With respect... you never showed how to integrate/change the audio portion of the alerts. That was my main purpose for finding your video. You did do everything else well... but that last 10% is missing!
Sorry for that, the audio for the alerts is the exact same. Once you set the audio clip in each of the alerts anytime the alert is triggered the sound will play at 3:04 it shows the sound option just click the far right box like you would for the image and either choose a built-in sound or upload your own. Click Save Settings at the bottom and you are all set no need to do anything additional to OBS. Hope that helps.
