Hi, 6 months ago I saw your first video on your 30 days Jump Rope Challenge and it just amazed me how could someone be doing what you did in such a short amount of time. I was intrigued. I like to call myself an athlete, mixing soccer and Insanity(Shaun T’s) type of training but I suffered through the years an ACL tear incident and a lot of lower back pain due to my work which is very physical. So I began in early March jumping rope and amazingly, I’m totally into it. Major thanks to you, I can now work out 4-5 times a week intensively without having to care for pain whatsoever. You’ve been the starting inspiration in this amazing journey. Thanks, guys!
Hi m8 how is your progress now? from that vid i would tell you to get your elbows back a bit and wrists closer to the body you will have to relearn a few bits but you will make crazy better after :D peace
Quite a few of these were normal for me as a little girl growing up jumping rope. I'll admit that there has been an evolution in jump rope since those days. Lol

The boxer step is so satisfying
You got really good REALLY FAST. I have been jumping on and off for almost a year and I cannot do half the things you can do with your rope
Thank you for explaining the boxer step. It's always confused me and my footwork had been off apparently but this showed me exactly how its done.

The ollie or Ali shuffle is called the boxer skip. I know that coz i’am a pro skipper.

You can use a shorter rope to keep your arms closer to your hips
