A los nuevos fans les comparto que este regalo me recuerda otro igual ó más importante que le dieron a Pau me refiero a su batería DW. Existe un canadiense de nombre Ted Boylan, que podría ser considerado el epicentro de la base de fans de The Warning que está más allá de su círculo cercano de familia, excompañeras de escuela, maestros etc. Ted fue quien dio un gran impulso a su carrera al animar y organizar el primer financiamiento a The Warning para su asistencia a aquel curso de verano en Berkley Music en 2015, luego todo lo demás que ya es historia, sin embargo a finales de 2014 dicho fan le envió como regalo una batería DW a Pau.
Cuando Pau vio por primera vez su batería DW quedo registrado en un video y en él se observa cuando entran a su estudio de ensayo (Warning cave) Ale, Dany y Pau aun con su uniforme de escuela, quizá acababan de regresar de clases, Paulina entra y casi en la entrada se coloca al lado de su Papá muy sorprendida, totalmente impávida, la Yamaha que utilizaba ya la habían quitado y el kit DW estaba ya completamente instalado para sorprenderla. Si mal no recuerdo abraza a su papá después de unos segundos y por detrás de ellos avanzan Dany y Ale, se alcanza a escuchar como Dany le da un golpe con su mano a uno de los platillos (no se ve pero se escucha) y Ale dice algo como “mira ya no vas a tener que estar cambiando…” ( no se alcanza a distinguir lo que dice pero se refirió a una de las piezas del kit) finalmente Pau avanza a su nueva batería y se sienta en el banco para leer con seriedad una carta dirigida a ella, obviamente escrita por Ted, ella solo coloca sus manos en la sienes y frente, los codos y la carta colocados en el Tom y muestra una mezcla de concentración, sorpresa, incredulidad e incluso algo de vergüenza pero también alegría y felicidad.
El video dura alrededor de 5 minutos y lo tuvieron aquí en su canal de RUclips hasta más o menos finales del 2017 principios del 2018, según yo es el único video que han retirado definitivamente ó solo colocado en modo privado, quizá a petición del mismo fan, como sea, ya les compartí como fue ese momento para Pau tal como lo recuerdo.
Hasta hoy con esa batería continua tocando en su estudio, lo que significa que con ella ensaya, compone, aterriza ideas, le da clases a Dany jajaja y estando detrás de ellas en este video metafóricamente es testigo de este buen regalo que les ha entregado el equipo de Metallica.

I have to agree. Metallica couldn’t find anyone better to perform an amazing cover. You not only played their song with perfection, but also celebrated this historical occasion with your own signature. Having a gift from Metallica doesn't have to be routine or trivial. For me it's a sign of recognition of what you do musically and who you are as a person. I absolutely love your version of Enter Sandman. The way you crafted it into a creepy nightmare is beyond epic, and as far as I'm concerned sits nicely with the original. Yes it's that good. The black and white imagery was the perfect chefs kiss for the video.
Dany your vocals during the intro with Alessia's are so haunting, and during "hush little baby" when your sisters add those vocalizing harmonies blows my mind. Your guitar playing is amazing and how you approached the riffs is truly amazing to behold.
Pau your moment with the bedtime prayer absolutely gave me chills. The head roll to eyes open before the line gave me goosebumps, and when your eyes fluttered when you tiled your head back just added that extra bit of thriller. Can't forget your drumming and composition talents. I'm in awe!
Ale. From one bass player to another you are truly a powerhouse. It is such a joy to watch how you craft the lines for the song, and really hold on to that bottom end. Then at the ending hook you just sucker punch with that bass.
Rock is in good hands, and your band will rule the world.
