It is very easy to build and a worthwhile training aid for very little money.
The real training aid also has an extra strike pad that you hit with the main device but I didn't try to build that. Let me know if you have a suggestion for it!
Swing the pro and gain distance and consistency and get rid of that ugly slice once and for all.

The golf ball at the end has another purpose. You take the grip off and swing it using the golf ball as “the grip”. It’s one of the graduation exercises thats recommended.

Do you leave the shaft in the grip? Seems like it would be too flexible with the grip alone, does anyone know?

@@jeffreysparbeck7725 Yes. The shaft is left in the grip. One of the feedbacks for the incorrect action is angle you make at the start if the downswing. See Dan Martin golf on you tube for how the device works.

A great training aid for body rotation and ground forces releasing the arms.No whipping inside here as the body has too move first, and if you dont use the body and ground forces to help release your arms you will wack your back! Tho i just use a yard of thick rope with a bit of pipe sponge on one end, still it helped me get down to 11hcp with poor technique.
