Gambling has a lot to do. It's not just who wins. But which round and how. And sometimes fighters bet on themselves even. And if they bet to finish, then that's what they'd aim to do. It's all gambling.

Floyd wins, fight fans lose.. All I want to see is him lose for free. I don't watch to marvel how he dodge punches, holds and strut across the ring.. I watch to see him lose for free.
Floyd is not a real champion nor a Great. He's definitely one of the best pure boxers and a genius at making money (businessman). He's smart for ducking a prime pacquiao and other big fights he ducked, but he loses points in being a great or a true champion. He's smart and makes lots of money by making sure he kept his record perfect, because that is his whole identity....but if he ever lost his 0, he would not make as much money and so he knows that and knew that all he focused on was making sure he would have a 99% chance of winning the fight before signing the contract. Greatness is about reaching beyond your grasp and exceeding expectations (doing what nobody expected you to do). That's not floyd. He's perfect at reaching what is within his grasp and doing what people expected of him. So that makes him 50-0 playing it safe and carefully, but he forfeit his chance to become a GREAT. The famous Booker T Washington once said, Don't judge someone by their accomplishment, but judge them on what they had to overcome for that accomplishment. I also say that you are only as great as the adversity you face. So in floyd's case, he pretty much only fought fights he knew he could win and did what was expected of him. He never took much risks, bigger challenges, tougher fights, or anything like that. So he's no great to me. He's definitely a fantastic boxer but it's too bad he never challenged himself more to truly see how great he could be. He played it safe, only focused on keeping his record intact but never dared to reach beyond his comfort zone. I will give my full analysis on this later in my channel. Don't forget to like share and subscribe :)
I will also add if 41 year old floyd mayweather decided to fight the current best boxers in either Spence or Crawford and won the fight, I'd give him full credit and consider him to be a great, but know floyd, he'd never risk that much, he'd never put himself in a situation where he is at a disadvantage. That's why he's not a true great.
You know Floyd is older than Pacquiao right? This prime argument isnt and excuse. They were both past their prime when they fought. Floyd's style just neutralizes Pacquiao's style. He never fought a counter puncher like that. Remember when an older Floyd fought a the young bull and "It" guy that everybody said would kill him in Canelo? Floyd DESTROYED him. Remember Floyd fought prime and prime world beater Diego Corrales? Beat him too. Give Floyd his props.
@@onefish2fish Obviously I KNOW floyd is 1 year older than Pacquiao and the age issue IS A MAJOR FACTOR. This is where people like you don't actually understand boxing. It doesn't matter that floyd is OLDER. He's a marathon runner and pacquiao is a sprinter. By outwaiting pacquiao to their old age to fight him, he brought pacquiao into a MARATHON RACE because he's no longer able to SPRINT which was his strength. Pacquiao's forced to fight floyd's style because in his older age, he's not as strong fast and vicious as he was in his prime. Floyd was never vicious or intense. He's always methodical and slow paced. SO by waiting to fight pacquiao in their old age, it's actually MORE ADVANTAGEOUS for floyd than it is for Pacquiao. This is what 99% of casual boxing fans have no clue about and I'm here to educate the world about WHY it's a huge difference and advantage for floyd. If they have a rematch, floyd will win again on points. I'm saying that floyd will win 9/10 times at this age. But we never got to see them fight in their primes because my money says Pacquiao beats floyd or has a much better chance of beating floyd in their primes. So YES, the age argument DOES MATTER and it's a HUGE FACTOR.
Floyd is not the goat. Great fight record, but he s not the goat.. Tell me all the bullshit u want about boxing style or fighting smart...I d like to see heart in fighting and not planning your every single move. That s why boxing is not more like the 80s

Saying Floyd is the best because he made the most money makes no sense. These days, a prime Mike Tyson would make over 1 billion dollars.
50-0
He's the best because he never lost with a record and resume like that
daniel280456 he’s the best because of his boxing style, the money came as a result of that. Everyone paid to see if the man could loose, and he couldn’t.
@@hamzalatif03 Julio Cesar Chavez was 89 -0 before his first lost. On the other hand Deontay Wilder is on his way to being 50-0 but will never be considered a legendary heavyweight. Records especially undefeated records aren't the only qualifications for the title of GOAT.
Elijah arvinger Horrible comparisons.
Floyd has fought more world champions than both of them combined. That’s why we bring up his record.
50-0. TBE. Deal with it.
Errrbody got sumthin 2 sayy
Floyd best marathon runner
Joe has a huge cyst/bump next to his eye. That's not staph is it?
Im pretty sure its some kind of herpie simplex lesion that just might be MRSA infected, from riding all that democrook dick.
Its from rolling
@@freethinker9153 I know about cauliflower ear but not big lumps like that. That shit looks like it's ready to POP!
@@fiscer247 yea you can get pretty ugly from rough rolling, its why it should be taken easy, you can get all kinds of bumps, cysts, deformations and of course cauliflower ear, ive seen really ugly cases of it that need to be drained
I remember seeing a fighter the name escapes me but he had huge ears ready to pop from rolling, during a ufc fight a clean hook popped one of the ears, it exploded like a pimple, top 5 grossest shit ive ever seen and blood was just pouring from this ear that had become malformed and hideous from rough rolling. All it takes is a plastic surgeon but that fight his opponent was the plastic surgeon
Gambling has a lot to do. It's not just who wins. But which round and how. And sometimes fighters bet on themselves even. And if they bet to finish, then that's what they'd aim to do. It's all gambling.
Honestly, I had been oblivious to the gambling racket in sports til recently. Thinking of it like some old time mobster type of thing, but now it's so clear lol
Get oj on the podcast!! Also Darren till is a horrible below average UFC fighter!!
Floyd wins, fight fans lose.. All I want to see is him lose for free. I don't watch to marvel how he dodge punches, holds and strut across the ring.. I watch to see him lose for free.
49-2 *
Tony Ferguson the type of guy to loose his mind and stay at home.
The guy is so full of himself.
Pacquiao fought all of Floyds leftovers.
@@breakaway2x Stfu. As if he still has something to prove.
50 cent sounding ass.
Flloyd was put to the top if he was still fighting he would probly lose

Floyd not a fighter
He's a boxer.
@@chadtep7571 And boxing is fighting with your hands....so.....
Yeah right. Watch this video. Floyd fought his ass off at his peak. ruclips.net/video/hn1oaZ4f8KM/видео.html

Good guy but a little naive.
Floyd is not the goat. Great fight record, but he s not the goat.. Tell me all the bullshit u want about boxing style or fighting smart...I d like to see heart in fighting and not planning your every single move. That s why boxing is not more like the 80s
Plus fuck the money
Get oj Simpson on the podcast!! We all want him on!! In other words Darren till is such a shameful idiotic boring fighter who is destined to only lose. Darren till is horrible at fighting and the UFC should feel ashamed.
Darren till should be removed from all fighting platforms immediately. Darren till is so bad at every aspect of fighting. Darren till is horrible. Darren till is such a joke and bad fighter who's accent makes him lose even more because it's Darren till, anyone else it would be super cool but with Darren just like anything else it's stupid because Darren till is useless.
Ooh shit 1st
If everyone fought the way this guy fought ufc wouldnt be a sport, this guy should be thanking the likes of johnny walker, mcgregor for giving him a career. For the record, maywether’s reputation got him the success he got not his boxing, no one enjoyed watching him run and hide from his big fights lmao, he could do that and win because he had the rep, get the rep first, then fight like a bitch.
And then there was X He’s idiot. He doesn’t understand the sport
Gendaif he landed more then he took so figure that out
Mayweather became annoying when he went up to welterweight. Before that, he was a completely different boxer.
