I just shared your video as to me It was rather relaxing and I thought this is what the world needs to unwind and take time out. By the way my favourite meal of the day is breakfast whether I have at 8am or 12.30pm if fasting. Start off with fruit, water and a poach or boiled egg. What a beautiful video! That pasta looked amazing! I like to make Asian noodles using spaghetti or linguini pasta with a soy and ginger based sauce.
