I was shocked at how great it is. The passthrough is fantastic and makes it actually functional compared the the Quest 2. The resolution and the pancake lenses are a huge upgrade as well.
I keep hoping to hear an update is coming for Moss one and two. They already look incredible. If pushed more it would give me another excuse to play both again.
Hi and thanks for the video . Don’t mean to put a downer on your video but I was hoping we would start getting games that are specifically made for the quest3 rather than just quest 2 updated previous games . I want to see better graphics before I commit to buying otherwise am not going to pay £500 for cartoon looking mixed reality and old generation quest 2 games that look a little better in the headset . I do like the fact the fov has increased considerably though as the q2 was like looking through binoculars with poor mobile graphics which put me off buying . It’s funny and I know a lot of people are going to disagree with me here , but i still have a psvr1 and even though it’s not roomscale and a little blurry, the in game graphics of the top 40 odd games don’t look much worst than the psvr2/quest3 unless you consider the first games that came out for the psvr2 like horizon and resident evil 8 which did look quite a bit better - but unfortunately, most of the other games just look like old pc game ports admittedly though with clearer screens and haptics . Or I might wait for the quest 4/ index 2 or pico 5 - might be interesting to wait and see what they have to offer . So personally , am going to stick with my psvr for now and am going to hold off for a year and see what games come out and pick up a used one much cheaper one on fb if the games improve in the level of graphical detail they offer or buy another headset .
Mine is on its way and will arrive today. Not a stranger to VR as I own both the PSVR and PSVR 2, but this will be my first stand alone headset. Primary reason I am getting it is for work out potential as I’ve definitely worked a good sweat in my PlayStation headsets but there aren’t any dedicated workout programs on those, plus being tethered to the console while trying to really get a workout in isn’t ideal. My question though, I never jumped on the Beat Saber bandwagon. It looks intimidatingly difficult and I’m already pretty awful at rhythm games, but I’m tempted by the Linkin Park bundle. Would it be worth it for somebody like me to pick it up? I really wish there was a free trial it looks like a lot of fun I’m just not sure how easily it will click with me
I'm not a beat saber fan myself, but my wife and I work out in Supernatural regularly. It's an awesome workout, has a ton of great songs, and the environment is awesome. I think it's about $10/month now if you prepay for a year. Much cheaper than a gym pass and it gets updated regularly. Very worth it!
@@BenDowswell yeah I was looking into that as well. Seems like it has a two week I believe trial. Definitely checking that out as well. Can’t wait to really get into it this weekend.
Beatsaber is fun, but I agree with Ben. Supernatural (if you’re in North america) is the way to go for a proper workout. And they have really good songs too, better than beatsaber imo. Can’t wait for you to get your hands on it!
Could I give constructive criticism? Stop say "let's get right into it". Instead edit out the preamble and that phrase...then just get right to what you want to say. Too many vloggers add these needless fillers. The good reviewers don't do that.
Don't you know? If you are going to make it on youtube you have to copy what works, so everyone follows the meta (no pun intended). "Let's get into it!" and the same thumbnails as everuthing else that's trending. /s.
Thanks for the feedback! I always like to do a quick summary before but try to keep it straight to the point. I’ll keep on improving and appreciate your words!
You don’t really want to copy, I don’t watch any other VR RUclipsrs (probably should), but certain thumbnails do work better. I’m trying to craft my own style, it’s coming
The best games are the scary ones and too bad im too much of a chicken to play any of them so im missing out big time
What? Dude, like 90% of these are not horror games 😅
@@Simkets did i say the percentage of games are horror?
@@바보Queen Yes, you said the best games are the scary ones. There are only 2 horor games on this list. The majority of "best games" are not scary 🤣🤣🤣
@@Simkets”best games” are subjective. Don’t be such a dork
No way dude! Sure there’s some big hitters in the space, but you have lots coming this year which aren’t 😊

The sharpness is incredible
I got mine yesterday. Its a joy to work with and the visuals are stunning. I highly recommend it.
Got mine this morning. It feels like a really well thought out device. Def an upgrade over quest 2 :)
Zenith rocks! I had a blast grouping in this MMO.
Thanks for this video man! Good work!

Me too actually, moss 2 looked incredible on PSVR2, hoping they can push the visuals closer to that
A fine video my man. Thanks for making it!
i wish i had one
Worth mentioning two of the biggest games coming out later this year. Attack on titan VR and Stride: Fates.
Oh for sure, I wanted to keep this one to just October but I can’t wait for them two
@@PlayTestVR oh I missed that! Such an amazing line up this year. It's been a while since we've had this many heavy hitters come out!
Buckle up I say! It’s going to be a good few months

I don't believe that beat saber has been updated for Q3. I launched it it looks exactly the same.
Correct. I mistook the new update with “enhanced visuals” to be one that was specific for Quest 3. Apologies!
@@PlayTestVR no worries!
Hundreds yes but if you already had a quest you have played most already
Correct, but hence why I listed the games enhanced for it, so it’s worth going back!
I love mine
Someone please tell me….if i have quest 2 and have bought many games, will the games i bought save onto thr wuest 3 when i buy it?
Yes. I just got mine
