UPDATE! (8/1/23) when you log in with say Twitch or RUclips, but you want to be using Botrix for Kick, you need to click on the settings button for Kick under profile

Does anyone know whether donating through botrix donations is refundable? if so, is there a way to make donations non-refundable? - I know streamlabs and streamelements have made it so there's no charge backs but i can't find anything about botrix donations, thanks.

It runs through PayPal so I think you can have chargebacks. That's why I don't use it. I use streamelements for donations.

when someone donates to me through paypal, they can see the 'seller info' so my email and phone number which I'd rather have them not see. is there a way to bypass this or make it so they cant see that stuff

You can use streamlabs or streamelements donation setup, but it won't trigger alerts so you'll need to keep an eye on it. Otherwise I'm not sure how to hide it.

@@CreoVox thanks. i figured it out, it was my Paypal account. I needed to use a business account rather than a personal one.
