Wilson’s heart is one of the best vr games I’ve ever played. It’s on their with half life Alyx when it comes to quality and story. Would 100% recommend to old and new vr players.
Great list. Of the games I have played on this list I can agree they are amazing, including Half-Life Alyx. That game absolutely pushed the VR medium forward like no other game. Modded Skyrim VR is a very close second for me. The modding community is simply unmatched. The rest on this list are very interesting and now on my wishlist. Thanks.
I would add Saints & Sinners and the follow up Retribution. These games can be played solely on a Quest, but in PCVR mode they shine. (With the new Quest 3 and graphic updates the difference is probably lessened than when I first played.) But you are in the universe of the Walking Dead. Scavenging houses for supplies and back at base improving skills and building better weapons and other needed items to survive and play the overall story arc that each game has. The environments are beautiful, the mechanics just work so well, one of my favorite VR games. Otherwise, love your list. Lone Echo 1 & 2. Finally, I got to be in space in orbit around Saturn. So many times in playing I would just pause and enjoy the view. Half-Life: Alyx, still the best probably. I need to replay it sometime next year. VR has some great games for it now.
My Quest 3S have arrived for a while, and I've found that the head strap becomes uncomfortable after prolonged use. The battery drains quickly while gaming. Does anyone have better strap accessory recommendations?
I have the same issue as you. Recently, I purchased the Sonicgrace S3 Duo battery strap on Amazon. It comes with two battery packs and a charging dock, and the comfort level is quite good. Overall, it's a great option, and it might suit you as well.
maybe I am to old to figure it out , I look for "Star wars Squadron" on steam and nothing comes up, and I play after the Fall on steam and it works with my quest controllers but No Mans Sky doesnt, I want to get Arizona Sunshine 1 but I am back to fear my controllers wont work. is there an easy way to look at games on steam that work with the Quest controllers, Thank you for an information !
I would add LA Noire VR i know not the fulll game but still a good AAA VR game (it has a recing and i think boxing too Robo recall pn PCVR allows mods and has crossbuy, mod supports allows free locomotion mod
quest exclusive games realy should release on pc sometime on the quest platform so they can sell games twice like consoles do hehe why not on quest first then ps5 and then pc and sell the games 3 times lol
@nathie That video doesn't really give any info on using Steam Link for Meta pc games, although you do have a link in the description for an air link tutorial. The only way I know of to use Steal Link for Meta pc games is to use Re-Vive, and I definitely wouldn't recommend anybody use that in 2024. Honestly, if you want to play wireless vr on a quest you should have all three options. I normally use Virtual Desktop, but there are games that seem to prefer Steam Link or Air Link. Two of them are free and the third (and best) is only $20.
Star Wars Squadron is pretty bad, everything you see outside the cockpit is in 2D and that kills the immersion. Have played Skyrim VR?, with Alyx are by far the best PCVR game

Kinda disappointed you didn't mention HL2 vr mod. It's a masterpiece that raises an old game to almost HLA VR intergration level.

You need a PC with a good GPU to play any of the PCVR games on your quest.
