I would legit think that if it allowed to do so, there would 100% be also a segment where Goku steals 18 Bulma and Videl from their respective husband and make a harem.
To answer your question about Nail, I think he would have washed them. Some fans or power scalers said that Nail had cleared everyone in the Frieza Force until Captain Ginyu.

i’m finishing up a custom battle that’s just goku in all of his forms but each time he transforms he gets stronger, all the way to MUI. i’ve tried beating it myself and i can only somehow do it if i’m locked in the entire time (and i’m a veteran tenkaichi player too) but idk how to get people to play it lol

I tried to make one with Captain Ginyu if he was still alive and Frieza brought him to Tournament of Power, Ginyu wants Jiren body so they have a battle and when Jiren thinks he is about to win and Ginyu is really hurt they swap bodies. But I had trouble because I made a cut scene for the swap and when this happens Ginyu stays in his body for some reason. So if someone else wants to give this a shot feel free, would be amazing to see Doto try this story would be cool I think.
Looks like i missed my chance this time but im happy content creators are playing fan content. I'm making one for Yamcha right now but the customization takes a very long time especially when figuring out dialogue
