I want to see Harry and Ron procrastinate on their homework. I want to see sassy sarcastic Harry speak back to teachers and Malfoy. I want to see Ron be the first one of the trio to punch Malfoy. I want to see unhinged slacker Harry in all his glory 🥹
I just finished rereading the books for the fourth time and I found myself yelling out "Harry! Just stop talking!" when he keeps egging on Snape and Umbridge. But that is such an important part of the character, because of his age and I think also because of the difference in his status between the Dursleys' place and the WW, but also because deep down he is still the boy who lives in the cupboard under the stairs and he is also the wizard who doesn't want to live like that anymore.
I want Neville’s everything. His parents background as Aurors, their kidnapping and torture, their confinement at St. Mungo’s. We need to see how overbearing Augusta Longbottom is, and how she rewards his bravery with his new wand after OotP. She wants her grandson to jump into the fight, and she does it herself when Voldy attacks Hogwarts.
That hospital seen in the books is balanced so perfectly between comedy and tragedy: when we go from seeing Lockhart in the hospital who can’t remember who he is to Mrs. Longbottom giving her don a gum wrapper and poor Neville being humiliated, running into his friends from school….
And when McGonagall tells him to take N.E.W.T. level Charms, then says that she'll write to Augusta to remind her that just because she failed it, it doesn't make it soft. 😂
I know its too much to ask, but they should let Neville and Sprout show their Herbology expertise in the final battle. Having just re-read that chapter last night, I had completely forgot that Neville was running around with a Venemous Tentactula and other plants using them on the death eaters. Hogwarts Legacy got this right, and it would be amazing to see the plants be used aggressively. Such as the time when Neville and Sprout started their part of the battle by launching mandrakes out of the school against the death eaters trying to break in!
I want to see them develop Ginny's character. She seemed like an extra in the movies and when it showed her falling in love with Harry Potter it didn't seem natural.
@@nunoneves5809 I need them to keep more of Harry's sass and quick-wit. And also make him more of a badass and stop giving his achievements to Hermione, lol. Have him actually make the decisions and be the leader the way he was in the books.
@@nunoneves5809 He is way too depressed in all the movies, and is always thinking how sad his life is. In the books he actually does nice things for his friends.
I would really like to see Dudley’s entire character arc, especially his goodbye to Harry in Deathly Hallows. The fact that they even shot the entire scene and yet still decided to cut it out makes me sooo angry
@@mynameisbrutus right, like all JK Rowling does is kind of bully him because he bullies Harry...haha. But in reality, he's got a lot of trauma from the unhealthy way he is brought up and that is feeding his choices and behavior...and the books really don't get into that too much other than Dumbledore expressing pity for him to Vernon's shock...
I just hope they would give some justice to Fleur, who, after Fenrir disfigured Bill, had one of the most badass lines in the whole serie that finally shuts Molly's mouth.
Don't forget that she should also deliver a breakfast tray to Harry. Plus, we need to make sure that Bill appears in the Goblet of Fire portion of the show because the movie foolishly had Bill meet Harry in the 7th film instead of the 4th without explanation of how he met Fleur (along with the fact Bill needs to appear in the Order of Phoenix and Half blood prince portions of the show).
I feel like HBO should actually watch all the povs of the potterheads on social media cuz they have come up with so many amazing ideas. Morgan just completely truly understands this series and knows what we actually want to see
They should also show the full and actual story about the Crouch family, how Barty Crouch Jr escaped prison etc. Also show St Mungo's scene, especially Neville's parents, that was such an emotional and powerful scene.
I want the scene when Harry basically has a nervous breakdown in Dumbledore's office after Sirius is killed. It was such a dramatic moment for Harry to blow up in Dumbledore's face the way he did after so much suffering his 5th year. The movie version of it was pitiful to me, just them two talking quietly.
a lot of people are mentioning the pivotal plot points and character developments - but i honestly just want to see more of hogwarts. Like, the regular hogwarts life. The classes, dynamics, teachers, courses, lunch periods and dinners - all of it. I feel like a lot of the lighthearted and casual moments were cut out in the movies to make more room for plot development, so I just want to see them be carefree kids. Because I feel like the more good moments there are, the more impactful the sad moments are, and there weren't all that many fun and happy moments in the movies as I would've liked
This to me is actually what makes the world building in the books so good just whole chapters of them in class, hanging on the grounds, studying in the library etc.
Getting the eye color uniform with Harry and Lily is a MUST! It is a key component of the entire plot of the series! Also, I want to see all of Fred and George’s antics. They add so much fun and humor to the series. I love when they make an entire area a swamp during Umbridge’s time as headmistress and Filch has to row students across to get to class.😂
@@TheLauren800 I never forgave him. She went through pain because he was the person he always will be. Was happy he realised what he did and joined the right fight but if I was a sibling Weasley, I’d never have forgiven him and he doesn’t deserve it just because his brother died.
For me, the number 1 change we need to see is Dumbledore’s death done RIGHT! Harry was not standing underneath like a coward. He was petrified under the invisibility cloak by Dumbledore himself and knew Dumbledore had actually died when the curse was lifted. For me this was one of the worse character assassinations in the movies. The HP of the books would NEVER have just stood there quietly and done what he was told in a moment like that. I hated how they ruined that scene in the movies.
I think the Ron character assassination is the worst. It actually degraded Ron's character from being actually the most popular character to being the most hated character. To the point that Ron merchandise doesn't make it major retailers

One small thing that I think would make a big difference is how frightened most wizards are of hearing Voldemort’s name. We never really see anyone flinch when Harry says it in the movie, but almost every person in the books wince every time they hear it, and Ron is constantly asking Harry to stop saying the name
Yes! And it would make those few characters who aren't scared of hearing it special. Also, wasn't his name taboo because in the wizarding war there was a trace on his name and saying it could summon him to you? Although that sounds comedic if anything... _"Voldemort"_ *Voldemort appears* _"Why have you summoned me"_ _"...just testing! Cya"_ _"That is the third time today you have summoned me for no reason. Thah reminds me,in Percy Jackson, there's inconstientcy for directly naming gods,I hope the TV Show is constient for using:"The Kindly Ones,The King of Olympus,The Silent One or the Rich One..."

Karen Gillian as Amy is like the perfect vision of Ginny in my mind. Not the actress because she’d be too old but the way she portrayed Amy in Doctor Who where she just has that charisma and spark is to me what made Ginny so awesome in the books!
I want to see witches and wizards only wearing robes. In the movies, they defaulted to muggle clothing most of the time whereas in the books wizards don't even know how to wear trousers. I think if all characters were constantly in robes, it would also create a really stark visual difference from the movies.
Totally agree! It annoyed me particularly in the third movie how muggle-ish the attire of the “golden trio” was… Harry looked like he was wearing some sort of sports top or something and it took away a bit of the magic.
I actually 100% prefer the normal clothes. Of course they would still wear robes during class and on school days but on off days I just want normal clothes
Honestly HBO should just hire you. You should be the person that fact checks every single detail and makes sure they don't leave out anything that is important to us fans.
@Pranshu Verma, I kinda doubt that Steve Kloves would come back to write for the Harry Potter Rebooted series. He's too biased with certain characters anyways.

Fun fact. They bumped everyone’s age up in the movies because of Alan Rickman. They needed everyone to be roughly his age so it made sense as he was the only person offered the role of Snape. I know Rickman was in his 60s and Oldman in his 50s but it looked correct
Lily and James were 21 when they died so when sirius broke out 9f azkaban he was 33 as much as I love gary oldman and David thewlis they are both a little older than the caracters there playing.
New actor for Ron please. so we see real romance with Ron and Emma, if Emma returned. Not sure what that would like, but maybe a younger version of Viggo Mortensen. Let me play Ron, I look like a young Viggo!
I would really like to see the relationship development between Tonks and Lupin, especially the scene where Harry argues with his favourite teacher because he wanted to leave his wife and child behind. It was such a powerful scene, so deep considering Harry grew without parents and that he really needed Lupin’s help but chose to send him back to his own family. Also I would like to see how Molly does not accept Fleur and how her mind changes after that wonderful scene in the hospital where Fleur sees Bill’s wounds and it does not change her feelings to him.
And Rowling also liked several tweets pertaining to giving the Weasleys more development than the movies did and showing Ginny as the badass she was in the books!
I always wanted to see that girl talk Ginny had with Hermione at one point, where Ginny talked about her feelings for Harry and Hermione comforted her and advised her to be her own person. That's how Ginny became cool. That's the kind storytelling this show should emphasize on. The moments that were in the books but not the movies. AND the moments that weren't even in the books.
@@MaikeruO you missed the point. She needed to find herself. It wasn’t about making out with other dudes but the confidence it gave her to be herself in front of Harry

I would love to see more about the first war (flashbacks/ the Potters in hiding and especially giggeling baby Harry on his toy broomstick/ The prewett twins, Marlene and Dorcas, all the other order members) And it would be awesome to see the Weasley twins their progress with the joke products (Dudley getting fed a ton-tongue toffee, the skiving snackboxes in action etc etc)
Yes I'd love to see of all this! Plus I want to see: - How Sirius was actually in the books, he was barely shown in the movies, and how he revealed himself to some trusted people in the 4th book after the tournament. - I'd like to see more Cedric scenes in throughout seasons 1-4 before he's murdered. I want to know his background a little more and become ridiculously emotionally attached to him to the point where even though I know he's going to die I'm hoping he doesn't and then be absolutely crushed when Harry returns from the graveyard with his body. I want scenes of him being the most Hufflepuffy person to exist and bonding with Harry. Him being slightly uncomfortable with how his father brags about him. maybe him even break down from his "perfect boy" act and showing how he's just trying his best. I don't know but I really like Cedric and I want to see more of him! - Harry giving his Triwizard Tournament winnings to Fred and George so that they can start their joke shop. - The howler Dumbledore sends the Dursleys when they were thinking of kicking Harry out after the Dementor incident. - Hermione's S.P.E.W. club - Ron and Hermione being prefects - Harry randomly finding, and dismissing, two Horcruxes before he even knows what they are (He finds Slytherin's locket while cleaning Grimmauld place in the 5th book and Ravenclaw's diadem while trying to hide his Potions book after attacking Draco in the Room of Requirement during the 6th book) - Mention how muggles can't see Hogwarts and how electronic devices don't work at the castle. - Nearly Headless Nick's deathday party. - The fact that Filch and Mrs. Figgs are squibs. - Rita Skeeter was an unregistered animagus, a beetle to be exact, and that's how she got all her information. Then I want to see the seen of Hermione threatening and catching her in a jar. - Fred and George leaving one of the Hogwarts corridors as a swamp while leaving school in defiance of Umbridge, and Flitwick keeping a small part of the swap in honor of them. - The Sorting Hat singing a new song every year before the sorting ceremony. - When boys try to enter the girls' dormitory, the entry stairs turn into a slide and whoosh them back down. - Harry's terrible date with Cho Chang at Madam Puddifoot's tea shop. - It wasn't Cho that betrayed the D.A. but her friend Marietta Edgecombe because she was afraid her involvement with the D.A. was threatening her mums job at the ministry. - How Harry was jealous of Dean, and how he and Ginny actually got together after the Quidditch match, and then how they broke up just after Dumbledore's funeral, but later get back together. - The fact that Hagrid's motorbike belonged to Sirius, who gave it to Hagrid the night that James and Lily died, just before going off to hunt Peter Pettigrew. - That Neville could've been the chosen one and not Harry. - Also the scene at St. Mungo's where the trio meets Neville's parents and learn what happened to them. - Rominonie's actual first kiss, which was in front of Harry, because Ron wanted to go back and save the house elves. - Percy turning his back on his family but having his redemption arc. - Molly shoving aside Fred and George to hig Percy when he comes back in the Deathly Hallows. Pretty sure this is the last time Molly interacts with Fred before he's killed so the fact that the last thing she did was shove him aside would leave her feeling terribly guilty - Molly and Sirius arguing and Molly saying that Harry is as good of a son to her as any of her other children - Molly and Bill showing up as Harry's family for the Tournament. - How Harry and Draco unofficially met in Diagon Alley and then officially met of the train to Hogwarts. - The fact that Fred and George were the ones who gave Malfoy the idea to smuggle Death Eaters into Hogwarts when they shoved Montague into the vanishing cabinet making Draco relives the cabinets potential. Also the fact that the whole reason the cabinet was broken was because of Harry who was in trouble. Nearly Headless Nick had Peeves drop the cabinet above Flichs office. - The other classes at Hogwarts like Ancient Runes, Astronomy, Arithmancy, and Muggle Studies which was later used by the Carrow twins to basically brainwash students into hating muggles and muggleborns and torture kids. - The fact that Voldemort/Tom Riddle is a half-blood. I mean do the death eaters know this or did he lie to them about his blood status and say he was a pure-blood? - Peter Pettigrew's death scene. - The two-way mirror Sirius gives to harry for communication that later becomes vitally important. - Harry and Voldemort's final duel and how Harry sacrifice cast a protection charm over everyone just like how Lily protected Harry all those years ago. - Winky the house elf. - Ludo Bagman and his involvement in the Triwizard Tournament and how he scammed Fred and George of their winnings after the Quidditch world cup. - And literally so much more that I haven't listed!
In POA when Cedric tries to call for a rematch after he gets the snitch, showing how fair he is. Also show his next game against Ravenclaw where Hufflepuff are "crushed" - making him sympathetic already in season 3.
@@visionist7 Oh yeah I'd love to see that! I really liked Cedric he was such an embodiment of what a Hufflepuff truly is and I was pretty sad when he died. I mean he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time! And in the movies his father's reaction to his dead body was just heartbreaking! It would've been really interesting to see how things would've been different if Cedric had lived. Him getting closer to the golden trio, joining the Order, hating on Umbridge, helping to form the DA, being at the department of mysteries battle, maybe becoming an auror, fighting during the astronomy tower battle during Harry's 6th year, talking on Potter Watch, fighting during the battle of Hogwarts, his kids being friends with the trios kids!
Harrys sacrifice didn’t cast a protection charm over everyone. Harry gaslighted Tom to think that after saving everyone by himself whilst under the cloak. But yes that final fight needs to go by the book

I want them to be true to Percy´s character depth. Especially his personality, Fred and George´s constantly making fun of him (even more so than with Ron), his serious attitude, high academic achievements, strong work ethic, job under Barty Crouch, and later siding with the Ministry and Fudge, over the Order and his family. In the earlier books, Percy and Hermione had some sort of friendship, because of their shared intellectual nature. But, were Hermione would eventually learn to have a healthy critical eye on things she read, and authority figures in her life, Percy had to learn this lesson the hard way. There is even an instance, where Percy writes a letter to Ron, urging him to stop being friends with Harry. First time reading it, I really hated him, but seeing things from his perspective, I think he genuinely was concerned for his little brother. He actually believed wholeheartedly in the narratives and actions the Ministry were promoting. And they weren´t exactly painting Harry as the most ideal buddy. They better explain and elaborate on this subplot. He´s an interesting character, who explores how hot and polarizing political times can split families. The argument between Arthur and Percy, about his new job with the Minister for Magic, would´ve been legendary to see. I can understand both sides. And when he finally comes back to see his family, it is just a short moment of joy, and then Fred dies. Without this painful backstory, his return to the Battle of Hogwarts, and him being by his family´s side mourning Fred, is way less impactful.
I would LOVE to see the scene where Mrs. Weasley finally accepts Fleur. Bill has been disfigured by Grayback and Mrs. Weasley assumes that because of this, Fleur will not still want to marry Bill. Mrs. Weasley says "He was going to be married", and Fleur takes exception to that saying, "What do you MEAN he was GOING to be married?" LOVE this scene!
All the pensieve memories as they were described in the books please! 🧐 Also, World Cup, book six ending battle, Neville's parents, accurate story behind the Mauraders Map, and full Department of Mysteries battle. I want to see it all the little bits Dumbledores howler to Petunia to Voldemort death I want to see him die like a normal man because that's what he was once Nagini was killed. What I don't want to see are the Weasleys house suddenly moving location to somewhere that has no resemblance to the description in the book and also they don't have to add the stupid scene of Bellatrix burning it down
**It always chaffed my cheeks that , in the movie, they didn't have Dumbledore incapacitate Harry with a temporary spell in the tower behind the door before Snape killed him. He KNEW Harry would try to save him so he had to silence him. In the movie...Harry just stands there looking weak and stupid, not lifting a finger to help. The book version makes so much more sense. Hopefully HBO will correct that.
I seriously want to watch Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley's FULL chemistry. Also Dumbledore's funeral! We lost sooooo many great charactars, and the only on screen funeral we saw was of a giant spider! Yeah sure J.K. also added only one more funeral other than that but thats also more than welcome!
I want to see Harry and Ginny's relationship fully explored. Not counting their awkward moments we have to make a presumptive jump that a couple of shared kisses in the films was basis enough to lead to the couple being married with 3 kids. In the books we see the foundation of their relationship being laid down from friends to lovers. We see just how strong, passionate, and unwavering their love is. When Harry broke up with Ginny she understood why, and once his mission to end Voldamort was done they were able to really build a life together which is the dream that kept them going during the hunt for the horcruxes and the war.
@fb_conforzo I don't think they really interacted that much in book 4, book 5 was one of the first times she had a real conversation with him, since she had accepted they wouldn't be together and had started dating Michael Corner.
@@abrown767They just need to make her down to earth and good at quidditch. I fear they will do the same mistake as they did with hermione by trying to make her too perfect. No Ginny should be much more down to earth and not excessive and annoying like most female characters in series are.
Knowing how Morgan was able to repurpose Cursed Child into a solid story, it would be awesome (albeit highly unlikely) if HBO could make him part of the creative team for the series.
Harry Potter is my favorite book series of all time since 100,000 set by author said by Arthur Weasley, I remember sermons from Harry Potter is so good😊
I remember sugar in lines from Harry Potter. It’s so good I wanna call Tara harry potter, killing curse. I’m so excited for this. Harry potter reboot, J. K. Rowling‘s biggest fan ever.
I want to see justice for Harry as well. In the books he is sassy and sarcastic. He actually calls Voldemort ''TOM'' in front of 100s of people. I want justice for the last battle between Harry and Voldemort with Voldemort dying like a normal human being, an empty shell (not exploding into millions of pieces), then everybody running to Harry wanting to touch him, hug him etc.
All I really want is that they get Harry’s character right. He’s so sassy all the time in the books and especially in the first movie they made him this angel child. I also hope that they get the dynamics between the trio right. Like showing the amazing friendship between Ron and Harry, showing scenes with just Harry and Hermione that let the viewer understand how much they care for each other (as friends), and also showing how Ron and Hermione grow closer trying to cope with Harry’s outbursts in OoP. Oh, and I want Percy’s arc, I genuinely can’t understand how they could leave that out of the movies, when it’s such an important part of like 3 books
These are all not only 100% valid, but also 100% necessary. This series has the opportunity to give the book reading fans the chance to see what they read truly come to life
it’s too late though. we already fell in love the original movies. we have the books for the extra missing info. the new cast won’t give us the same nostalgia.
@@eliasabikheir3788 some people arent as interested in nostalgia, we want accuracy. Its time for the movie fans to step aside and give the book fans the project they have been dreaming of. If they cant accept a new cast then dont watch it, its not compulsory
All of the Tonks stuff, especially her relationship with Remus. The groups time hiding out at Sirius’s house and Creatures redemption arch. All of the centaur material, especially Ferenz’s rebelling and his teaching position. The full goodbye between Harry and the Dursleys, especially when Dudley realises he cares about Harry. All the uncut violence. Giddian’s story. The full prison break of the death eaters. The full break in at the ministry of magic and Dumbledor’s full fight with Tom. Hagrids brother at the battle of hogwarts. All the Black headmaster stuff and how he was secretly helping Harry.
Also, we need Tonk’s parents including Teddy Lupin. We never got to see him in the movie but he was mentioned during the deathly hallows part two and deleted scene. As for Andromeda and Ted Tonks, they were never mentioned throughout the movies but does show in the books as Ted was killed by snatchers and Andromeda raised her grandson when Lupin and Tonks died during the battle of Hogwarts. We need the grey lady’s backstory, it was never mention what happen to her as she was killed by the bloody baron when she refused to come with him and she was the daughter of Rowena Ravenclaw. Peter Pettigrew’s death was never shown in the movie as he was knocked out by Dobby, but in the book, he lets Harry and Ron go after realizing that Harry was right about saving his life during the Prisoner of Azkaban. As he lets them go, his silver choke him to death and Harry and Ron try to save him.
I am sorry, but why do you guys actually want this reboot? Personally I grew up with Harry Potter and I was previously a Harry Potter ficwriter, have written more than 300 pages fanfiction and I still do not want this reboot. At all. I don't think I ever felt like this about any reboot or any artwork in general. I just DON'T want it. I am not even going to watch a trailer. Do you guys really feel that exited?
I want to see more of the Marauders!! I loved that part of The Prisoner of Azkaban... the movies don't even do it justice. We went from him being named Peter Pettigrew in one movie to calling him "Wormtail" in the other without explanation! You only know what that was if you read the books
I watched the movies first and was completely confused why Harry was adamant he saw his father, while all we ever saw was the Patronus. Not a hint in the movie James was a stag Animagus anywhere
Warning: Rant I hope they do Fleur’s character justice. In the goblet of fire film, she was made into a sort of comedy character so when she was reintroduced as a somewhat major character in the deathly hallows, it didn’t make sense. I want to see her being clever in the triwizard tournament, standing up to mrs weasley when bill gets attacked, housing Harry’s group in shell cottage without a second thought, being related by marriage to Harry in the epilogue… she shouldn’t be reduced to a comedy character.
They never made her a comedy character. She just had less screentime then the other champions as she was the least important of them. Btw. In the books she didnt do well in the tourament. She was last in all the rounds. The fight with mrs weasley wood be nice but it doesnt change much. It was completley right that this was cut from the movie. There are manny more important things like the battle of the astronomy tower, the memories of voldemort, harry and ginny. Why should it be awkward that fleur came back in the seventh movie? Just because she wasnt at the burrow and at the hospital wing? She only got one mention in book 5 btw. She wasnt even mentioned in the epilogue of the seventh book. Sorry but from all characters you pick the most book accurate of all?!
@@egiatchess4589 I don’t know what books you were reading but I read that Fleur was the most important champion other than Harry later in the series. Her entrance to Hogwarts and Ron’s reaction was the comedy scene she was reduced to. She came last in the tournament but she was still chosen so she must have been smart.
Now that they have time and budget to show everything, I want everything. Not just the events witnessed and participated by Harry but also flashbacks of told and untold stories. There are so many possibilities to mention just a few: the Potters' murder, Harry's childhoold at Dursleys', the first task performed by all champions, The Riddle's House chapter, The Other Minister chapter, the tortures of the Longbottoms, Sirius confronting Pettigrew short after Potters' death, Barty Crouch Jr story etc.
Even though they paid a little too much attention to Hermione in the OG movies, I think the show could really capitalise on showing SPEW in order to flesh out the Wizarding World hierarchy a bit more. And there's several ways you can link it to the overarching plot of each season. You can show Hermione's relationship with Winky which developed from her being framed for conjuring the Dark Mark, to her shame at Hermione for trying to get her to request wages for her work. And then, in Season 7 you can link this to the scene in which the house elves led the charge against the Death Eaters in the Battle of Hogwarts, whilst also solidifying Ron and Hermione's relationship, as well as Ron's character arc by showing his concern for them. And this is just a taste of the amount you can do with house elves.
I gotta disagree... I personally disliked the Winky and SPEW story arcs in the books. They were kinda boring and stretched too far from the main story. Now that I think about it, maybe my least favourite parts of the whole series (ok, I'm sure there are others, but really not my favourite! 😅). I don't mind Winky accompanying Barty Crouch Jr to the QWC and that part of the story, but the whole drunken Winky, etc. was a little needless. Each to their own, though.
@@gamesetmatt23 look that’s fair enough because we’re shown mostly everything from Harry’s perspective, and he seemed to have almost no opinion the house elves’ situation. He was taught by Dobby that slavery was their place and there was nothing to be done about it. But I think it’s when Harry is shown to be very neutral about something that the other characters really shine. This plot line does a lot for Hermione’s character, and I think the series would be a lot better if other characters were given moments like these to really sell themselves to us as an audience
I really dislike the way the house elf situation is handled in the books, it’s very condescending, they completely wasted Dobby’s role in all this. Dobby was supposed to be a revolutionary, someone who rebelled against slavery, in the little ways he could, and yet he is not even included in Hermione’s plans. He knows much better than her the conditions elves face, and I think he could have a much more respectful approach than she had. She wishes to help, but all she ever accomplished was to offend the elves and give more work to Dobby, since he ended up being the only one willing to clean the griffindor tower. Standing up for people has to include listening to their desires and needs, otherwise, you may unwillingly reinforce the oppression you are trying to fight
You should be both the writer and director of all the fandoms you cover! You got the brains, insight, passion and are just damn awesome at what you do!
What i want is more Slytherin gang stuff. Theodore Nott is mentioned in the books but not a lot i would like him, Draco, Pansy, Blaise, maybe Crabbe and Goyle to befriend each other and have more of a backstory with each other like the one the fan base created.
It's hard to know whether Harry and Ginny will have romantic chemistry when they cast them at 10 years old. I hope it works. Also, I do want a more consistent Dumbledore to the books (I said calmly). I want to see him duel and defeat Fudge, Umbridge, Dawlish, Kingsley, and Percy with little effort, give instruction to McGonagall, then make his exit. I also want to see him capture all the death eaters in the Ministry of Magic. Other than that, I agree with your list 100%.
1. Even if my fav charecter is Hermionie I feel like almost all of Ron's good lines in the book were given to Hermionie so I would like to see more of ron being ron in the books 2.ginny how she was in the books 3.Hermionie and Ginnys great friendship 😊😊😊
I always felt in the movies by making Hermoine almost perfect she lost part of her character and made her less interesting. It also destroyed many other characters like Ginny and Ron.
I just want the series to be animated. The cast for the films was beyond stellar and can never be topped, plus the only flaws that come with live-action can be easily mended in animation (Harry's green eyes, Hermione's frizzy hair and Ron's height). This will differentiate the series, resulting in less comparisons and allow a fun and stylised way to view the story.
One thing I would like to see is kind of like a montage of scenes showing repetitive days at the start of Order of the Phoenix showing how agitated, stressed, frustrated and cooped up Harry’s feeling. I feel like this could better communicate his frustration at Dumbledore and have people understand him lashing out at Ron and Hermione more (come to think of it, they should add that too. And Harry apologising for yelling at them, even if his anger is understandable).
That's a really underrated scene I think. It's one of few times in the book when you sense the power of the trio's friendship, and hell it even makes you doubt Dumbledore.
I really hope they include my favourite scene from the books - Harry’s career advice with McGonagall and Umbridge. Still makes me howl with laughter every time.
Yes! Where umbridge is "coughing" all the time and McGonagall is beefing her. I mean i understand how the fifth movie works, because punching 1021 pages into a 1hour50 movie is just inpossible. However this scene is very important because it feels like the movies care zero about the future of these kids, so it is a great opportunity
I completely agree about Harry's eyes! that was the entire reason that Snape protected and supported Harry. He was so in love with Lily for his entire life, that he was willing to help Harry. And at his death, he wanted to look in to Harry's eyes as if he were looking in to Lily's. The eyes matter, HBO!!
Gosh reading all these comments on what scenes they didn’t have in the movies but are beloved in the books is making me tear up in excitement for this series. I’m so excited!!!
I just want the characters to be fully fleshed out and be allowed to breathe, and have most of their moments from the books intact, important to the plot or not.
I want the Dementors to look a lot more like their book counterparts. And i definitely want the Dementor attack on Sirius, Hermione, and Harry by the Black Lake in Prisoner Of Azkaban to be a bit more like the book. It was much more graphic and the fact that Hermione was unable to perform the Patronus Charm while Harry was able to blew my mind when i first read it.
Wow that adds such a layer to Harry’s stature in POA👍👍. The movie Hermione was never put in that position of trying & failing to draw away dementors. The fact that she couldn’t in that moment but Harry did needs to be featured for sure
It's surely going to be 1 season to each book, and then they can work how many episodes will be needed for each book and this also means it can be alot more detailed and really is needed.. so much was missed out You should do a video for each season/book, like what could be missed from the movies and replaced in the series or just what could be added to each season
I SWEAR, I LOVE HOW THIS MAN GIVES THE MARAUDERS SO MUCH JUSTICE, THINKING ABOUT NOT JUST THE POTTERHEADS, BUT THE MARAUDERS FANS ASWELL. THE MARAUDERS DESERVE JUSTICE.
They should just have done a Marauders prequel series instead. Almost everything except more depth on the Weasley could and should have been done through various spinoff content. A good Dumbledore vs Grindewald spinoff and a good marauders spinoff where they add some extra Voldemort flashbacks and you would have filled most of the big wishes he got.
Having a RAB episode in the season 7: The Deathly Hallows will be epic and having quidditch thought out the each season with exceptions of Goblet of fire and The deathly hallows. But I feel that the tom riddle memories will be sprinkled in throughout the season of The Half-blood Prince
I can't believe you didn't mention the most important 2 of all: 2) Calm Dumbledore (Gambon clearly didn't read the books and ruined the movies for me with his portrayal of the character) and.... -- drum roll -- .... 1) SASSY HARRY - he was SO witty, hilarious and deadpan throughout the books and made me absolutely holler out loud. Whereas in the movies, he was a wet sock. I know Ron was the comic relief, but Harry's quiet sass always gave me LIFE.
@@Joker-yw9hl Agreed, I noticed the same, and my theory is that he wasn't well prepared for the role in the first 2, thinking he could probably wing it, but then receiving a lot of (perhaps negative) feedback that made him realise he needs to study his character a little better.
OMG in addition to all of this, I wanna see the whole Rita Skeeter drama from books 4 and 5. They just showed that she was a gossiper but in the books it showed her as malicious and how she was an unregistered animagi which Hermione later catches and blackmails her. And we need the S.P.E.W content from book 4.
And her interview with Harry in the 5th book that the blackmailing leads to, where he tells what really happened in the graveyard and it's published into The Quibbler. And the whole school reads it and a ton of people actually start believing Harry. It's one of my favorite moments from that book. But it needs the setup with Rita being blackmailed, which needs Hermoine to catch her being an animagus, which needs a whole host of little occurrences to to happen with the beetle being seen everywhere. It's a lot for them to add, but hopefully...
Might be a hot take but I definitely want to see Hermione’s badass side more, capturing Rita Skeeter in the jar and jinxing Marietta Edgecomb to show her as a snitch.
with the adding on to the astronomy tower fight, i think it would be great to also include the scene of fleur in the hospital wing. they didn’t show much of fleur in the movies, and they also just kind of out of nowhere showed fleur and molly suddenly getting along.
I would love for the following scenes to be much longer, train trips to and from hogwarts, knight bus, great hall meals, lessons, common rooms, more walking between hogwarts locations. Feels so much more immersive the longer you spend in each location.
@@Maddie05007 That is true, but it is never too late to read good books as I am finding in my old age. One day you will have the time to finish them. I remember my college days when I could not read what I wanted until breaks and then I only read what I wanted for a week or two. (PS I don't actually read them - I listen to audiobooks because I can no longer hold books long enough to read them.)
I wanna see Ron and hermonies kiss actually not kiss in the chamber, their first kiss was because Ron mentioned the house elves, I still want to see Ron yelling, THAT'S MY GIRLFRIEND YOU NUMPTIE
I really want them to encapsulate the wonder of the wizarding world. They had a few moments of this in the movie, but as time went on the movies just became so gloomy and dark. And yes, as the series progresses it is going to get more dark but it’s important to balance that with the lighthearted wonder that comes with the wizarding world and living at a magical castle. Also yes, give me all the Weasley banter, show Percy’s story, Bill being the cool older brother, Charlie being badass, Fred and George and their joke shop arc, Ron being street smart and sassy and Ginny bring iconic. In the books it’s so clear that Harry is closer to Ron than he is Hermoine. Show that they really are best friends whilst Hermoine is that bossy but caring older sister figure who he gets exasperated by.
and more of Mrs. Weasley ... and how Harry feels better and worse to have her in his life. Better that someone cares so much for him, but worse because he can't have his own mother and father.
Ditto on the darkness thing. After the third movie, it honestly becomes difficult to see what's on the screen. It's impossible to watch the series during the day.
I think the issue with the battle at the Astronomy tower is that it’s not described, we all see the after effects and hear what happened from other characters, so if they want to make that a scene they’re gonna have to create it themselves , which would work , but I personally like how we can hear the chaos as harry’s stuck at the tower, it leaves you wondering what’s happening, who’s fighting and who’s winning , it adds to the tension of the overall scene imo
The number one thing I want to see the most is seeing the characters characterization and personality done right. The movies changed Hermione's, Draco's, Ron's, Ginny's and even Harry's personality and traits in many ways and it was like watching different people on screen. I need to see how nasty Draco can be and how prideful he is in the beginning of sixth book to do the task Voldemort asked him to do. I want to see Ginny's sarcasm and fierce moments. I was to see sarcastic and angsty Harry and I want to see his mental breakdown in the Dumbledore's office. Make Hermione less perfect. Give her the flaws she has in the books and make her more bossy. Finally give Ron his moments, his smarts and his ACTUALLY funny scenes. The second thing I want to see is the magic and its possibilities. I want to see more creative magic fights etc.
I just pray that they get the characters right, in the ways the movies weren’t able to. ESPECIALLY Ron, Ginny, and Voldemort. Also, that they keep the soundtrack from the movies. If the movies got anything right, it was definitely the soundtrack.
@@nunoneves5809 Of course not just them, I said “get the characters right”. Just that with the three of them, I felt like they were done wrong especially.
I think Voldemort was handled about as well as any character. I hope they emphasize Hermione’s flaws some more. She was too perfect and godlike a character in the movies and she was a much more unique member of the trio in the books.
@@dmidkif Ehh, I felt like in the movies, Voldemort was too theatrical and… a little bit goofy. He was portrayed better in the first one than he was in the others. Hermione definitely has to be right. They gave some of Ron’s best moments to her. She is more interesting when she has flaws, for sure.
@@yellowstickers394 That’s fair, I always had a soft spot for Ralph Fiennes’ Voldemort, to me it was theatrical in a Shakespearean kind of way. But only he could pull it off, and I would hope the next Voldemort is more terrifying.
I just want Dumbledore to say calmly…. “Harry, did you put your name in the Goblet of fire?” Not….. “HARRY, DiD yOu PuT YouR NaME iN ThE GoBLeT oF FiRE!!?!?!?”
I really want the Marauders, Regulus and Voldemort stories. But would also be really cool to see the first chapter of the half blood prince book, with Fudge and the muggle prime minister !!
definitely I love the scenes where Fudge keeps going back after saying the PM won't see him because everything is under control, but it just keeps getting worse.
I definitely want all the Voldemort memories; mysteries like that being revealed makes this series so interesting bc at the heart of the series the stories are mysteries that have answers later. It also makes the stuff that's unanswered even more interesting
especially the Riddle-Gaunt backstory with the references to Slitheryn and the Peverils and a flashback to his mother selling the locket... and all the Horcrux backstories actually.
I want to see more of Tonks and Lupin’s story, especially the hospital scene in half blood prince, and the scene where Lupin argued with Harry at Grimmauld place in deathly hallows.
I need need need Voldemort’s backstory! The pensive chapters are some of the best in the entire series. They fleshed out Voldemort’s character. He isn’t just a hallow dark lord figure who’s character is ‘evil’ like he is in the movies.
12:53 "Make sure you get Ginny's character right. Make her the girl that every girl wants to be, and make her the girl that every male viewer falls in love with." THANK YOU!
i agree with all of these. I would add: fix the Maze challenge in the Goblet of fire including the magical creatures; fix the Barty Crouch Jr story including how he escaped from Azkaban; show the hospital scenes after Arthur Weasley is attacked, including Neville's parents and Gilderoy Lockhart. I would also love to see you do a video on how the HBO series could fix some of the problems and inconsistencies in the books.
I really hope they add Augusta Longbottom properly into the show. Her relationship with Neville directly impacts his growth and personal self-confidence. I would also just love the scene of Neville describing the death eaters trying to take his grandmother hostage, to make him more cooperative and failing. "Thing was they bit off a bit more than they can chew with Gran. Little old witch living alone, they probably thought they didn't need to send anyone particularly powerful. Anyway, Dawlish is still in St Mungo's and Gran's on the run." On a similar vein, as an almost needed, have the adult witches and wizards show up for the battle of Hogwarts. I'm also hoping both Fleur and Victor Krum's personalities are fully shown, and that Victor attends Fleur and Bill's Wedding. Plus the characters like Winky and Ludo Bagman who weren't in the Movies existing. I'm also hoping they let Harry be the Sasspot he is in the books. My final big hope for the movie is they let the characters all have their strengths and weaknesses, including Hermione Silencing Antonin Dolohov rather than crippling him and ending up almost being killed because of it. And then for a minor hope, I hope they leave Beauxbatons and Durmstrang as Mixed ed schools as they are in the books, rather than changing them to all girls/boys schools. I also hope they keep Dumbledore wearing the bright colours he favours in the books. And then, for something I hope they add to the books, especially for the first couple of years where there is less content that needs to be put into them, and it's naturally more light-hearted, is while I hope they keep the characters the same races they are in the book, I would love more screen time to be given to more minor characters, especially when it would feel to expand the wizarding world as a whole. Characters like Cho Chang, Padma and Pavarti Patel, and Dean Thomas are characters who are sort of just there in the movies until they become more relevant. The books, they have more character before they become more plot heavy, but I'd love to see that go even further for the show. Things like a short scene where you see Harry and Ron playing chess in the common room, and In the background, you can see Parvati and Lavender Brown discussing Horoscopes, or Dean kicking a Football (Soccer ball for Americans) around the common room and either being told to knock it off, it accidentally damaging something, which an older student then repairs. It's the little things that make a series feel alive. And then finally, for a random whim, I'd love to see little cameos from the second year through the fourth year of Luna in the background of the show, almost like a Where's Waldo thing.
Yes James and Lilly’s casting has always annoyed me But the other marauders and Snape never really annoyed me too much (they’re obviously not 30) but because they’re all meant to look aged because of their various circumstances it’s not as bad The only exception is Oldman as Sirius after the third movie In the third movie he look’s pretty perfect as Sirius Black and he doesn’t look too old But in the fifth film he just looks like a completely different character and just looks like Gary Oldman with a wig and beard and his hair is not the black hair he had before and he looks too old It seems that the adult characters were mostly cast with the idea of had the movies been made in the late 80s/90s
They just need to make her down to earth and good at quidditch. I fear they will do the same mistake as they did with hermione by trying to make her too perfect. No Ginny should be much more down to earth and not excessive and annoying like most female characters in series are.
We should also get more of of Rita Skeeter and how she outed Hagrid as half-giant. Then we go for the full cabin conversation, especially the ‘…that skeeter c*w- oh, sorry professor.” “I have gone temporarily deaf and cannot hear a word you are saying.”
Remus Lupin is my favorite character and I would really love to see more of him and Tonks. How their relationship started and progressed throughout the books. Lupin have self esteem issues and rejecting Tonks time and time again but her never giving up on him. It's one the most beautiful relations in the books and we hardly got to see any interactions between them and the ones they did film got cut out if the movie. As well as one of my favorite scene in the books when Remus runs away to go help Harry in his quest to find the hocruxes and Harry gets angry about it and they get into an argument and Harry tells Lupin that Teddy needs his father and that he has to go back. And you know... including teddy lupin more then just the one mention he got when Harry saw the ghosts of his loved ones
I was just about to make a long reply to another comment about noticing a new scene between Harry & Lupin on my last readthrough of the books (My reply was actually about how much material there is in the stories and the layers upon layers of JKR's writing). I think Lupin was probably the most helpful person to Harry in a lot of ways. He was caring, but honest and knew who he was enough that his ego didn't get in the way (most of the time) as it did with a lot of the other characters. Lupin was the one who taught Harry ..and through him the DA, how to make patronuses, ?patroni? and other DAtDA which got them through their OWLS and also helped them survive in the later books. But mainly he explained how things had been to Harry and thought that taught him how to be his own man in ways that his father might have done if he'd lived and matured enough to do so. He was to Harry, Ron & Hermoine what Dumbledore had hoped he would be when he was younger to James and Sirius in some ways. It is a shame that Harry lost him, but I guess in a way Harry became the same kind of mentor for Teddy ... Yes, I am way too invested in these stories. lol and Tonks is such an interesting character. I definitely want more of her too. Both for the relationship with Lupin, but also for her being a relatively new and very young auror, (and also a clutz.) And I'd love to see a scene with her messing around and changing her face at the dinner table like it's an ordinary thing. She was probably closer in age to Harry and the gang at that time and it seems to me that her position strengthened Harry's idea of becoming an auror himself.
I think Lupin and Tonks' story is so good that they deserved a whole movie just for them. Lupin is the best character in the whole saga. Now, I know it's hard to adapt a book for a movie, but now this is a series. There's plenty of space for them to develop more characteres other than the trio.
I really want more Dobby. He appears in more than just 2 movies. I want to see Winky as well. Maybe a minor gripe about the movies, but I want the Fidelius done right. It was left out of the 3rd movie and that left some gaps in some other movies as well
I want to see Harry and Ron procrastinate on their homework.
"There's no need to call me Sir, Professor" cracks me up every time!

@@fishandjam5383 😂🫣 sooo right!
Yes we need this
I know its too much to ask, but they should let Neville and Sprout show their Herbology expertise in the final battle.
Every character is better in the books, if you noticed even Harry was bad portrayed in the movies in many scenes

I think the films suffered a bit with them changing directors all the time. Hopefully they have one showrunner for this whole thing.
Yeah cutting that scene was dumb. It was so wholesome.
I just hope they would give some justice to Fleur, who, after Fenrir disfigured Bill, had one of the most badass lines in the whole serie that finally shuts Molly's mouth.
Oh my gosh yes!! THISS

Getting the eye color uniform with Harry and Lily is a MUST! It is a key component of the entire plot of the series!

🔸Final HP-Voldy duel at the Battle of Hogwarts takes place in the Great Hall with the crowd. Voldy dies a “natural death” & falls like any other mortal- that was a big theme in the books, totally ignored in the movie

Fun fact. They bumped everyone’s age up in the movies because of Alan Rickman. They needed everyone to be roughly his age so it made sense as he was the only person offered the role of Snape. I know Rickman was in his 60s and Oldman in his 50s but it looked correct

Exactly!
JK actually tweeted that 50% of her reasoning to create a tv series was to have Peeves in it! :D

I think HBO Max should hire movie flame
Yes I'd love to see of all this! Plus I want to see:
- How Sirius was actually in the books, he was barely shown in the movies, and how he revealed himself to some trusted people in the 4th book after the tournament.
- Hermione's S.P.E.W. club
- Ron and Hermione being prefects
- Harry randomly finding, and dismissing, two Horcruxes before he even knows what they are (He finds Slytherin's locket while cleaning Grimmauld place in the 5th book and Ravenclaw's diadem while trying to hide his Potions book after attacking Draco in the Room of Requirement during the 6th book)
- Mention how muggles can't see Hogwarts and how electronic devices don't work at the castle.
Pretty sure this is the last time Molly interacts with Fred before he's killed so the fact that the last thing she did was shove him aside would leave her feeling terribly guilty
- Molly and Sirius arguing and Molly saying that Harry is as good of a son to her as any of her other children
- Molly and Bill showing up as Harry's family for the Tournament.

Yes! Percy is the most interesting weasley if you really thing about it. The most well human.

I hope they do Fleur’s character justice.

@@sawanna508 I think she was very pretty in the movies, but yeah.
Omg yes I love that “the other minister” chapter! I’d love to see an episode on that!
This video has way cooler suggestions than I had expected, well done :)
Having said that... Dobby wearing a gazzillion hats is hilarious! 😂
Totally agree with the OG post!😃
Yes!! Pansy not having the book scenes in the movies was a crime
And... some people's fanfiction writers' favourite for some reason...
Daphne Greengrass...
1. Even if my fav charecter is Hermionie I feel like almost all of Ron's good lines in the book were given to Hermionie so I would like to see more of ron being ron in the books
2.ginny how she was in the books
3.Hermionie and Ginnys great friendship
😊😊😊
Yes completely
@@mecanzie2741 they should also have a scene of Hagrid fighting the aurors (and making it a little bit badass/scary too)
I really hope they include my favourite scene from the books - Harry’s career advice with McGonagall and Umbridge.
I gotta hear Harry say: "There's no need to call me Sir, Professor."
Gosh reading all these comments on what scenes they didn’t have in the movies but are beloved in the books is making me tear up in excitement for this series. I’m so excited!!!
You've made so many great points in this video and thats how I know they're barely going to be covered in the series.
I always see them more like the Nasgul
Wow that adds such a layer to Harry’s stature in POA👍👍. The movie Hermione was never put in that position of trying & failing to draw away dementors. The fact that she couldn’t in that moment but Harry did needs to be featured for sure
It’ll be a nice change to see Hermione act as the foil to Harry, instead of Ron😆
It's surely going to be 1 season to each book, and then they can work how many episodes will be needed for each book and this also means it can be alot more detailed and really is needed.. so much was missed out
You should do a video for each season/book, like what could be missed from the movies and replaced in the series or just what could be added to each season
I SWEAR, I LOVE HOW THIS MAN GIVES THE MARAUDERS SO MUCH JUSTICE, THINKING ABOUT NOT JUST THE POTTERHEADS, BUT THE MARAUDERS FANS ASWELL. THE MARAUDERS DESERVE JUSTICE.
Agreed 100% my two faves are Remus and Sirius, I want more than anything for them to have more screen time.
@@ZiggyonMars YESSS MORE WOLFSTARRR
absolutely
Fuck marauders
The Lily actress actually had green contacts when filming but for some reason it didn’t show in the filming and no one noticed it till editing
I can't believe you didn't mention the most important 2 of all:
2) Calm Dumbledore (Gambon clearly didn't read the books and ruined the movies for me with his portrayal of the character)
and....
Yessss! Sassy Harry is my everything!
Sassy Harry for sure. ‘You don’t have to call me sir, professor’ 🤣🤣
For me Gambon nailed the role from the Order of the Phoenix onwards, but unfortunately didn't get the character in PoA or GoF for whatever reasons
They really should be loyal to the book this time and cover everything. They really need to cover all these scenes
I would like "Wizard robes", not just muggle clothing at Hogwards.
Might be a hot take but I definitely want to see Hermione’s badass side more, capturing Rita Skeeter in the jar and jinxing Marietta Edgecomb to show her as a snitch.
And smacking Malfoy.
SAMEE!
with the adding on to the astronomy tower fight, i think it would be great to also include the scene of fleur in the hospital wing. they didn’t show much of fleur in the movies, and they also just kind of out of nowhere showed fleur and molly suddenly getting along.
I would love for the following scenes to be much longer, train trips to and from hogwarts, knight bus, great hall meals, lessons, common rooms, more walking between hogwarts locations.
Feels so much more immersive the longer you spend in each location.
As a insanely late potterhead, this series is a blessing ❤
lol me too, came late to the series, but just finished reading the books through for the fourth time.
@@nanszoo3092 sadly, it is nearly impossible for a 12th standard kid to read books apart from their studies😭yet I managed to read till goblet of fire
“Get the eye colors right” mf you’ll be lucky if they get the skin colors right 😂
I wanna see Ron and hermonies kiss actually not kiss in the chamber, their first kiss was because Ron mentioned the house elves, I still want to see Ron yelling, THAT'S MY GIRLFRIEND YOU NUMPTIE
@RM0620 Boom everything you said deserves a dozen likes👍👍
Ditto on the darkness thing. After the third movie, it honestly becomes difficult to see what's on the screen. It's impossible to watch the series during the day.
I love your comment
Just them? Every character is better in the books, if you noticed even Harry was bad portrayed in the movies in many scenes
@@nunoneves5809
Of course not just them, I said “get the characters right”. Just that with the three of them, I felt like they were done wrong especially.
I think Voldemort was handled about as well as any character. I hope they emphasize Hermione’s flaws some more. She was too perfect and godlike a character in the movies and she was a much more unique member of the trio in the books.
@@dmidkif
Ehh, I felt like in the movies, Voldemort was too theatrical and… a little bit goofy.
Loved this part!
I would love to see fudge and the pm
I definitely want all the Voldemort memories; mysteries like that being revealed makes this series so interesting bc at the heart of the series the stories are mysteries that have answers later. It also makes the stuff that's unanswered even more interesting
especially the Riddle-Gaunt backstory with the references to Slitheryn and the Peverils and a flashback to his mother selling the locket... and all the Horcrux backstories actually.
yess!! like each dumbledode lesson as 1 episode since they are so lore filled
I want to see more of Tonks and Lupin’s story, especially the hospital scene in half blood prince, and the scene where Lupin argued with Harry at Grimmauld place in deathly hallows.
Yes, please! It's a series, it doesn't have to revolve everything around the trio.
As a Harry Potter fan, I hope that the reboot series tell The Marauders’ full backstory.
Not just the red eyes, Colombus got Voldemort's cold calmness right before Newell and Yates made him overly campy:"heheheah!!
Anyway, Dawlish is still in St Mungo's and Gran's on the run."
On a similar vein, as an almost needed, have the adult witches and wizards show up for the battle of Hogwarts.
Yes James and Lilly’s casting has always annoyed me
But the other marauders and Snape never really annoyed me too much (they’re obviously not 30) but because they’re all meant to look aged because of their various circumstances it’s not as bad
The only exception is Oldman as Sirius after the third movie
In the third movie he look’s pretty perfect as Sirius Black and he doesn’t look too old
But in the fifth film he just looks like a completely different character and just looks like Gary Oldman with a wig and beard and his hair is not the black hair he had before and he looks too old
It seems that the adult characters were mostly cast with the idea of had the movies been made in the late 80s/90s
Severus was never described as looking old for his age.
the movies did the marauders dirty.
I just want them to do justice to Ginny’s character and the marauders as well, also would love to see a lot more of Sirius
They just need to make her down to earth and good at quidditch. I fear they will do the same mistake as they did with hermione by trying to make her too perfect. No Ginny should be much more down to earth and not excessive and annoying like most female characters in series are.
I got tears in my eyes as you recalled the Fred Scene! It was heartbreaking!
We should also get more of of Rita Skeeter and how she outed Hagrid as half-giant. Then we go for the full cabin conversation, especially the
‘…that skeeter c*w- oh, sorry professor.”
“I have gone temporarily deaf and cannot hear a word you are saying.”
Yes, I am way too invested in these stories. lol
and Tonks is such an interesting character.
Tonks is a really underrated character that needs more screen time.
It was left out of the 3rd movie and that left some gaps in some other movies as well
Yes to all of the above! I REALLY hope that they won't mess up this show, a la "Fantastic Beasts." I REALLY want to like it.
