I made this and it turned out even better than I expected! I had this once before in Japan and the loaf I made from your recipe turned out better than I remember it. I didn't have enough bread flour so I did 3 cups bread flour and 1 AP and it was still super light and fluffy. Thanks for the recipe!

My mom bakes alot of Mexican pan dulces and other things she has always for ever put her yeast in the freezer and nuts pecans since before I even saw big name chefs suggest to do that, even her rice recipe calls for the rice to be toasted first before adding sauce/broth , something that I saw chefs do for the first time not too long ago they started toasting rice, and it really makes a difference how the rice cooks and how it tastes it gives it this slight like nutty toasty flavor and it’s delish

Thank you for this! I made it today, following your recipe and steps and they came out delicious (it was my first time baking dinner rolls!). I had to make 2 slight changes: (1) using monk fruit sweetener instead of granulated sugar since I am diabetic and have to watch my sugar intakes. Bad enough that I can't stay away from flour (cuz of the carbs) but whatever I can do to minimize any intakes to keep my insulin down is always good. (2) using skim milk to minimize my fat intake due to high cholesterol. With these changes, the bread/rolls aren't as fluffy like yours but they were very good, they some fluff but not airy and more dense. I plan to make them again! Thank you again for your video and excellent instructions!!

Going to attempt your recipe. Watched another you tube video for Milk Bread and apparently it called for too much liquid as it was really sticky and in my adding flour to try to get it smooth think I over worked the dough, as it didn't rise the way it should have. You went into depth explaining how to make, which is very much appreciated. Think I might be able to make now. Hopefully anyway. Video was very informative as I have only tried to make bread couple of times before and found out many things I wasn't aware of. Thank you.

Excellent bread recipe. I always remove all my rings before mixing my dough ingredients or mixing other types of cooking ingredients with my hands. I do this to prevent bacteria from entering my food. Good advise for all of us. Until next time take care.
Thanks Wanita🙏. I am completely comfortable with wearing my rings when cooking and kneading. I wash my hands/rings thoroughly with antibacterial soap and thoroughly dry my hands before cooking. Going to attempt your recipe. Watched another you tube video for Milk Bread and apparently it called for too much liquid as it was really sticky and in my adding flour to try to get it smooth think I over worked the dough, as it didn't rise the way it should have. You went into depth explaining how to make, which is very much appreciated. Think I might be able to make now. Hopefully anyway. Video was very informative as I have only tried to make bread couple of times before and found out many things I wasn't aware of. Thank you.

Would you believe I forgot to buy kosher salt. I have fine grounded Himalayan and regular Morton’s table salt!! Dang it!! Bought King Arthur’s BREAD FLOUR, land of lakes butter (salted), whole milk though. Wish me luck. I so excited!!!!

Excellent bread recipe. I always remove all my rings before mixing my dough ingredients or mixing other types of cooking ingredients with my hands. I do this to prevent bacteria from entering my food. Good advise for all of us. Until next time take care.
Thanks Wanita🙏. I am completely comfortable with wearing my rings when cooking and kneading. I wash my hands/rings thoroughly with antibacterial soap and thoroughly dry my hands before cooking. I will leave it to the views at home to manage their own sanitary regiments. (U can also Google how gold and other precious metals detract germs).

@modern pepper, I have my first needed ball covered and waiting to rise. I worry about my kneading so when I take it out, for the second proofing, I will try to hammer down on my kneading. I think I’m already confused because of the rolls. When I take my ball out to make bread, I just make three more balls, right?

Some still use ‘Tsp’ for teaspoon. Many recipes spell out ‘tablespoon’ and ‘teaspoon,’ too, which I recently started doing. Thanks for brining this to my attention🙏
