And also you can use other buttons but the jump button for Mario like shaking the controller and X or Y

You know, the jump counter not counting capture jumps as jumps annoyed me at first, but the jump counter counting talking to NPC's as a jump balances it out in a weird way lol
I honestly don't get how it counts, whoever programmed that is probably gonna be fired
@@TheOrderEnforcer probably not. It's a simple oversight that literally affects nothing but this style of run and in fact helps you get the jump moon. Its not game breaking in any way; it's just slightly sloppy programming

Thank you so so much gamechamp, you were the person that got me into Mario oddesey and botw. And I've been wanting to do oddesey jump less for ages now but I never did because I thought I wouldn't be able to. But I started because of your videos on it and today I finally beat it without any jumps. The whole playtrough I assumed I'd have at least a few jumps but thanks to you I ended the game without any.
Holy crap, I expected a shitty clickbait video making up shitty rules but here we are - an actual interesting video with backed up claims along with entertainment thrown in. I have to commend your patience - so happy for you!
