I'm still not sure what cheese curds are. LOL.
Basically the first step in making cheese. Renet is added to milk to separate the protein (the curds) from the water (the whey). To make cheese you would then press the curds into a mold to turn them into a wheel of cheese
Does it taste like cheese? Or same texture? Do they sell it like that?@@jurassica2504
