    Great workout and I can personally thank you for keeping me motivated and in shape even after 5 kids and a grandchild. Never too old or out of shape to go get it and get it done! Love it! Great work!

      I love them, too! In fact, when the workout is less than an hour, I will do an add-on workout to complete the full hour (or more, sometimes!)

    I'm so glad I found this channel and this creator. Whenever I get out down about my weight I always try to come back at the end of the day and get my daily workout in. Today when she said "I'm proud of you" it genuinely made my cry. I want my spouse or parents to be proud of my progress but I still have to lose more weight for me to get that. Hopefully one day I can be confident again in my own skin. Till then I'm going to be working hard with this routine and eating right.

      Same for me! I had a few other go-to people I worked out with before I discovered Sydney. I still, like you,work out with them on occasion for variety, but I keep coming back to Sydney! Her attitude is so positive and affirming, and not to mention her workouts are FANTASTIC!

    So, I missed Monday and Tuesdays workouts because I hurt my ankle. Today, I was SO nervous because I’ve never done a 60 minute workout with Sydney. I freaking CRUSHED this workout! I love this style of workout! I did modify the calf raises a bit because of my ankle, but this was a great workout to come back to. Thanks Sydney!

      Great! When i feel like giving up in the middle of a work out i try to remember the satisfaction of finishing. To be honest it doesn't always work. But that doesn't matter Today you crushed it so Good Job!💪💪

    I wasn't looking forward to a 60 minute workout this evening.. It's 20:41 in the UK and I have an exam I need to study for.. BUT this is the best so far of the RC90 for me, I loved it! Also loved the fact you were referring to anatomical terms and physiology because that's exactly what my exam is for! Great workout thanks Sydney 💪💪💪

    Yeah girl, this workout was so good! My most favorite this week! I scoffed at the 60 minutes, but it flew by, I couldn't believe it was over! CRUSHED IT!

    I usually skip your full body workouts bc they are often mostly combo moves which limit strength gains, but luckily this one wasn't so I got much more of a workout out of it! Thank you!!

    This is my 2nd day back at exercising in for ever and my 1st day working out with you. I did not use any weights and I still got killed. I can't believe I made it though the whole 60 min.

    Thank you Sydney as always. I left this workout feeling a little disappointed - I don’t think I have heavy enough dumbbells anymore so I wasn’t really out of breath too much during this workout and I kept worrying my form was wrong/ back wasn’t straight/ etc. was feeling down. Then you said to flip that to a positive and it made all the difference. I made the time to do this and I am leaving stronger, even if this wasn’t my most intense workout.

    Perfect!! As you know, the 60 minute ones are tough to go into mentally, but you know how to get us through!! I am so grateful for you and Dustin for what you put out for us on a daily basis!! That 60 minutes felt like 40 - it flew by!! I even pushed my weights today! Feelin’ STRONG!! Loved the moves and the superset is always the way to go!! #crushedit 💪🏻❤️ My calves are gonna be sore tomorrow!! 🔥😆

    Another great one. Went by surprisingly fast. Some different and fun moves. Just an FYI. I wear weightlifting gloves. Keeps my hands a little more supported and comfortable. I have a pair that are very padded and have attached wrist wraps for additional support. Also helpful for moves like planks, pushups and mountain climbers. Gives more stability.
