- In this video, I share with you the time-lapse of gilding the letter 'G' on glass. This piece has an Art Deco influence. I used several techniques on this piece, such as water & surface gilding, blending and outlines.

Fantástico video muchas gracias por compartir tu arte y proceso solo lo que no entiendo es como se llama el agua que le agregas para que se pegue la hoja de oro al vidrio yo estoy en mexico y no sabria como buscarla
Saludos Joha Mune
Hola Juan Pablo, apenas veo tu mensaje. Se había colado entre muchos. Me encanta que te gusten los vídeos, son con todo el cariño.
El agua se llama ‘water size’ y es básicamente agua con gelatina.
saludos,
Joha
The design in the corners are lovely. Are they a stencil? If so, where can I buy them?😊
I designed this border myself. You could probably get something similar online but I don't know where.
Very nice ! Do you use Oramask for masking ? If so it could be very interisting to test airbrush for gradients 😉
Yes, that's the one. An airbrush would do beautiful gradients!
Hello, what color do you use?
Hi,
Which of all of the colours are you asking about? 😜
The background blue is aqua, the outline is coral (both from 1Shot) and the blending is french blue (from Craftmaster).
All the best ✨
I'm still a beginner and had bought Craftmaster paint, so far so good but had to apply paint several times to get it covered. Is that normal or did I make a mistake? Glass not completely clean or the like. Thank you for your help
@@Wolffi82 Craftmasters is good signwriters' paint. Depending on the colour, sometimes, you need to give more than 1 coat of paint. Unfortunately, I can't help you more. I don't know what we're you painting or how. Just keep in mind that it's really important to have very clean the glass when doing glass gilding.
All the best,
Joha
