    The soft transitions from positive to negative are stunning.

    Oh what beautiful artwork . I just found your channel recommended to me. These collage/mixed media pages are so unique. It’s hard to believe they started out with gelli prints! I love it 💙🩵💜 I’m going back to watch more.🩵

    Wonderful result! I never have taken any tech into the bedroom, except my Kindle. A few pages of my book helps me to wind down ready for sleep - the quiet and dark sets the mood perfectly! ☺️

      That's a great idea! But I’m still a fan of a paper book 📖 😀

    I enjoy your videos so much. We had a similar asthetic. I tend to print 100's of backgrounds. I do collage with them, but want to develop depth and detail like this.

    I’m really enjoying your videos. Perhaps if you lay a thin layer of matte medium over the more absorbent papers, you’d be able to use the pens?

    Hi Susan, just started watching your videos,which I really enjoy. Where do you get your stencils?

      Thank you 🙏 I buy most of my stencils on Amazon or EBay. Some of the videos on here have links to specific stencils in the notes under the videos.

    What are the types of paper you use and how do you keep it from getting all bubbly with the matte medium? Your paper looks so soft and stays so flat.

      hi there 😀 the links for the papers I used are in the description under the video. If your papers become very buckled, spray the back with water and the place between 2 sheets of clean paper and place weights on top. Overnight works best, your can layer a few at a time in between sheets 😀

    Terrific video! Thanks. Can you tell me what pencils you tend to use? I can see that one of them is Faber Castell, but I can't find anything online that looks like the pencil you are using.

    Is that a makeup sponge you use to stencil?

      Hi Marybeth, I use a face paint sponge cut in half. Make up sponge would probably work too though.

    How did you prepare the board book?

    • @susanmccreevyartist
      @susanmccreevyartist  Год назад +1

      Hello, no preparation required, I just use the mat medium to glue straight onto the pages.
