So good! I think the first time I did this I used 8s in the overhead hold lunges but today I used 12s. Progress! I probably could have went up to 15s but tomorrow I am smashing lower body so kept it lighter. I enjoyed this one and will def repeat in the future.
I tried every excuse in my head to not do this workout but I showed up & showed out. No way I was going to screw up my consistency that I've been crushing. Now I'm feel great & ready to crush my Saturday. Thanks Sydney!

I’m recovering from a broken clavicle and just getting back into light lifting. I’ve been modifying my workouts to Sydney’s to protect the shoulder and it has gone very well. I was just a little sore doing Lateral raises so I keep it on the lighter side. Thank you Sydney!
Crushed it. I started it, got interrupted, came back and re-crushed it. Another great workout. This week I am going to focus on my nutrition. Relfect on my positive choices and not dwell on the slip-ups!
This week I am going to go to bed earlier around 10 (I am a very late sleeper typically). I am going to make sure to meditate and reflect on each day to see what I’ve done and where I can improve. Also procrastinate less! With fitness I will add in ab burnouts at the end around 3x a week.
Holy smokes! This is a great one. I'm saving this one. You have such a big library of workouts I always find something great everyday. This particular one is great because I love HIIT when its 30 sec intervals. Even if you don't like a move it will be over in 30 sec! I'm dripping sweat! Thank you!

I'm happy that I completed this workout. This was not best day mentally. And I know that affected my workout. And while I probably only pushed myself 60% physically, it was 110% mentally. And I almost didn't do this (I even stopped halfway for about 15 minutes because I genuinely didn't feel the drive to finish), but I got there :) Love you, love your channel, thank you for everything.
I crushed it today! Thing I'm going to work on next week is hydration...i will have my water with me wherever I go at work...at choir...around the house...and 8 am going to set a reminder in my phone to go off at a set time, so if I haven't finished my glass...I finish it!
As usual, you are right. This exercise was extra hard after leg day, but I still crushed it! I am proud of my efforts, but I am going to improve on my sleep and start bedtime early. You're workout outfits are always cute and on point!!
This workout was killer! Finished it drenched in sweat. This level of workout is perfect for me. Always increased my weight when you said so! I'm gunna try and get at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep and drink as much water as I can! Thanks for the great workout. I love the agility parts of it.

Per my Apple Watch I burned 326 calories. Sweat was dripping buckets to the floor! Even though you (Sydney) are miles away and I’ve never met you in person, the workout feels really personal. I’m 43 and have two adult sons. I’ve tried over the years to stay in shape...but it’s gotten harder the last couple years. You mentioned in the video making time for working out despite what your other commitments are. I need to work on that more. I am a freelance marketing consultant so my clients’ requests happen at all hours. Sometimes I am up really late and hence have a hard time getting up. I am going to put my workout times on my calendar so that I don’t commit to anything else during those times. Thank you for the pep talk!

There was only one day when I felt low on energy, but I still did the best I could do that day. This morning I was busting at the seams with energy, so I was able to really push myself with weights and speed woo hoo! 😁💪🏻 One thing I want to work more on this week is making sure I get to bed a little earlier. I have been doing pretty good with getting enough sleep, but a few nights this week were a little short, and I paid for it the next day at work with daytime sleepiness 😴 That will be my challenge for the coming week, getting to bed at least 20 minutes earlier.
I definitely need to hydrate more. I’m at a business conference this week in Orlando where it’s beastly hot so I’m going to have water with me at all times!
Crushed it, super drenched this morning. Love how you push me to give it my all. its easy to stay comfortable but when you say can you go faster, lift heavier it totally pushes me. Crushed it. Also, funny that you mention rolling ankles over your weights...because I did that almost a year ago now. I took care of it and started working out again and was experiencing knee pain, so I went to a physiotherapist and have been strictly doing corrective exercises. This is my third workout back from this second recovery break and it is tough coming back. I feel weak and like im starting from scratch, but I know I can get through it because I've done it before! Long story short....MOVE YOUR WEIGHTS OUT OF THE WAY! LOL

When I do the jump squats instead of doubling back I do a jump and turn in the air to get myself turned around then I go back.
