It must be so awesome being able to say “my brand new SUPER car”, hats off to you as hard work clearly pays off! 👌
I appreciate that!
Looks like a well built machine.
Ivan did a great job demonstrating the versatility of the polisher.
Thank you.
I must have missed the demo as it seemed to me he simply pointed out its 'Unique Selling Points'
I was already planning to buy this for a couple months now. This video has sealed the deal.
:). What polisher are you currently using?
@@PanTheOrganizer I have a maxshine m15pro I've used twice now. But I wouldn't mind having one tool to do it all. I need to do some sanding actually. Just finished watching Moremans sanding series with KXK dynamics. I think having a UDOS, iBrid, and rupes mini would be a good setup.
I gather this would be a great all-in-one polisher for those who didn’t want to invest in multiple tools. Definitely unique and probably priced accordingly.
Exactly!
Ivan is a wealth of detailing knowledge; I learn something new everytime. That looks like a solid machine that should last years and would be a good investment.
Couldn't agree more!
Thank you, I’ve been wearing a watch for as long as I’ve been detailing, I’ve never used it to touch a car.
@@Detailers-Business-Academy thank you for classing up the auto industry, do you know by chance if there is an UDOS 2.0 coming available in the near future?

When you first get your product, you look at the label and all that.. that is something special.
So good!
That's a nice polishing machine, "different strokes for different folks".

Hehe yeah for sure! I'm thinking of making a cool driving video with the new whip!! Stay tuned for lots of awesome and crazy content coming!!
Ivan is a God among men with his detailing skills. The UDOS 51E is my favorite polisher. It's the same weight as a rotary and is a work horse. I love mine. Never used it in rotary at 1000 rpm to finish before. Still learning the capabilities of this marvel of engineering.
It certainly has lots of innovation in one tool.
Thank you, but no, just an old guy who makes things shiny.

Very cool machine with multiple functions. Unique!!

@@PanTheOrganizer that machine does it all!! What an invention. 😳😎😃🤘🏼💪🏼
Now that seems to be a proper machine!!
The car or the polisher? LOL ;)
@@PanTheOrganizer both 👍🏼
This looks like a really nice machine, and the versatility is unlike anything else on the market. You'd have to buy 5 different machines to get the same functionality provided by this one unit. I have no idea because I haven't used one, but it looks like it may be heavier than the average polisher. In all honesty, though, who at LC chose the colors for the UDOS polishing pads? The last time I saw those colors in combination was on an early 70s shag carpet.
Yes it’s on the heavy side but it’s built like a tank.
Do you use it? @@PanTheOrganizer?

Hey Pan. Love asking questions on tips and tricks. And how your reply are honest and on point. So I’m a weekend DIY So I’m looking for a buffer. I don’t want to spend to much for one. Félicitations pour ta superbe voiture 👍😀
Merci!
Fantastic Video Pan and Yvan. And thank you for keeping it simple to the point regarding the polisher and pads. I really enjoyed it. I’m a detailer enthusiast. One thing I haven’t done is polishing. Since I live in a building I can’t do it here. When I move to a home, a polisher it’s the first thing Im gonna buy.
I still don’t understand what the 12, 16 and 22 mil is for? One inch is 25 mill. So there’s not really much difference between 12 and 22. In terms of length. That polisher is a beauty. And three pads and that is it.
I’m always confused with so many pads. Not in this vid though.
8mm, 12mm, 15mm and 21mm are classic throws for polishers. The amount that the pad swings out from the center of the machine is called “throw”.
This gives long-throw or high-action dual-action polishers the capability to perform more extensive paint correction than the standard dual-action machine, while still maintaining a relatively large margin of safety against paint damage or overheating.
It might not seem like a big difference from 8mm to 21mm from your perspective, but on paint it’s a tremendous difference. You cover larger areas quicker with a longer throw.
Another great video, Pan.👍 I was very interested to hear Yvan's comments on finishing with a rotary. It concours with what I was told 15+ years a go. If you what to properly 'jewel the paint' the rotary was the way to go and I still find that today, even with the advancement in da machines/pads/polishers. Menzerna's PO85rd was a fantastic jewelling polish on a rotary. Definitely a lost art these days, but you can really see the increase in gloss.👍😎
Not a lost art, simply a skill that many people don’t think of learning because of the ease of using a DA.
@@Detailers-Business-Academy Thanks for the reply, Yvan. You are right, it is definitely a skill worth learning.👍
Thanks pan and I'm interested on one LC polisher..
Appreciate.. :)
Good choice!
Two craftsmen
I really think every polisher manufacturer should be putting all their R&D into cordless-battery operated machines.
I have one currently and while it’s not the same as the top end corded-machines, I reach for it over my expensive corded-polishers.
I have also been testing new cordless polishers from Flex and absolutely love the practicality too.
Whatever strokes your polisher
So Pan, have you moved your bed into the garage yet 🤣🤣🤣
Haahahha I’m almost at that point! 😁🤣
I didn't even think of a 'stroke' in any other way than to do with the polisher until Pan said it LMAO

Très bonne vidéo Pan j’adore même si je vien de m’acheter la rupes lhr mark 3 😂😅
Bon choix!
Pan your videos are such an inspiration! Maybe one day I will get my dream car a gt390 fastback! Question for you, I want try using chemical guys wet mirror finish gloss but am a little confused as to the process as I am new to auto detailing. My plan after pre-wash and all is to use hybrid solutions wax in 2 coats, then the chemical guys gloss, then 2 layers of hybrid solutions ceramic spray coating. Will that work or is the ceramic spray not going to bond to the gloss?
Thanks and I hope your dreams come true!
Unfortunately, I don’t know what that Chemical Guys Gloss product is… I never heard of that. Is that the actual product name?
One thing is for sure, don’t start applying 5 different layers of products as you can’t ensure chemical compatibility. And don’t mix ceramic based products with regular waxes/sealants/glazes.
Here’s my tutorial on the Meguiar’s Hybrid Ceramic Wax: ruclips.net/video/kwJuJvTz7LI/видео.html
@@PanTheOrganizer The actual name is "Chemical Guys GAP11216 Wet Mirror Finish"
As I said I'm new to this so if your unsure of the compatibility I will stick with just the hybrid solutions for now and perfect my skills with those products.
Hey brother hope you are enjoying the new wip! Was wondering if you could recommend a durable ceramic coating for sanded and polished headlights? I have a headlight restoration business and am looking to offer longer lasting protection. Thanks Pan!

You’re killing it lately as usual Pan. It’s killing me though. What the heck does the intro song say? Is it in French or am I just deaf? Lol I MUST KNOW! The part before “look at me” (I think it says)
Thanks Dustin! Other than "Now look at me" there rest of the words aren't real words I guess, nobody can decipher them! HAHA. Sounds like "Boujy boujy hey hey"
The idea of that machine is awesome but it needs some more refinement! I had one and sent it back, It was extremely heavy and stalled on slight curves and body lines even more than my Rupes machines.
Thanks for sharing!
Great product very versatile how is vibration?
Very well balanced and not much vibration. And it's built like a tank too (a bit on the heavy side though).
OMG! I’m laughing so hard at Pan about the “strokes.” 🤣🤣😂😂 Someone here will take it the wrong stroke! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
LOL Glad you caught that one! ;)
This polisher is a fairly premium price do you recommend something for the DIYer that is a decent quality. I currently have a harbor freight 20mm DA that I’ve swapped the grease and backing plate. Do you also have any recommendations for 2-3 inch polishers for hard to reach areas?
If you're looking for a decent quality 3 inch polisher without breaking the bank: amzn.to/33LATsh
And a 2 inch polisher that's good value: amzn.to/3tBzfDV
@@PanTheOrganizer thank you I greatly appreciate it 🙏🏼
👍🏻
Awesome review ,why didn't someone think of this sooner an all in one machine . A little pricey but will save having several different types of polishers, will definitely consider when time to upgrade. Will they have different backing plates available?
Thanks for watching David! I have no idea for the backing plates though.
is the p&s soap safe for ceramic coats and is it good for regular maintenance washes? love your videos man🙌🏽
Yes to both questions. I tested that soap in this video: ruclips.net/video/cp2xoTN5Rp8/видео.html
Hi! I love the tool , one tool to do so much one question? With all the new battery technology ,is there a battery operated one? As a detailer you don't want to deal or wrestle with a cord while using the machine?
I don’t know if LC Power Tools is planning on a cordless version…
A cordless is in the works.
Ok great thanks! I am looking forward to it. Keep up the great work guys
Hahaha, Pan’s ‘stroking’ comment has me cracked up here 😂😂😂
Glad you caught that Paul! :)
OMG, c'est donc ben cher!!! I wasn't expecting that price. Good video though 🙂
Yeah it has lots of innovations and replaces many tools in one unit, so I guess it's priced accordingly. This is a high end machine for sure.
Are we going to see a video on the cordless Flex machines soon? Noticed they have been on your work bench for the last few videos
Yeah I have been testing them for a while now and really enjoy their cordless ease of use.
@@PanTheOrganizer great look forward to the review.. im in the market and in the eco system but the price is steep..its between them and the shine mate offerings with me leaning toward flex..buy once cry once
Does this come with a 240v variant ? :O
Its in the works.
I’ve never seen a polisher like that. Is it the first in the market?
To my knowledge it’s the first 5-in-1 poksiher in the market yes.
Ugh, I'm going to go broke trying to get all these great products. 😢
Oh well; guess that's just the strokes, eh? 😂

Hi Pan, I noticed you’re not using Avalon King ‘s ceramic coat on your 911. I just got a 2021 M550i and decided to go with Armor Shield IX. I am terribly disappointed. I followed your steps to a tee (foam cannon, hand wash, decontamination, polish and Eraser before application but have virtually no water beading or sheeting. In fact all I have is water spots. I’d ask you how hard it is to remove but I doubt I need to since nothing’s there. Does this product require a topper? And, honestly, does it offer any protection at all?
That’s super weird. You applied two coats? Are you sure you fully removed what ever protection was on your M550i fron the dealership? They always apply cheap products and those can interfere with a coating’s bonding. All the vehicles I have applied it to so far are still going strong and I started using this half a year ago already. I even made a 3 month update video here: ruclips.net/video/RfE2-raqy5o/видео.html
As you can tell beading and sheeting were top. Same goes if you look at other reputable detailing channels that tested it, including Car Cleaning Guru in this video: ruclips.net/video/4VNokX1XAfU/видео.html
My viewers who turned me onto this coating have had experience for over two years with it since it was launched and it’s still going strong for them.
I would reach out to AvalonKing if I were you and see if they can troubleshoot or see if you got a bad batch. Did you let the product properly cure for 48 hours without exposure to water or rain? And did you wait at least one week before washing your car? All important factors.
@@PanTheOrganizer Hi Pan, thanks for getting back to me. I failed to mention how much I enjoy your work. Pretty much yes to every question. The dealer did not touch the car. I brought it home with the plastic still covering. Then I followed the steps I mentioned earlier. It was squeaky clean. Left my car indoors (on my newly laid epoxy coat garage floor). The first rain to hit it was this Tuesday, more than a week after application. I did two coats with your cross hatch method. I reached out to Avalonking four days ago but they haven’t gotten back. I have another bottle so maybe I can try again.
Where is this made ? US I hope.
I asked the company and they said made in the USA
@@PanTheOrganizer Oh wow, that's really good.
Hi Pan, I sent you an email for a detailing request. Thank you for responding
The big daddy 😍😍
That's a paaaaaaaaantastic review
Thanks Mike!
Sorry Pan!! But the "The Big Daddy" is the GT-2 RS!!!!!
LOL I won't argue with you. The GT2 RS is almost impossible to get, heck even my Turbo S is on a huge waiting list, and people pay over sticker price for both cars. It's insane. It took me years to be able to get my name on a list. GT cars are unique for sure... BUT:
The GT2 RS (same applied to the GT3 RS) is impractical for everyday use, definitely not as comfortable as my Turbo S and since I live in Montreal with insane winters, I need AWD which the GT2 RS doesn't have.
And if we look as pure acceleration numbers 0-60mph and quarter mile, the new 911 Turbo S is quicker in real world measured tests. It can lay the power down better, pure and simple.
Now if we just look at performance on the track, that is another story. That's where GT cars shine. That being said, yes the GT2 RS is a beast on the track, it was the quickest production car around the Nürburgring when it was released. And a special collector's car for sure.
I will be curious to see what the new 992 generation of the GT2 RS looks like if they release one. The new interiors are so much better than the previous 991.2 gen in my opinion.
What car do you drive James?
@@PanTheOrganizer I know the GT is king of the track. Mad respect for the turbo s! I'm also from Montreal. And know what the winters are like! That's why I drive a 2018 Subaru Forester. I would love for you to go over my car one day after I detailed it. To see what you think of my detail job..
5:20 lol...
Yo Pan could you possibly do a vid on the Griot's Garage Brilliant foam Cannon please! And love your vids keep it u!

"Don't go wild with all the stroking comments."
-deletes comment-
LOL
That’s a nice polisher but it’s gonna take an awful big guy to rip the Flex 3401 away from me.
I have the Flex 3401 and a Rupes LHR15 MKII and both of those, and this new UDOS 51E are all very good polishers in their own right. I can see all three being used in a professional setting for sure.
I can’t find the pads I used the link
I am very jealous of your new super car
Heheh yeah it certainly is a dream come true! Thanks for watching.
Is a Porsche 911 really considered a super car?
Well if a 718 or carrera is a sports car then the gt3 rs, gt2 rs, turbo s must be considered a super car. The 918 is classed as a hyper car
I always find it funny when people debate that. In my opinion, and pretty much all the serious car journalists’ opinion, this is a supercar with hypercar numbers. One of the rare production cars that can accelerate 0-60mph in under 2.5s in real world testing (not just theoretical numbers on paper!). And one of the rare production cars that can do a standing quarter mile in the low 10 seconds. Think about that for a second. Those are numbers you see on cars worth a million or more.
And if you watch all the videos online, like Car Wow for example, you’ll see that the new 911 Turbo S obliterated all the supercars in its class on the quarter mile: Lamborghini Hurracan Performante, Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, Ferrari 488 Pista, McLaren 720S, and the list goes on.
It also has a top speed of 205 mph which for many is important to have it in the supercar category as they say it needs to be over 200mph top speed. There are some hypercars with faster top speeds though.
So yeah this is more than just a sports car. The performance is insane. And you can actually use it as a daily driver because it’s comfortable too. It doesn’t have the flashy purple or lime green paint or gullwing doors, but I like it’s understated classy looks.
This may be the best reply I’ve ever seen. ❤️
Now it makes sense why Ivan made certain comments on Pans recent videos LOL. Ivan was suppose to colaborate with Pan.
