    So I watched this movie, and you are teaching people how to inject dermal fillers. But I think the most important thing about filler injection is how to avoid injecting filler into the blood vessels? You are saying we don't wanna get to close to the nose area. But why you don't wanna get close there you don't explain. Injection fillers is not riskless as you made it seem. Please upload a training about the risks and how to avoid them.

    • @albertogutierrez2434
      @albertogutierrez2434 3 года назад +3

      Hialuronic acid fillers are riskless due to its molecular size and density... the risky ones are made out of polymers.

    • @btsarianagrande1956
      @btsarianagrande1956 5 месяцев назад

      no they are still risky :::he probably used a soft filler and injected it subcutaneously where the actual artery is deep dermal but the risk of nasal artery occlusion is always there especially while using needle @@albertogutierrez2434

    • @thedivinefeminine1821
      @thedivinefeminine1821 24 дня назад

      The closer you get to the nose (the top 1/3 of nasolabial line) is where the artery runs very superficial. That's why he doesn't want to toy with that area. Anatomically, it's risky. This area is the 3rd leading cause of filler blindness.

    Things can go wrong even in the hands of the most seasoned injectors. Going blind is a very real risk. This is why I don’t understand why ultra sound guided filler injections aren’t mandatory. And why medspas-s run by nurses and sometimes even just aestheticians are allowed to inject things into people’s faces. The regulations should be so much stricter on fillers.

      @@edamame-me you have no idea how hard it is to do an ultrasound guided injections, and these types of complications are not happening all the goddamn time they’re extremely rare as someone who works in this industry I know what I’m talking about that would be insane to make every injector do dumb ultrasound guided injections and guess what? Those are actually really difficult to do. They’re not easy. Why would I need to do that every time for every such simple easy injections when the rate of complications is very very low there’s people like you who live by spreading fear mongering and misinformation. That’s why I wanted to correct you. you are incorrect.
      Your mind frame is the same thinking that people who claim if you take an opiate pain medication you are going to become addicted because they consume the medication that is FDA approved and life-saving. That’s not how addiction works AT ALL. So yes I stand up for misinformation and fear mongering types of comments like what you commented 3 years ago.

    • @edamame-me
      @edamame-me 8 месяцев назад +2

      Tannertheinjector I believe you are not a medical professional to write opinions about how hard an ultrasound guided injection is. I see what you do is inject your own face at home and as I see you have also caused yourself vascular occlusion with your untrained technique. You are very lucky that you didn’t lose your eyesight. You are causing potential harm by promoting self injecting of fillers. Like I said things can go wrong even in the hands of the most experienced injectors. Only dermatologists and plastic surgeons should do it.
