The Warning covered "Enter Sandman" when they were kids, so they knew the song well. This time, they've broken it into pieces, rearranged it, integrated Alessia's style and created a song that is both "Enter Sandman" and something completely new. Outstanding work by these Mexican Ladies!

I just saw them perform that LIVE this past weekend, and Dany breaks out a white Gibson Explorer for it, too! I believe it may be the same one that Lizzy Hale gave to her. The Warning is proving to be one of the most standout bands today, period! Incredible musicianship and stage presence!
@@NickMichalak I saw them last Thursday and it was my 11th time seeing them live. Been following them for 10 years and have met with them numerous times over the years. I have so many great stories of my experiences with them. They are just as incredible off stage as they are on. The nicest most humble family I've ever known 🥰

Best cover (re-invented) is by far by The Warning and Alessia Cara of "Enter Sandman". They were one of the few acts on the album,that did what Metallica wanted - and not just another cover (The Warning did that 7 years ago), they turned this song on its head,whilst at the same team returning to that familiar riff at the end,to remind you of where it all began for them.

The Warning became famous because of there just for fun cover when Ale was 9 years old playing bass and singing backup as she watched her big sister Daniella play her les Paul and pulled off the guitar parts to intersandman . You include her other sister Paulina nail down the drum parts . Now as solid as a seasoned Rock band the trio of sisters from Monterrey are one of the best rock bands on the planet.

The Warning have been playing their version of Enter Sandman at all of the shows on their headlining Mayday tour in addition to opening for Halestorm and The Pretty Reckless (I was at both Boston shows). They take real pride in it. In LA at the Troubador they brought in Alessia as a surprise for one of the shows and brought down the house. That's how to honor Metallica and Enter Sandman -- don't just do it for the album, but actually perform it regularly!
