The Headspace Meditation App is an app created by former Buddhist monk, Andy Puddicombe, that helps you meditate so you can be more mindful, and has been proven with extensive research studies to decrease your stress and anxiety levels, and improve your happiness. After being recommended the Headspace App by colleagues, I decided to try Headspace for the first month.
