Does your LX570 has Electronic Parking Brakes (EPB) system and if YES - do you have to place it into "pad replacement mode" before taking out pads and release caliper pistons?

Did you put break grease on the back of the pads if not why not or why so also do they have those squealer plates on the back brake pads anymore my '78 Toyota had squealer plaids and they went on the back of the brake pad a thin piece of metal was supposed to make them not squeak or something like that.
I saw you installed the wear indicator so maybe those replace the squealer pad that goes on the back side of the brake?

With aftermarket brake pads the squealer plate is usually already there. With dealership OEM you have to assemble everything together using old squealer plates. You can very well use grease on back of the pads. I had pbc grease on the pins. The grease that is for the back of the pads should always be molykote grease, which was not provided during the installation
