Damn young ppl brains have been so pounded with stimuli that 12 minutes of meditations is a long time. That’s crazy.

Meditation would be a life saver for me. I have chronic anxiety issues and anything that can help me is a plus and both of these apps sound amazing

Pura Rasa has some of the best meditations out there.
Buddist OM meditations are great too or the singing bowls are great to.
You can find a lot right here on RUclips if you search

This was very helpful. I never tried but my choice of which to try fitting for me would be headspace. Im so much a insomniac my dr said its affecting my health badly. Thanks for this!

As a chronic insomniac, I'm only able to sleep by medication. As an Executive Chef who works very long hours, it's difficult for me to establish meditation time and rituals. If these apps do need continuous monitoring, it might impede in my work life. I am interested in low level interaction with high results. Thanks team

I found exercise helped me alot. Though by the sounds of things you have limited time. However if by someway you could spare maybe half hour a day it may help you like it did me.

I started with Headspace about 6 years ago and I absolutely liked it, but now it feels rather noisy and overloaded with content. I ended up building my own app Kantan, that is free and tailored to unguided / semi-guided meditation.

    Headspace is to complicated

Meditation while walking in my opinion I won't really work .
Meditation for 10 minutes also won't work
If you are unwilling to commit at least 30 mins then don't waste your time .
At night is a different story if you start meditations and fall asleep in 5-or 10 mins great then it probably helped but your body needs time to adjust you need to be alone or in a quiet group with no distraction.
I wouldn't waste my time on either of these based on listening to you 2.
    Thanks for clearing that up.
RUclips has the best meditations anyways

What channel do you use on RUclips for meditations? I need something that helps me a bit getting started again... not per se keen on paying for these apps, because mindfulness should be freely available. Tia

30 mins is very long for beginners. Even 10 minutes can bring about lots of benefits. Of course, over time you increase your capacity and can build upto 30.

Its depends if you have chronic anxiety these apps look cheaper as compared to consulting a pshyciatrist and medicines
