Headspace review: Is the Headspace app worth paying for?

After using Headspace for a couple of months now, here is my Headspace Review! Is Headspace worth paying for? What do you get for your money? How well can you learn meditation through it? Is headspace meditation different from normal meditation? Will meditating get easier with that app and does the headspace app deliver what it promises? All that I discuss in this Video.
I am trying to make this headspace app review as detailed and objective as possible, so that you afterwards know if the headspace app is good for you, if it is worth paying for it, and if you should get it, whether you are a beginner or more advanced with meditation!

Great review. I've used Headspace for close to 2 years and I really liked their courses, and Andy's voice is very soothing, but I got tired of bugs in the app that made the meditation stop half way through for no reason, interrupting the whole process regularly. I've seen many other people complaining about the same issue. This was a while back so I don't know if perhaps they've improved this point by now, but I've ended up switching to "Calm" and so far so good. However, I haven't used it for as long as I did use Headspace in the past, yet.

Just payed for the $70 year subscription. My anxiety has been off the roof Nd makes my whole body feel sick. I went to the hospital to check all my vitals and I’m super good. So it had me wondering what could’ve wrong with me cuz the doctors said nothing is wrong. So I came to realize it was anxiety and I hope this app helps

Same for me!! I suddenly started having panic attacks a few weeks ago and my body feels sick. Went to three different doctors and they all told me I am healthy and that it is all in my head. I will get the Headspace app.

What is the difference of the $12 and the $7 one. Are there more courses on one than the other?

If you sign up for the annual subscription, it comes out to $7.99/month. If you do month-to-month it's $12.99/month. So it's a better deal to do the annual subscription...still pricey though!

Mate you can't play for this shit it says modden life ceeps us up from work and we have to pay for headspace more money to work for it needs too be free😠
