I never jumped a rope before... I always thought it is girly or dumb to do it. Now I am 29 and I started jumping rope and it feels so relaxing and awesome. I honestly can't believe I have such thoughts about it without even trying. I can do like 30 normal jumps before I am out of air and things go wrong, but I love it so much.

Nooo. Jumping rope is an amazing workout. Use it as the start of a workout. Go for 10 minutes and see how much you energy you exert. The stuff she is doing here are for show. Just do the bounce step and boxer step. Not this other nonsense. The alternating step is good too
the guys that do boxing is part of their routine! so no worries it is not a girly exercise my man!!! keep on!
@@TheDumontShowThe other stuff isn't nonsense at all. Tricks look good but they're great for improving coordination, timing, balance, and all the other benefits you get from a rope workout. It's also very satisfying once you start to learn them and perform them and it gives you more ways to make an already fun workout even better.
@@JDog88no one can disagree with you on that after watching her catch the handle on some of those, her timing is incredible.
@@JDog88 I get that but it doesn't dismiss the fact it's not really needed. The boxer and alternating step are all you need. The others do look fun and can add excitement to a workout. The other ones require much skill to pull off. That's advanced stuff. I get all that by doing those two

Jump rope is very effective if you do it on a regular basis. I jump rope everyday and I’ve seen great results in two months

I've been thinking about starting jump rope recently n watching this shows how much dedication can go into it, this is unreal, I've seen boxers do crosses and lil tricks but some of these look insane, I'm truly impressed, I have a long road ahead of me haha.

All you need is the bounce step and boxer step. That's it. The alternating step is a maybe. I do jump ropes at the beginning of my workout routine every Friday. Jjst do those two and you are working everything. The rest is just showing off to me
