well monday's workout left me disappointed and doubting myself. took a few days off and came back to this one and felt like myself again.. guess I just needed a bit of recovery time. Thanks for the encouraging comments you left me ladies! This one was a great workout
No cardio or jumping but my heart rate was high and sweat was pouring!😅 that no rest! Phew! And my legs and glutes were feeling the lower body moves after yesterday's workout! 🔥 I'm getting stronger! Thank you, Sydney!!💜

I loved this workout. Thanks for doing shoulders first. It's my weakest area from injuries. A wave of joy spread through my body when I was done. I'm tired but feeling strong and accomplished.

I can not thank you enough for posting your workouts daily...also I absolutely love doing your yoga work outs at least 3 times a week along with your daily workouts. The Health Educator in me just went nuts when you mentioned the Transtheoretical Model!! I loved this workout today - it flew by and I really pushed myself with heavier weights! My only complaint - the music. Whoa... It was so incredibly loud today. You were the background noise today and the music was at the forefront.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVED this workout!!!!! I'm completely drenched with sparkles!!💦😅!!! I can not wait until I can join the Sydney squad!!!! I'm really tighten up my diet with no carbs! Its my only guess of why I haven't lost much weight in the past couple months. 🤷♀️
