UPDATE! (6/29/23) when you log in with say Twitch or RUclips, but you want to be using Botrix for Kick, you need to click on the settings button for Kick under profile so that way you can setup the alerts for the correct platform. So at 0:25 when I talk about linking Kick you need to make sure you click on the settings buttons afterwards.
Could you help out telling us how to change the small font under the design... yours says new followers but mine says something default. Been trying to modify it but don't know how. Appreciate the help.

iwanna know how to add multipul tip/donation alert like and alert for 5$ and another for like 50$ so how can i do it?
So you can't set an amount, but if two people donated at the same time it would queue them up. So one plays and then after another one.
You can look into variations. I know some support that, not sure if botrix does tho.
Another option would be to use botrix for 1 tip donation. Then use streamlabs for another. And then streamelements for another. So that would be 3 websites, 3 browser sources.
Hi i was wondering what type of file I need to upload to make custom alert - I did used streamelements so I upload AVI but it doesnt work on botrix :/

Hi, hope you can help, for botrix for gifted subs one can set up conditions to play different songs for certain amount of subs gifted..like 5, 10, 20 etc..but there is an option Random which we want to use for amounts eg between those already set up eg..2 to 4 gifted subs and 6 to 9 etc..how does one set that up correctly so one chosen song plays for any random number not set up as = under conditions

i can't seem to be able to link the account with botrix, when i go to deliver the link to the chat, it won't allow me to paste the custom link into the chat for the link. I'm a bit confused because there's no mention of this or why that would be

so i have my own sound files but i got raided and the sound that played i can best describe as a tv gameshow opening theme song lol, anybody else experiencing this?
Read the pinned comment, but also make sure you setup the sound file for raids and that it's a supported format. It might be botrix default raid sound that you heard 😄
How did you do the test? It is not giving me the option. Can you please go a little more detailed in it?
Rewatch the video. You have to trigger the alert in the browser and then you'll see it in streamlabs or obs. Make sure you have everything setup correctly with the alert and the browser source.
@@CreoVox that used to work but now it just opens a blank browser window and won't show anything on my obs. I didn't used to have this problem. I use firefox. Edit: same problem with Chrome. I noticed the widget url was different than the one I was currently using, but switching to it didn't fix anything.
@Griffin_Wood weird. I recently set up the alerts for my gaming channel and it worked just fine for me and I use Chrome. Try clearing your browser cache and try it again.
@@CreoVox it didn't open a new window when you clicked preview? Chrome didn't fix the issue, maybe I'll try what you suggested.
How do I get the sound of my alerts to play live on stream ? Only the name and picture pops up
Alerts should come through your audio settings on your obs or streamlabs. In the audio settings you want to select whatever playback you use for your pc itself.
For me it's my desktop speakers, but for you it can be different.
I set up alerts but for some reason when someone follows the sound is there but not the picture
might be that the image file you setup is not supported. I would try reuploading a photo on botrix, then save, then test it in botrix. Also make sure you are on the correct platform. See the pinned comment on this video.
i dont know why but every time someone follow it dosent pop up but when i test it it work
Make sure n botrix after you sign in you click settings for kick so you are on kick vs say twitch.
How did you test it?
Hit the buttons on botrix that say follower, subscriber, etc. Once you add the browser source in obs you can test it.

for me its working with the test button on botrix website but now on Kick ....

Hi, i have a problem with alerts. I don't hear alerts on stream but i hear alerts from obs.
It will play in obs which will then play through your speakers on your pc. It will also play on stream if you have your audio setup right in obs.

@Kasztanooxd set your default audio device in the audio tab in obs settings to your speakers so it plays it off your pc.
How I can add alerts like twitch mp4 :( it doesn't have an option for more options
Under alerts you select say "followers" and it gives you the options to add the mp4. You have to upload it to botrix. Rewatch the video to see if you missed a step.

If you cut it down to like 10 seconds and turn It into a gif or mp4
I don't see follower option only member and the rest ...
Members is for youtube only. You need to switch it to kick for followers. Go to profile on botrix > click settings for kick
My alerts work but there is no sound...
Did you upload a sound clip that is an mp4? Are your speakers muted? Do you have the correct audio device selected in obs?
My Botrix doesn't have a follower tab
Which platform did you sign into botrix with?

Go to profile > settings and make sure on the top left of the screen it says kick

Like what? If you are referring to the initial login setup you do with botrix I'm not explaining that in each video. They should have that done already.
how does botrix know you're getting a donation from paypal?
There is a link botrix provides for donations but I don't use it. I just use streamelements to track donations.
@@CreoVox may i ask, how does botrix know about streamelements getting donations? i mean how is streamelement and botrix connected? just curious , thx
@Nelson_Liam they aren't connected. If you use streamelements for donation alerts you have to add the streamelements overlay to your scene. Or you can use botrix for donations. I have a video on that in the kick playlist on the channel.
