I'm so glad I found this channel and this creator. Whenever I get out down about my weight I always try to come back at the end of the day and get my daily workout in. Today when she said "I'm proud of you" it genuinely made my cry. I want my spouse or parents to be proud of my progress but I still have to lose more weight for me to get that. Hopefully one day I can be confident again in my own skin. Till then I'm going to be working hard with this routine and eating right.

I wasn't looking forward to a 60 minute workout this evening.. It's 20:41 in the UK and I have an exam I need to study for.. BUT this is the best so far of the RC90 for me, I loved it! Also loved the fact you were referring to anatomical terms and physiology because that's exactly what my exam is for! Great workout thanks Sydney 💪💪💪

Thank you Sydney as always. I left this workout feeling a little disappointed - I don’t think I have heavy enough dumbbells anymore so I wasn’t really out of breath too much during this workout and I kept worrying my form was wrong/ back wasn’t straight/ etc. was feeling down. Then you said to flip that to a positive and it made all the difference. I made the time to do this and I am leaving stronger, even if this wasn’t my most intense workout.
LOVED this workout! Why? Because NO cardio!! Me hates cardio!! 🤣🤣 An hour flew by and I feel amazing. I upped my weights as I can feel my strength improving too. Thank you xx

Another great one. Went by surprisingly fast. Some different and fun moves. Just an FYI. I wear weightlifting gloves. Keeps my hands a little more supported and comfortable. I have a pair that are very padded and have attached wrist wraps for additional support. Also helpful for moves like planks, pushups and mountain climbers. Gives more stability.
This was the BEST workout!!! I love the long workout and strong movements. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. Yesterday's workout felt weak and like a summer break(lol). This is the Sydney challenge workout that I enjoy doing. Thanks!
