Miles Morales could've been a DLC, Sony just needed another launch title for PS5, so it got overbloated and became a launch title, the same will happen with Venom. It'll be a launch title to show-off the "features" for the PS5 Pro, or the PS6.

They're well aware of what's become the expected norm since the days of 2011. I would add though, 10 sets of armour/weapons isn't going to cut it in 2027 or whatever, Elden Ring for example has literally hundreds of armour pieces and weapons all meticulously designed and unique. Obviously don't expect them to compete with a Japanese studio on that, but they'll certainly have to step it up.
Ubisoft If ever they stop making the Assassins Creed Shit every year and make a Warrior Within remake without a Black controversial character that will mark the comeback of Ubisoft
You should address the Endymion article your website released basically stating everything he said was false and hateful. Even though he showed the receipts.
I'm skeptical regarding TES6. I enjoyed 4 and 5, but I expect them to water and dumb it down; the problem is unlike pretty much everyone else they cling to the notion that they're making the best games. They especially could use some fresh ideas in writing and quest design. And their god forsaken engine is not gonna improve much.
At this point Beyond Good and Evil devs just want to be immortalized forever for the longest development hell for a videogame... do people care anymore?
Im looking forward to playing Wizard with a Gun and finally jumping into No Man's Sky. Side note...Outer Worlds is pretty fun. Why have I been sleeping on Obsidian!
Ubislop is neck deep in muck right now. Tanking stocks, wasting hundreds of millions of investors money (probably over a billion at this point). For example, Skull and Bones cost almost a billion dollars and 10 years of development with only a million copies sold, and Star Wars Outlaws cost between 200-300 million dollars, 1 million copies sold. They’re really scraping the bottom of the barrel with the BGAE 2 announcement, and pulling the plug on the Prince of Persia game DEFINITELY helped for sure. I wanna say that I feel bad for them, but I honestly don’t, they did this to themselves when they decided to ignore their consumers and adopting a vile business model and business practices. P.S. with how Ubisoft is doing at the moment, unless AC Shadows is a huge, monumental success, we will probably not see BGAE 2 until another company buys them up.
Bethesda themselves literally went to the press only to tell the masses "You are already expecting too much. TES6 will flop because of these expectations." soooooo.... make of this what you will. The worst part of Skyrim was having to make my own stats sheets. They eventually made a showstatssheet mod that was dope. Normal bethesda. Make it shitty then let modders fix it. They have made less RPG every game they have made since Morrowind.
Ubisoft, please just let Beyond Good & Evil 2 die rather than let it live long enough to see itself become Skull & Bones. 😣
Why would they change Elder Scrolls 6 because of Baldur's Gate 3? They don't think that anything they do is bad. And they specialize in releasing dated games.
Honestly, I have no idea what Elder Scrolls 6 is gonna be, and frankly, I'm more and more concerned about it's future after seeing how Bethesda handles their design
Really hope they stay true to the Skyrim and oblivion feel, and just improve on them. If they try to throw "popular crap" like baulders bs etc
Rediculous that all these companies keep releasing only digital on day one.. I always want my games on disc.. so I'm either forced to buy digital or wait for the disc...
Bless the No Man’s Sky Team. 🙏
Imagine if other companies just made one awesome game and kept iterating. Less garbage games and better worlds.
I can't imagine being excited about BG&E 2. Something that has gone through that much development hell and that many staff changes has very little chance of ending up cohesive, let alone anything like the first game. Why even bother calling it a sequel at this point?
"As usual, my name's Jake Baldino..."
I'd hope your name is ALWAYS JAKE.
This channel is like having G4TV back, I love it.
As a diehard B:G&E fan:
Don't do this, don't give me hope, this game will never come out and even if it comes out it will be a modern Ubisoft game. My heart bleeds a million cuts every time I hear that name, but it's still better that the mortal shell I'll receive once I see the gameplay loop composed of climbing identical towers and gathering five hundred slices of ham to unlock the next main quest.
And just so we're clear, I want nothing more than to be proven wrong.
you forgot the "be safe".
we need to be safe, jake!
Thanks for the heads up on Spiderman 2! Can't wait to finally play this one. Hopefully the window for Playstation to PC wait shortens more and more in the future.
I still haven’t bought a Xbox Series. Just the PlayStation 5. I want to play Elder Scrolls 6 and Oblivion Remake but still not interesting in buying a Xbox series. I own every Bethesda games available on PlayStation 3,4&5, it’s just sad to not play Bethesda games anymore. I even miss out on Starfield even though the critics were pretty harsh, I still would have got it probably if was available on PS5.
Man I can't wait to see Elder Scrolls 6. I hope it"s as good as it should be 🙏
I wish I still had your optimism.
It's Bethesda. It's gonna be crap unfortunately.
fingers crossed
As good as it should be? Not a chance in the world. I would settle for 50% of what it should be, but Im thinking we will get more like 5
Thinking that Bethesda makes anything above 7/10 is delusional nostalgia is taking over your logic
My ES6 wishlist:
-intriguing side quests
-more interesting exploration opportunities (less of the same dungeons)
-better AI in npc’s and enemies
-lore and books everywhere
-better graphics, engine, etc
-last but not least it better be on PlayStation 🤣
All of that is what the modders will have to add after the fumble Todd will have
Not 😂 in 🤣 a 😂 billion 😂 years 🤣 on 😂 a 🤣 playstation!!
@@UmmerFarooq-wx4yo wanna bet on that?
So basically you want it to be good. Unique opinion
Considering how dumb down Bethesda games are lately, its not really surprised for anyone to say ES6 is going the more "streamline" gameplay route. 🤦
Ubisoft If ever they stop making the Assassins Creed Shit every year and make a Warrior Within remake without a Black controversial character that will mark the comeback of Ubisoft
Imagine a games development becoming so long that it outlived one of its developers?
Happy Friday!
Whenever I want to escape the world’s noise I play a gameranx video, thank you
I don't think ES6 will be better than Skyrim Ultima (modded). At least going by what we've seen from Starfield so far.
hope POP gets respected at the game awards to boost its sales
You should address the Endymion article your website released basically stating everything he said was false and hateful. Even though he showed the receipts.
I'm skeptical regarding TES6. I enjoyed 4 and 5, but I expect them to water and dumb it down; the problem is unlike pretty much everyone else they cling to the notion that they're making the best games. They especially could use some fresh ideas in writing and quest design. And their god forsaken engine is not gonna improve much.
At this point Beyond Good and Evil devs just want to be immortalized forever for the longest development hell for a videogame... do people care anymore?
Why would I want elder scrolls to change to be more like BG3? I like elder scrolls. I’ll play BG if I want that.
Im looking forward to playing Wizard with a Gun and finally jumping into No Man's Sky. Side note...Outer Worlds is pretty fun. Why have I been sleeping on Obsidian!
Oblivion is my favorite game, so I prefer the more RPG Elder Scrolls games. Skyrim was fine, but I return to Oblivion almost every year.
Jake is always wearing an MGS shirt like a cartoon char lol I respect the agenda 🫡
I wonder how much money has been spent on the development of Beyond Good and Evil 2 so far
Beyond good and evil is going to be Ubisoft’s new “”AAAAA” game.
Bethesda themselves literally went to the press only to tell the masses "You are already expecting too much. TES6 will flop because of these expectations." soooooo.... make of this what you will. It'll be a half assed mess that is basically gonna play like Starfield in the Middle Ages. We all feel it coming.
Bethesda: please, change. We are fed up with your games. Change, adapt and learn. Stop being so narrow minded
Skull and Bones is appropriately titled seeing as it's a bare bones pirate game with no meat YAAAAAARRRR
I just wish they would just outright say Beyond good and evil 2 is dead so it can stop hurting me every time I hope
A little disappointed that insomniac isn’t going to drop any dlc for Spider Man 2 but great video as always
Bethesda needs to fire Emil and end this toxic-positivity culture that has plagued the company for the last decade if they wish for the next Elder Scrolls to be good.
I just want more more custom tailored gameplay,in depth immersion, and world building/lore literally just make the next Elder Scrolls game but BETTER.
Starfield looks just fine I don't give a shit about graphics just give me MORE Elder Scrolls Skyrim had so much replayability it has lasted over a decade.
I KNOW Bethesda is capable of making masterpieces I have bought/lived in their games and have been a fan for a long time.
I know if they put actual PASSION into this it will be the next game of the next decade just like Skyrim was one worthy of The Elder Scrolls name.
Bring back the Float spell from Morrowind by reusing the boost pack assets from Starfield.
So much potential.
Other people might have doubts and I share in a small amount of skepticism but I will NOT be giving up on my favorite game franchise.
