    Maangchi your bread is very beautiful especially to make sandwiches there is a very small machine that takes 2slices You butter your bread put ham and cheese or sweet if you like put another 2slices on top and you end up with 4triangles filled sandwiches sometimes I make tuna the machine very small not heavy and very cheap I think cost only 20australian dollars 🇦🇺 maangchii I am very grateful to you for all the good things you share with us wish you rivers of joy health peace and happiness take very good care of yourself 🇦🇺✌️🥳

    Wow! The bread looks spongy and fluffy! I used to eat this bread when I was in Singapore, we call it Roti 😀 it is very nice to eat with Kaya marmalade (made from steamed egg, coconut milk and coconut sugar). Thanks for your great recipe, Maangchi! I will definitely try it out for sure! Btw, I LMAO when I heard you said “like washing your socks” when you kneaded the dough 🤣🤣🤣

    Maangchi, I made this bread with a whole wheat bread flour and followed your instructions exactly. I halved all the ingredients to make only 1 loaf though, and it turned out so good! It was my first time baking bread and it turned out lovely. Thanks for figuring out this recipe with all your experiments, the Pandemic Ppang is top notch!

    edit: Here are the gram weight conversions for the ingredients. Thanks Maangchi !! (Note: although many would convert cups of flour as 120 g, based on Maangchi's scooping technique--scoop with the cup then scrape off the excess--I chose 140 g per cup. My test bake turned out great using this ratio)

    I made this today, following the recipe exactly, and it came out just perfectly! Beautiful, golden brown crust and soft, fluffy, white on the inside. A huge hit with the family. This is the best everyday bread recipe that I’ve ever made. Thanks for the wonderful, easy recipe.

    This recipe is for my day off on Friday, It doesn't matter if the bakery is open, you can't get bread like this anywhere, here. I love this channel. The cookbook is on my birthday wish list. Thank you!
