive, will probably watch this series before going too deep into the build!

@@RSKI I’ll definitely watch that, will this project build also be a wide tray or are you restoring it to stock tray dimensions? Only thing Making me nervous to cut my tray open is it has to all be back to stock dimensions for my tray mats to fit when they come in. Sharing your series to some of the fb groups I’m in, this content is super easy to follow, love it!
@@ballinchris636 Thanks for the kind words! This project on Matt's ski will probably not be a wide tray for now since Oregon summer is coming soon!
Another good project from RSKI! Typical find from CL.... Looks like you'll have another deep dive into removing foam from the tray. Probably pump inserts too like from the last ski? What became of that ski as you finished the wide tray and were maybe adding front sponsons? What kind of powerplant is going in? Thanks for keeping the SJ fever alive.
The black ski is getting turf and sponsons currently. We’ll do an update video on it. 701 and bpipe in all of our skis. 🤙
