I love getting little alignment reminders (as I do most of my yoga at home)
These ‘shorts’ sink in - one by one... then next time I’m in the pose, I’m checking myself.
Or even getting up and checking my alignment right now...
(Midnight in 🇦🇺 - Me checking my skandasana form )
    Love it 🥰
    Thanks 🙏

Expert advice because of how well you break down the details into smaller movements.
I haven’t done yoga since Nintendo’s Wii Fit. But your videos are making it much more approachable and are encouraging. 🙂👍

Thank you so much for this explanation. I find this pose really difficult, cannot lift my hands without falling over but I keep trying 😊

    Thanks Charlie,
I usually have the sole of my trailing foot firmly planted on the ground for stability. Which means my leg is rotated inwards. Practically a different pose! 😄

Any tips for hyperextending knees? If I turn my extended leg/foot like that my knee will collapse really far down and it feels unstable and uncomfortable.
