    Thank you Dom,
    This has really has been quite emotive watch for me.
    My father worked in a factory in East London creating and making this wonderful and fascinating work.
    He worked through WW2 in a retained occupation bevelling glass to make gun sights for submarines, tanks, and all manner of such item's.
    Sadly he died quite young, but not before filling our house with bevelled glass in all colours and mirrors. Filling our house with light and fond memories.

    Gosh… I was given a couple of t shirts with the Beckham Miami logo on, when I was working in Miami a few years back…and now I know who designed it… amazing❤

    The fact that David designed a custom typeface for Mayer’s album is the sign of a true professional. Incredible talent and skill. I’ve always been fascinated by gilding; I guess I’m going to have to take Dave’s class now.

    I paint reverse on plexi, with clear texture and metallic paint, occasionally with brass leafing. Doing something that big is daunting! Gorgeous work.

    I absolutely love that these old skills are being kept alive. It so reminds me of the type of glasswork that existed on pub doors etc... I would love to have glass panels on the doors in my house with this type of design e.g., living room door as snug etc...

    There is a story for everything, very true Dominic. listening to the stories are just as interesting as the piece itself. What a legacy to leave so others can follow. Its documented and will not be lost like it sadly has with other experts in their craft.

    Perfect mirage of art and craft to make amazing things . Great to see, thanks Dom for showing us this. Have sat in meny a Victorian pub and admired the beautiful glass, but had no idea that it can still be produced. What a remarkable artist.

    What a fantastic insight into a really interesting traditional craft. Your series of videos Dom are really inspirational. Making people aware of these traditional skills is so important to keep them alive.

    Incredible workmanship. I have always wanted to to something like this but I tend to be a bit heavy handed and my handwriting his atrocious. Great work.

    Intriguing, so many techniques I have not see before. Calming but terrifying at the same time. Imagine putting weeks of work into a piece and suddenly the glass decides to break!
