I stream on xbox, and im using my computer browser to access all of the alerts stuff, how do i get to the obs, or how do i get an obs. Because i set everything up and im completely finished
I haven't heard anyone use the elgato software as their streaming software in YEARS, so it could possibly still work but just setup differently since this video is for streamlabs and will also work the same in obs studio or xsplit. Here is a video I did on how to set it up in elgato. Granted this is old but still try it. ruclips.net/video/uwBfoPhRirs/видео.html
The only thing I saw that you might be able to do is open Twitch Studio > go to your alert > edit alert > and under the Text & Speech section you have Text Layout. Its pre-determined, but you can select having the text on the left or right vs the center. Maybe that can help?
It will only work if alerts are going to your activity feed in your twitch channel dashboard. If you do a replay on a previous alert, does it trigger your alert?
Dont know whats wrong perfectly fine when i test it but when someone followed me nothing popped up and i confirmed with the follower and he said nothing poped up besides a text in the chat so do i need something for this to work
Are you using obs studio or streamlabs? Did you add a browser source like shown in the video? If you are using streamlabs and using streamlabs alerts widget, that will not work with the built in twitch alerts on the twitch website.
I cant help if I dont know how you have it setup. I would delete any alerts you have on your scenes. If you are on streamlabs DONT use the streamlabs alert widget. It MUST be a browser source. Redo the setup and then go to your activity feed on twitch and or streamlabs or obs studio and replay the follower. If it shows then you are good. If it doesnt then I am not sure whats wrong.
Works fantastic thanks for the helpful video. Just one question how do i separate the audio alert in my OBS audio mixer?
In the audio mixer settings you have different tracks. Track 1, Track 2, etc. Just uncheck whichever track you dont want a specific source to be on.
great video , excatley what i was looking for buddy
Happy to help!
So I stream on xbox and just through Twitch... is there a way I can use these alerts just right through Twitch alone?
No. It requires using a browser source through a PC

Nvm my web browser is unsupported 😔
How come these alerts dont work with Game Capture HD?

I have a question.. how can you do it on a tablet instead of a computer i can copy it I don't know where to paste it or find the browser on the tablet
I don't think it supports mobile / tablet.
How can you do the test alert? Which button do i press? Help please
Rewatch the video. I show how.
Is there any way you can integrate the alerts into your microphone to alert enemy A.I.?
not that I know of.
Does it automatically place the alerts at the top of the stream when streaming or do you have to use this in order to place it at the top?
You move it wherever you want in obs.
My alert design is not symmetrical, which means the text cannot be in the middle, but a little further to the right. Can I achieve this somehow?
not sure, it might have something now but idk.
@@CreoVox couldnt find anything :c
Dang... Why not try using something like streamlabs or obs studio to stream from?

Do these show up in chat?
Not that I'm aware of. They show up on screen and in your activity feed tho.
@@CreoVox ok that might still work, I am doing a charity stream and want to record the names of the people who joined for a giveaway at the end

@@CreoVoxis there any turtorial I'm new to this any I only know some
My whole channel is full of tutorials. I have tutorials for streamlabs and obs studio.
its not showing browser url for me
It's on the bottom right of the screen. Make sure you are on a computer doing this.
And here I thought it was a twitch only thing but it still needs to go through a third party like everything else, so don't see a point.
Yeah it still uses obs, but at least it's through twitch so notifications should come faster. However I agree with you lol.
Where's obs
Google obs studio to find the download link if you need it
As somone who streams on console, this is useless
Yeah I can agree. What issues are you having with alerts on console?
