Following the Thread has always felt like it was missing some stitches, if you catch my meaning. The fact that we never encounter Aiden, Karadin’s band or the consequences of any of their actions lessens the motivation for the player, if the other issues with the quest weren’t enough.

Personally, this is one of my favourite quests because it's one of the few where there isn't an obviously right answer because all you have is he-said she-said evidence from unreliable sources. That said, the Hammond / slavers always felt off, like there should be much more there than ended up in the game, and the weird guard interaction that also felt like it was missing lines. I get the impression that they changed their mind about key parts of the quest late in development - e.g. making Keradin's change of heart be genuine.
I don't particularly remember this quest, besides fighting young Arnold Schwarzenegger. The contradictions in the telling of the story always made sense to me and actually I think made the quest better, because I was constanly suspicious and trying to figure out, who is lying and what truth is bent into shape. @@kkkk-uh1cu I suspect they changed their mind about Keradin's change of heart being genuine or not. IMO it's definitely better seeming to be truly genuine but that does leave it one of the few truly grey moral decisions in the game, so I would not be surprised if in an earlier iteration Keradin was still working with his mates and wife was an accomplice.
You make a lot of good points in this one, some of which I've tried to correct for on my own and still others I've never even thought about. On the two closest ones being the two who don't know where he is, I always assumed Lund and Vienne actually knew where he was all along and just thought that whatever a couple witchers could do to them would pale in comparison to what Karadin might have done to them for outing him to an enemy (questions of reformed or not and whether Karadin or Lambert is telling the more accurate rendition of what happened to Aiden aside, he surely has to have some incredibly dark deeds in his history if he got someone like Hammond to see him as a superior). An alternative thought on Vienne in particular... it's entirely possible she's so fisstech'd out of her mind that she genuinely doesn't know because she's losing her grip on reality. I mean, did you look at that table? It looks like a blizzard hit it. For Karadin's letter to Hammond, I was never able to find anything in it but I always assumed there had to be a secret code in there somewhere. After all, if Karadin was indeed living the double life of pretending to be a respectable merchant while continuing to do shady stuff with Hammond on the side, it'd be too much to risk to send him a letter with a straightforward message in it. It's a long way to Skellige and I'm sure that note passed through a few different hands along the way from Karadin's hands to Hammond's - hands that may have been controlled by a brain that may have been wondering what an upstanding member of the upper classes was doing exchanging letters with one of the vilest brutes in Skellige. Since I was never actually able to find a code, though, I ended up wondering if maybe it was something easily lost in translation, like maybe phrases used had a dual meaning in the original iteration or something like an acrostic cypher. Also, I have somehow never once noticed that Karadin's wife has a sword and it blows my mind that I've never seen that. I've played that quest about 7 times myself and watched it being played at least another 4 and yet somehow that completely escaped my attention. It does seem reasonable to me, though, that regardless of whether Karadin is reformed or a liar, he'd have good reason to arm and train her to defend herself as needed. While I do have to agree with you that there are plenty of issues that definitely put this in the running for worst quest, I still personally have a soft spot for it, because setting all those issues aside, I still enjoy the relationship building (or utter destruction, depending on how you play it) that you have with Lambert in this quest.
If you post again or not I truly enjoy your videos. I intend to continue catching up and watching them again. Just like the Witcher 3 each playthrough I find new details I missed the first time through.
And on top of that doing this quest too early makes you miss a quest on Faroe. As a completionist it bothered me a little when I found out about it after my first 100% playthrough that turned out to not be 100%...
There are so many question mark quests that are so easy to miss that it's hard to do a true 100% playthrough without step by step instructions on the side lol
What I find most annoying about this quest is that it bugs the "Flesh for Sale" quest in Skellige. You receive this quest very early, and if you go to Skellige with it activated, you do not receive "Flesh for Sale". And if you have already completed "Flesh for Sale", you cannot fast travel to Trottheim, or it will not activate the initial conversation with the pirates, leaving the quest marker bugged, and forcing you to skip some points in the quest, going straight to the clearing on the mountain where Hammond is if you want to finish it.
@@GalahadTheSeekerHe had proof of guilt. The only proof that he was unsure of was proof of change. Also, Geralt might do stupid things if his friends ask him to.
@@kesasika Does he? I remember he hates that one specific cat school witcher, but that's because that guy's absolutely bananas. And even then, I seem to recall Geralt letting the guy go despite him doing some genuinely awful stuff
I always just took this to mean that Lambert was lying to get revenge, but I never really looked into it either. Still a shame that so much is missing, rushed or overlooked, but at least we got to meet Lambert in the open world. Always wished there was a similar quest with Eskel, a monster hunt or lover’s (a succubus, knowing Eskel) squabble or whatnot
2:52 Anyone noticing the laundry in the back? Are those straps glued to those pants? I'd have thought you'd wrap them after putting on the pants and take them off before taking off the pants
I agree that the pieces don't fit in this quest. I always kill Karadin because the way he presents himself doesn't feel genuine. It borders on creepy at points. Maybe that's what they were counting on here, that people wouldn't like/believe him. Or they were trying to make a quest that left you asking questions to the real story, but still there were too many loose ends and it wasn't satisfying. If you haven't played Gwent with Lambert yet, you can play right on the spot of Karadin's killing, which I found amusing.
Great video. A very perceptive explanation which makes me rethink about this quest and other Witcher 3 quests as a whole. Anyway, there's something that I want to point out. Maybe somebody else had pointed it out before, but maybe I'm just overlooking into it. There's a comment in your video a long time ago from a viewer who read the books. Said viewer mentioned that based on the books, Geralt had a shoulder injury. And if you let Geralt idle for a while in TW3 game, he starts moving his shoulders. It might imply something, or just simple movements in a game character. Oh, I've recently played the Next Gen game (after loosing 5 years worth of saved games due to a ransomware virus) and I noticed that you can actually trample over poultry and goat/lambs when riding Roach and loot them after. That's interestingly new to me.
So I did Flesh for Sale first, killed all pirates, the village got repopulated with Skellige people (not pirates) and then after I resumed Following Thread, I couldn't find Hammond anywhere... He is totally gone.
It's funny, I was zoned out during this quest and remember noticing some plotholes but I shrugged them off thinking I just wasn't paying attention. Great job on pointing them out, nice video
Eveyone knows that the worst quest for The Witcher 3 is the one with the twins, the only instance in life where you get blue balled even if you are alone lol
The var Attres? If I recall correctly, Rosa was originally supposed to be romanceable, but they changed it. I find it a nice narrative choice, to be honest. You think things are going in the romance direction, but then she shows an ugly side, Geralt rebukes her, and she gets pissed off and leaves. That's how it goes in life, sometimes. Also, I'm pretty sure she's a teenager, so....
What i think it is happening here is that we are missing an element, item, something, probably in Skillege. And the quest is bugged in a way Geralt reverts to tells Lambert the story as if we found it. That may also explain some of the missing dialog choices too, simply put, i think we are missing something. As for Karadin, he is lying, he is expecting someone that wants revenge and still dosent get the wife and kids to leave the place inmidiatelly? no way. The wife dosent say anything, she is looking down, the kids arent doing anything just standing there. If Karadin was telling the truth he would have told the wife to leave inmidiatelly with the kids, and instead he used them to try to convince Lambert and Geralt. Ge'els cared more about his model than Karadin cared of his family. Also he were close to Lund and Vienne, to the point he at least learn one of the two got killed. Otherwise how did he knew? You can find Hammond before meeting Lambert the first time? either before starting the quest, or right after starting it.
4:52 maybe in earlier versions of quest it might have been possible for Geralt to be decieved, depening how he obtained information of current status between Hammond and Karadin. Maybe even tied with "Flesh for Sale". 8:42 Karadin is a witcher, so he likely knew if these 2 witchers show up to kill him, they'll get him eventually. Might have bet everything on "changed man" act. Deadly Delights is also clearly missing some context IMO. Succubus claims self-defense, but if you did optional part to talk Guard's medic, he will claim killed guards were drained rather than burned. Similar issue with missing herbalist quest. Cannibals claim they'd starve otherwise, but their basement is not lacking in food. Can't call them out on lying.
Hey xLetalis, I noticed a little detail with the saddle that Gaunter O'Dimm gives you, and it came when I was fighting bandits at Fox Hollow in Toussaint. When ome of the bandits came close to Roach with the saddle on, the bandit got attacked by Roach by some fire attack from the looks of it. The Bandit wasn't behind Roach, he was on the side of Roach. Edit: There was also an Axii affect too. And it happened the same way it did with the fire damage affect.
Its strange how we cant get enough of letalis i just cant stop watchin his videos its amazin its awesome its greatest witcher content i love this videos thankyou letalis❤
thanks Letalis for another great video! i've gone through this quest at least three times. it bugged out 'Flesh for Sale' for me the first time, so i had to 'redo it' entirely from a save over 2 days old. that PISSED me off bad! needless to say, Jad felt the weight of my ire. ;D the third time i let him off the hook. i entirely agree with every point you made Letalis. especially the one about the quest not feeling complete enough. i think the writers for this quest needed to stop and look at the finished product in great detail by playing it through three or four times. they messed it up in too many places.
1:08 what quest is this. I have played this game 8 times to 100% (so I thought) including all the questionmarks in skellige. But I can’t remember this scene.
Talk, fight, bribe, axii, kill, I just take the route of greatest XP. I've also never been able to free the slaves from Hammond. Even following the wiki they are already gone by the time I get there.
so nice to see a top quality video from you again. I have not done the research that you have done for this quest, obviusly, but i do remember being less than satisfied when it ended, felt all wrong and now I know why. Last playthrough i did of witcher 3 i did ALL the quest i was able to find, think it took me about 200hours to do. And i dont have to tell you how many of them are great, even the ones you only accedently stumble upon. But this here was really werid all togeather, didnt really matter what you did, and that felt all wrong when all the other quests are so great! Hope everything else is good with you and family and hope to see you soon =) gretings from norway
The clip at 11:30 just feels like a shitpost. From the fist fighting, dialogue, way he ragdolled, and that exasperated death scream made the man sound like he just climaxed. Truly a work of art
Last time I did the quest, I went to Crach first and asked him about Hammond, then for some reason I had to reload a previous save and forgot to talk to him, and by the time I realized it was too late and I didn't want to replay however many hours I'd have to do, and Crach had nothing to say about ending his slave trade in that case.
Yeah, is bit complicated do Lambert's quest in the right and coherent narrative way, that's why many miss game content and even hurts the pace of the story, going back and forth between Novigrad and Skellige.
How do you create these thumbnails, in some special program, or are they just screenshots from the game, meaning the characters on the thumbnails? Btw, awesome episode :D
I do most of my editing in paint.net, which is kinda like a lightweight photoshop :) I also use PhotoDiva for some facial editing occasionally, and I use Nvidia's Ansel to take some high quality screenshots even in the midsts of cutscenes, also ty :)

Interestingly enough, I've only completed this questline once, even though I've played through the game five times. I generally don't ignore quests, unless it's the ones I truly know by heart and that are somewhat "simpler" Even that one time that I did do these quests I.... Didn't exactly enjoy them, the travelling was particularly obnoxious
The shady individual being a boss is something you can see in some rogue places, where smugglers and bandits had some influence in government and positions. You can see that from Elite Squad, where a police officer (captain) was below an ordinary tow truck driver, as the this guy works for the colonel. 😂
Couldn't agree with you more. I always felt unsure and frustrated playing this quest. I really hoped they'd fix that. I was unaware that you could talk with Hammond. He only ever attacked me in all my playthroughs. Very frustrating. Also I always wondered how Lambert knew about the details of what happened to Aiden. Did he find his body and deduce what happened? There were no witnesses other than Karadin's lot, no?
@@abstractnonsense3253 hmm. Disappointing. I always end up going with what Geralt says, cause I figured it takes more effort to record voice than write a letter, so I put more weight on that. But I'm never happy
@@GeraltofRivia22 I don't know why they don't change it. The Witcher 3 is close to perfection. Fix the rushed quests, fix the difficulty scaling for higher levels, fix Roach, fix the remaining graphics bugs, and this game will be even closer to perfection.
I *LOVE* quests in this series where you never know if you did the right thing. I love looking at every detail to reach a conclusion, and discussing with people online about which choice is right. It's a real shame they botched this one, it would have made for a really interesting discussion. As it is, it's not really worth thinking about that hard.
Maybe the letter is only to keep his new persona more “noble”. He probably is a kingpin. The skelliga guy didn’t have the good manner to filter the communication. He probably knew someone would come to revenge the other Witcher.
The way to get into Karadin’s yard is definitely parkour (at least on PC), I’ve done it several times myself both pre-and post Following the Thread. There’s a couple of ways to get up and in if I remember correctly. You can actually get onto the roof of the building attached to/ facing the yard, it makes for a pretty cool shot. (If for whatever reason you would like to see how to get in, @xLetalis, I have ample footage I could send to you if you’re interested) Following the Thread is actually one of my favorite quests in the game (because I’m stupid), but the many “issues” with it have always bothered me. Particularly how the entire quest felt detached from the game. Like, you do some pretty significant things before the quest is over all things considered, but there’s absolutely nothing to show for it (minus the whole thing with Hammond, but bugs aren’t features lol). Additionally, I felt it was EXTREMELY contradictory or hypocritical of Geralt to full on judge Lambert and disapprove, should you decide that Karadin should die. Like Geralt, you go on a full on revenge quest to avenge [Witcher you care deeply about] in the Bald Mountain quest, following the battle of Kaer Morhen. Because it’s someone GERALT cares about, THEN he’s okay with murder? C’mon bud pick a lane.
The Lambert quest is solid only thing that annoys me is Skellige travel just to kill a guy Also not related but interesting detail I can`t remember if the video was made about: In Quest "Now or Never" if you kill the hunters right before entering the house to talk with Triss the people taking Triss necklace actually will mention this(you can anger the hunters using any sign)
didnt lambert said he killed her or at least indicated it? btw. the gaunter o dimm body on the beach, can actually be found in skellige at the whale graveyard, also with the apple.
Went to like the video and seeing the time stamps and the outro iscertainly not boring❤ the first part includes one of my favourite aspects of the game
I agree this quest is so weird especially with how geralt can say "you can choose lambart" or something along those lines and then you instantly have to choose the outcome, btw yes the quest with hammond and crach is bugged, i returned for a reward like crach promised yet get no dialogue option to talk about Hammond
Karadin says that they were attacked and forced to kill the witcher, but also the arrow was shot when the elf lost her nerve? Surely the arrow could only be a 'loss of nerve' if it was shot first. Karadin lied.
xLetalise, I realize this isn't a video related to Toussaint but, man, I'm at a bit of a standstill and would really appreciate your witcher expertise. I've found an illusion wall in a monster den/cave but the damn thing is unreachable. The illusion wall is to the right inside the cave up above a pool of water. Tried to jump up several times and places but had no luck. The (Protofleder) cave/monster den is just east of Basane Farm and south east of Holy Lake in Toussaint. Maybe it's part of a quest that I just haven't made it to yet. Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
For me the worst quest will always be the ghost pirate on a pirate ship one, that entire quest line I found difficult to path find, I have an extremely hard time with some of the enemies along the way and when I finally got past them I killed the boss without any effort.
2:10 if two cat eye'd dudes strapped with better technological weapons, bombs, crossbows, scars all over them walked up and said let us in. Every human male that ever existed would say "uh, can't argue with reason!"
unrelated topic, but what are the circumstances of Cleaver wanting to kiss Geralt? I think I never saw it and now I'm curious. All I found was one clip of this scene from 7 years ago that is 6 seconds long with no context given whatsover
i know people hate me for this but after countless replays, the quest that i dislike the most is "an invitation from keira metz" i truly despise that one
I gotta say, after 9 years of this game being out and me playing it on and off throughout those years, one quest has really gotten boring to me. And that is most of the novigrad main quest line. Especially broken flowers, it really does feel very tedious nowadays. The parts with djikstra are still amazing, his banter with Geralt is genuinely one of my favorite parts of the entire game. Same with the Priscilla song. But everything else in my opinion just feels kind of boring and or tedious , even Priscilla says "so you have to find X person to find Y to eventually find Z? Sounds like a lot of work". Which it very much is. It really does feel that way after you know everything you have to do. I know elihal and the teacher are skippable, doesn't make it any less tedious.
I kinda like the teacher's poem about horses :D But I know what you mean, many people have actually expressed similar thoughts about Novigrad's storyline and even the Broken Flowers quest specifically
@@xLetalis I think youre being confused, when it comes to talking about bad quests in the Witcher 3 I usually don't have much to say because even the smallest and trivial side quests are pretty good. Even the worst quests in this game are not actually that bad I think, they are just being overshadowed by all the good ones. I encountered plenty of worse quests in other games.
I was finally able to get a reward for killing Hammond. Once you kill him go directly to Crach at Kaer Trolde, not Lambert. The dialogue option "took care of Hammond" comes up. He gives 200 gold.

Not Reasons of State?
Edit: fair enough it’s too obvious
If you post again or not I truly enjoy your videos. I intend to continue catching up and watching them again. Just like the Witcher 3 each playthrough I find new details I missed the first time through.
The best treat is checking my notifications and seeing XLetalis has posted a new video
And on top of that doing this quest too early makes you miss a quest on Faroe. As a completionist it bothered me a little when I found out about it after my first 100% playthrough that turned out to not be 100%...
What quest?
@@GabrielSouza-zb7pb I believe it's called 'Flesh for Sale' in english version
Don't worry we ain't leave you man 😅 had been there even before you were Witcher 3 channel and loved it too
damn
Always a pleasure, xLetalis.
the pleasure is mine
Never actually thought about that, now I look at this quest differently
5:17 did ciri just look at me?
I wonder how beauclair look like outside during lantern festival. It gives "Tangled" movie feels.
I think Geralt could think that Jad is lying to try and get out of dying or something, but trusts Lambert’s story more
He wouldn’t commit murder without solid proof of guilt. That’s not who he is.
@@GalahadTheSeekerHe had proof of guilt. The only proof that he was unsure of was proof of change.
Also, Geralt might do stupid things if his friends ask him to.
@@GalahadTheSeeker True but even Geralt hates cat school witchers with a passion in the books.
@@kesasika Does he? I remember he hates that one specific cat school witcher, but that's because that guy's absolutely bananas. And even then, I seem to recall Geralt letting the guy go despite him doing some genuinely awful stuff
@@eldara3 He let him go, but threatened to hunt down and kill him if he ever heard anything nasty about him again.
Always happy to see your videos! Hope all is well with you and your family.
5:05 "xLetalis, Stop selling me plz". 🤣
5:06 I just died laughing. Ciri, you sweet summer child…that’s never going to happen
5:17 I thought I had imagined Ciri’s eyes had moved, so replayed it back to make sure 😂
2:52 Anyone noticing the laundry in the back? Are those straps glued to those pants? I'd have thought you'd wrap them after putting on the pants and take them off before taking off the pants
heh, nice catch
I agree that the pieces don't fit in this quest. I always kill Karadin because the way he presents himself doesn't feel genuine. It borders on creepy at points. Maybe that's what they were counting on here, that people wouldn't like/believe him. Or they were trying to make a quest that left you asking questions to the real story, but still there were too many loose ends and it wasn't satisfying. If you haven't played Gwent with Lambert yet, you can play right on the spot of Karadin's killing, which I found amusing.
It could have been a full finesse job. Lambert could have his own motives, using what we know as a cover story. Thank you, Xletalis.
That's kind of how I saw it. Lambert was out for blood and was fine with lying to Geralt to get what he wanted.
I love the Radovid quest just for Dijkstra citing one of my favorite lines from Shakespeare.
I noticed quit a bit of this when I played it, as well. Nice to finally have a video update!
What? Not the sleepy dwarf? Or the pellars goat?
My main issue is, that it makes the quest where to free the slaves unaccessible, so i usually wait until after that to start it.
12:20 Ah, so the outro has changed. The anniversary video instead of selling Ciri
Great to have you back so soon. 👍🏻
Can't call them out on lying.
good points
0:16 Ah here it is, xLetalis's signature intro where he is fighting an army of Yennefers
In the mission with the vampire..watch the cut scene..lambert uses axii ..you can see him use the sign..that’s why the guards let you both in
The elf was a drunk . Everyone else was lying. They are afraid of Karadin. 😂 Remember: Karadin is a Rogue Witcher (from the school of the cat).
Time for a tierlist of all the quests.
thanks Letalis for another great video!
i've gone through this quest at least three times. it bugged out 'Flesh for Sale' for me the first time, so i had to 'redo it' entirely from a save over 2 days old. that PISSED me off bad! needless to say, Jad felt the weight of my ire. ;D
the third time i let him off the hook.
i entirely agree with every point you made Letalis. especially the one about the quest not feeling complete enough. i think the writers for this quest needed to stop and look at the finished product in great detail by playing it through three or four times. they messed it up in too many places.
1:08 what quest is this. I have played this game 8 times to 100% (so I thought) including all the questionmarks in skellige. But I can’t remember this scene.
that's part of the worst ending
Can't get enough of your videos. Thanks!
Well, in such a huge masterpiece, something would end up not being perfect. But we still enjoy these parts too😁. Keep up the amazing job
xLetalis💜!!!
Where is the map at 3:00 from? Gotta be one the best Witcher maps I've ever seen!
popped up on google images
Talk, fight, bribe, axii, kill, I just take the route of greatest XP.
I've also never been able to free the slaves from Hammond. Even following the wiki they are already gone by the time I get there.
Bitter Harvest will always be the worst quest.
What about the quest, where you have to help two skelligers fight some monsters in a cave?

so nice to see a top quality video from you again.
Hope everything else is good with you and family and hope to see you soon =)

Would love to see that video about the Radovid quest!
Might do one :)
@@xLetalisThanks for the quick answer, keep doing what you're doing because you're doing it the best among all the Witcher-related channels, greetings from Poland, where every Witcher fan appreciates your videos:}
@@odrin3933 that's wonderful to hear!
Interestingly enough, I've only completed this questline once, even though I've played through the game five times. I generally don't ignore quests, unless it's the ones I truly know by heart and that are somewhat "simpler"
Even that one time that I did do these quests I.... Didn't exactly enjoy them, the travelling was particularly obnoxious
Man, there are soooo many quests i'm missing, like Ravoid's assasination or that viper school Witcher.
The shady individual being a boss is something you can see in some rogue places, where smugglers and bandits had some influence in government and positions. You can see that from Elite Squad, where a police officer (captain) was below an ordinary tow truck driver, as the this guy works for the colonel. 😂
The bounty for Hammond seems fixed. Atleast I got it just yesterday from Crach on Cerys coronation.
3:25 she ends up in a mindflayer pod with implanted memories, then annoying you for an entire campaign ...
The guard was Axiied by Lambert. You can see for his gesture he was doing something and Geralt noted.
There were no witnesses other than Karadin's lot, no?
indeed
If they haven't fixed the last quest of the Radovid elimination arc, they won't fix this one. Which is a shame.
@@abstractnonsense3253 hmm. Disappointing. I always end up going with what Geralt says, cause I figured it takes more effort to record voice than write a letter, so I put more weight on that. But I'm never happy
@@abstractnonsense3253 the next gen update was a huge disappointment. They fixed none of the rushed quests.
The best part of Radovid's assassination quest is Philipa Eilhart 😊
yes!
whats the name of the outro at 12:30 , which version is that ? sounds like hail to caranthir
the music? I believe that's Lady of the Lake
Loved the hidden msg from Ciri so much that I had to pause the movie immediately to give a huge Like to your video.
thank you
Missed you and your videos! ❤
(If for whatever reason you would like to see how to get in, @xLetalis, I have ample footage I could send to you if you’re interested)
Following the Thread is actually one of my favorite quests in the game (because I’m stupid), but the many “issues” with it have always bothered me.
I'm here for whatever your schedule is! 🥂
Ahh , Ser. Geralt's flamboyant dance is always .... um , entertaining we must say.
Holy cow the wife is WEARING A SWORD! I would never have noticed.
Also great vid as always
The Lambert quest is solid only thing that annoys me is Skellige travel just to kill a guy
Also not related but interesting detail I can`t remember if the video was made about: In Quest "Now or Never" if you kill the hunters right before entering the house to talk with Triss the people taking Triss necklace actually will mention this(you can anger the hunters using any sign)
didnt lambert said he killed her or at least indicated it?
btw. the gaunter o dimm body on the beach, can actually be found in skellige at the whale graveyard, also with the apple.
Went to like the video and seeing the time stamps and the outro iscertainly not boring❤ the first part includes one of my favourite aspects of the game
Sorry I replaied and laughed when you hit your hand 😂
It is so weird yet so funny that you kept it in the video 😊
Theres a few quests that have the same "messy" vibe as rodivids assassination but its been so long since i played
Bro's content never ends... 👍🏻🐐
Karadin lied.
whos that guy in red dress at 8:58 i dont remember him

Xletails is back!
Not with a bang, I am afraid. Read prior comment, posted seconds prior to your infantile churlishness.
xLetalise, I realize this isn't a video related to Toussaint but, man, I'm at a bit of a standstill and would really appreciate your witcher expertise.
I'll have to take a look
ok I had a quick look and I believe that is part of the grandmaster griffin armor quest, I think you end up on the other side if you are on the quest
Will you have a review of The Witcher 3 REDkit coming out on May 21st? This Mod Editor sounds exciting. Really looking forward to it!
while not a review, I just uploaded a video made in it :)
For me the worst quest will always be the ghost pirate on a pirate ship one, that entire quest line I found difficult to path find, I have an extremely hard time with some of the enemies along the way and when I finally got past them I killed the boss without any effort.
Ghost pirate? How was the quest called?
2:10 if two cat eye'd dudes strapped with better technological weapons, bombs, crossbows, scars all over them walked up and said let us in. Every human male that ever existed would say "uh, can't argue with reason!"
unrelated topic, but what are the circumstances of Cleaver wanting to kiss Geralt? I think I never saw it and now I'm curious. All I found was one clip of this scene from 7 years ago that is 6 seconds long with no context given whatsover
That's if you take up his horse racing quest and win
@@xLetalis thank you
i know people hate me for this but after countless replays, the quest that i dislike the most is "an invitation from keira metz" i truly despise that one
Did you comment something similar on another vid or am I being confused? :)
@@xLetalis I think youre being confused, when it comes to talking about bad quests in the Witcher 3 I usually don't have much to say because even the smallest and trivial side quests are pretty good. Very rarely is there a quest I feel strongly about enough to leave a comment. I thought it just made sense on a video like this if you explaining your least favorite quest.
Hope you are doing well btw.
@@genesisosuna hah, youtube must have bugged out, I now see that I had initially responded to your comment, and then it popped out again for some reason, without my response showing. Anyway, thank you for your time :) I'm still in a somewhat difficult period in RL, but all in all, I'm doing well.
Even the worst quests in this game are not actually that bad I think, they are just being overshadowed by all the good ones. I encountered plenty of worse quests in other games.
oh, for sure
I was finally able to get a reward for killing Hammond. Once you kill him go directly to Crach at Kaer Trolde, not Lambert. The dialogue option "took care of Hammond" comes up. He gives 200 gold.
