There is no use of a UV filter except protection. Choose any that you can get.

Depends on the budget. 2 go to lenses can be 16-35 and 24-70.. Both are pricey

Any quarter inch tripod will work. And filter will depend on lens thread, so buy a big filter and then step down rings

Reasons why I chose Z50 over A6400:
- *Better kit lenses* : NIKKOR DX 50-250mm is better than Sony's E 55-210mm in sharpness (Sony's lens softens the image more than Nikon's in corners), focusing and zoom range but it beats Nikon's lens in build quality.
- *Sharper images* : Idk how but Z50 takes sharper photos than A6400 even though it has a 21MP sensor compared to A6400's 24MP sensor. Idk if it has to do with sony's lens or the lack of aliasing filter in Z50.
- *Grip* : Z50's grip is way better period. (You can always buy an aftermarket grip tho)
- *Less noticeable rolling shutter* : A6400 takes little bit sharper video than Z50 at 4K but it also comes with horrible rolling shutter effect which is way more noticeable than in Z50
At the end it all comes down to personal preference, both are great cameras, A6400 has some advantages over Z50 (better focusing, more lenses to choose from) and Z50 has some advantages over A6400 (The essay i wrote :p)

@@PixelMatter I don't own a A6400, I compared both of them in the shop where I bought my camera from. The photos in Z50 didn't appear to be oversharpened tho

I agree with all your points. For image comparison you can use the images at DPReview. The rolling shutter issue on the A6400 kills it for me.

Olympus will be tough as resale, after sale support will be an issue.. Look into Panasonic as well

Hello Sir, I'm honestly following all your videos and reviews..
I'm planning to buy new camera specifically for photography, also do the videos but very occasionally for travel related.
My budget is upto 70 -75K (Preferred to have at least 50-250 mm lense kit including) - I've little flexibility in price range (4 to 5k).
Kindly suggest me best camera in rate range, also I'm not big fan of Canon.
I was confused in between Nikon Z50 and Fujifilm X-T 200.

This is asking which bat is best for batting. Camera is just a tool. Unless you have a really specific use case like high speed, sports, etc.. Any camera is good to start with

But unfortunately your audience wont be able to buy a6400, a6500, a6000 or a7m2 anymore. Sony has stopped production of these models due to global semiconductor chip shortage.
Maybe this can be a topic for your next video.

I had to go for Z50, while considering alpha 6400, Fujifilm T200
Same for me too, I wanted Sony a6400 but it’s not coming since January.. it is available on Amazon but none at the Sony stores so you get doubtful ordering it.. picked Z50

I would suggest getting a faster card
. Most modern cameras will have a bit rate of around 50 Mbps. So purchase a card which has a higher bandwith, around 90 Mbps should be good

@@PixelMatter but when you open it in your pc, it comes in rotated form and not in portrait form, and if I try to make it in portrait by some app there is so much frame cut and obviously quality issue

The sony a7ii is available at very low price.. it's old but it's full frame and a really good camera to be honest.. apart from the colors it's a really good camera..

Currently I would say R10 but ultimately depends on what you plan to shoot, photos, videos etc
@@PixelMatter you can say for good photos but the trend is moving towards videos and shorts so that would also be a priority. But at the end everyone wants Camera with good photography specs as well. Video requirement specifically for animal slo-mo shoots for my dog and still photography

@@PixelMatter D7500 is also an entry level camera.. 😑.. they have pretty much the same sensor and processor.. and similar image quality.. except for wildlife..

Anyway, I've used both of them in the field and found d7500 to produce sharper shadows, with more shadow details.. for some reason, z50 doesn't produce sharp images when shooting smaller objects like small birds, butterflies, insects etc. Not sure if it's a firmware issue or something..
