When you made a pun "We met when we were little" I didn't realized the pun was a short person pun.
When I realized it I laugh.
When I listened to WHOA THATS GOOD podcast, I learned that midget is a offensive name for short people.
I thought it was a polite way of calling someone short small. I don't use the M word, I have heard other people use that word.
What is a respectful word to call someone who has y'alls height?

I met my husband on a blind date and he lived 3 hours away, not that far as ya'll but still far away that we were able to get to know each other during the week and ask the hard questions. I moved from my home town to be with him on our 1 year anniversary and he proposed on year 8 and we have been together 14 years at the end July.
